As container vessels get larger, container terminals are also likely to grow. The problem that arises is that the growing volume should be handled in the same amount of time as before. Container terminals are introducing an automation system in order to overcome the limitations of existing manual methods and to continuously reduce operating expenses. Because, Manual handling of carrying containers gate in and out of terminals causes inaccurate data, which results in confusion. An alternative is for containers to be labeled with barcodes that can be scanned into a system with a scanner, but this takes quite a long time and is inconvenient. A RFID system, also known as a gate automation system, can solve these problems by reducing the time of gate management with a technology that detects number identification plates, helping operators more efficiently perform gate management work. Having said that, with this system, when container damage is detected, gate operators make and keep documents manually. These documents, which are insufficient evidence in proving container damage, result in customer claims. In addition, it is difficult for gate operators and other workers to manage containers, exposing them to danger and accidents. This study suggests that if an automation system is introduced at gates, containers can be managed by a video storage system in order to better document damage The video system maintains information on container damage, allowing operators the ability to search for videos they need upon customer request, also allowing them to be better prepared for customer claims. In addition, this system reduces necessary personnel and risk of accidents near gates by integrating a wide range of work.

In this paper, for the cloud system by explaining how the forensic aspects of the investigation. 선행 연구개발한 집단감시 디지털 시스템(Group Digital Surveillance System for Fishery Safety and Security, GDSS- F2S)은 대단위 양식장에 침입하는 도적을 방어하기 위하여 레이더 추적정보와 적아식별 정보를 제공하는 시스템이다. 그러나 GDSS-F2S에서 제공하는 두 가지 정보만으로는 도적행위를 입증할 수 있는 법적 증거자료로 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점 해결방안의 하나로 CCD 카메라를 이용한 영상획득 장치를 개발하여 GDSS-F2S에 부가한 연구내용을 기술한다. 영상획득 장치 개발에 앞서, 실험지역의 지리적인 특성을 고려한 도적침입 예상경로 분석과 도적행위 시나리오를 기반으로 유효한 대응수단을 검토한 결과, 영상획득 장치가 유효한 대응수단임을 확인하였다. 영상획득 장치는 저가이변서 성능이 우수한 0.0001 룩스의 초저조도 CCD 카메라와 부가장치를 이용하여 개발하였다. 6개월 이상의 장기 현장실험을 통하여 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템을 평가한 결과, 주간은 물론 1 미터 앞도 식별할 수 없는 야간에도 차량의 행동과 번호판 및 사람의 행동과 인상착의 등의 영상정보를 확보할 수 있었다.

The fact of smoking is prohibited in elevators. Smoking in elevators that contrary to business ethics, and it can be fatal to our children and women. In this paper, people who smoke in elevators is submitted to forensic evidence. Method is to extract the white bar at the mouth, biting people that smoke. ${\chi}^2$ histogram of scene change detection method is extracted.

Electronic discovery refers to the discovery of electronically stored information. The differences between producing paper documents and electronic information can be categorized into seven groups: massive volume, persistence, dynamic and changeable contents, metadata, environment-dependence, dispersion and searchability. Since these differences make the discovery more expensive and less expeditious, it is necessary to limit the scope of discovery. Accordingly, a number of arbitration institutions have already introduced rules, guidelines or protocols on electronic discovery. ICDR guidelines take a minimal approach and address only the proper form of electronic document. CIArb Protocol is intended to act as a checklist for discovery of electronic data. CPR Protocol offers four modes of discovery of electronic documents ranging from minimal to extensive among which the parties may choose the way of electronic discovery. IBA Rules on Evidence and ICC Rules are silent on the issue of electronic discovery, however, working parties of the ICC are considering updates to the rules to deal with electronic discovery. It is disputed whether rules, guidelines or protocols on electronic discovery is necessary or appropriate. Although some have suggested that existing rules can make adequate provision for electronic discovery, it is more desirable to prepare new rules, guidelines or protocols to make arbitrators and counsels be familiar with electronic discovery process, to provide an adequate standard for electronic discovery and to limit the time and cost of electronic discovery. Such rules on electronic discovery should include provisions regarding the form of electronic document production, conference between parties regarding electronic discovery, keyword search, bearing the expenses to reduce disputes over electronic discovery.

Recently, digital imaging is frequently used by crime scene investigators. However, the admissibility of digital photographic evidence in court is often raised because of the fact that digital photographs are more easily modified than film-based photographs. Therefore, in this article, the researcher reviewed some basic theories and legal considerations related with police crime scene investigations in Korea and The United States. This article is presented in the hope of clearing up some of the possibilities of falsifying photographic evidences and in the hope of setting the strict the rules of evidence regarding digital evidence in this county.
