  • The current population of elderly is increasing and the with an extended average lifespan, the frequency of cancerous occurrences have also increased, with these increases and the increase in radiotherapy for cancer patients, recognitions of harm and importance have become known. This article was known tumor treatment of patients with hematopoietic disorder by doing a comparative study on the changes in blood cells caused by the acute effects of trace dose to high dose of radiation exposed to mice. According to the sensitizer injection may give rise to harm to the components of peripheral blood. This material needs to be considered when for treating tumor patients and the risks of hematopoietic harm and believe that radiation therapy will be reasonable.

  • Oxodipyrromethene was degraded by a self-photosensitized reaction, similar to the degradation of bilirubin by other investigators. Photodegradation of oxodipyrromethene was faster in methanol-d4, in which the life time of singlet oxygen is longer, than in methanol. It was slower in a solvent which contained a singlet oxygen quencher. Moreover, the products from sensitized and unsensitized reactions are same.

  • Photo-sensitized oxidation of benzene in aqueous solution was conducted with persulfate, nitrate, nitrite, sulfate and chloride as sensitizers.In the photo-sensitized oxidation of benzene persulfate, nitrate and nitrite could act as sensitizers, while no detectable effects could be observed with sulfate and chloride. With increasing nitrite concentration the photo-sensitized oxidation of benzene ran through a maximum value and decreased thereafter with increasing nitrite concentration. A build-up of nitrite ions seemed to scavenge hydroxyl radicals. When nitrite was present with other ions, nitrite inhibited the photo-sensitized oxidation of benzene. Phenol and biphenyl were identified as intermediate.

  • The photocyclization of 1,1'-dicycloalkenyls (1,1'-dicyclohexenyl, 1,1'-dicyclopentenyl, 1,1'-dicycloheptenyl and 1,1'-dicyclooctenyl) is studied. Irradiation at liquid nitrogen temperature does not show trans double bond band in IR spectra. Even though naphthalene and pyrene fluorescence are quenched very efficiently by 1, 1'-dicycloalkenyls, no or trace amount of cyclobutenes are accompanied. When acetophenone or benzophenone is used, cyclobutene is obtained only from 1,1'-dicyclohexenyls, 1,1'-dicycloheptenyl giving some adducts. Naphthalene and pyrene sensitizes adduct formation but not cyclization. From above observations, it is concluded that photocyclization occurs from the planar s-cis triplet state rather than twisted triplet, singlet excited state or vibrationally excited ground state in sensitized photocyclization of 1,1'-dicycloalkenyls.

  • The cinnamoyl esters of polyresorcinol-formaldehyde glycidyl ether (RGEFC) with photosensitive functional group were prepared. Photosensitivity of RGEFC were investigated by the change of solubility before and after exposure to light. Various samples coated on glass plates were exposed to light under various conditions and steeped in the same solvent as used for coating, and then the yield of residual film was calculated. The yield of the residual film which was closely related to the sensitivity of the film, was affected by the degree of polymerization of the backbone resin, sensitizers and their concentration. The sensitivity was depended upon the degree of polymerization. Most effective sensititizer for RGEFC among the sensitizers used was 2,6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline.

  • 본 연구는 현재 "디지털지적시범사업" 지구의 면적증감필지의 청산방법에 있어서 현재 17개 시범지구의 통일성이 없어 사업수행에 큰 차질을 빚고 있는 문제점의 개선을 위해 실효성 있는 지적재조사를 위한 방안으로 시범지구의 청산방법실태를 분석을 통해 전국적으로 제일 많이 존재하는 불부합 유형인 편위형과 불규칙형을 중심으로 1/600, 1/1200의 축척별 면적증감량에 따른 청산금을 비교 평가하였다. 또한 저비용 고효율의 새로운 면적청산모형을 제시하여 향후 지적재조사 추진과정의 가장 핵심사항으로 제기될 증감면적의 비용조정에 따른 모형을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 연구지역 전체의 면적증감량을 분석하고 그에 따른 개별공시지가, 감정평가액, 유사평가액, 혼합평가액의 모형에 따른 모형별 청산금의 납부 정수비용을 평가하였다.

A Synthesis of Iron Oxide Based and Gadolinium Oxide Based Radiosensitizer for the Therapeutic Enhancement of Proton Beam Cancer (양성자 빔 암치료효과 개선을 위한 산화철 및 산화가돌리늄 나노입자 기반의 방사선증감제 합성)

  • Metallic nanoparticles have attractive properties in biomedical applications such as diagnostics and therapeutics. Cross linked dextran coated iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) and silica coated gadolinium oxide nanoparticles (SPGONs) have been synthesized as a radiosensitizer in the proton beam cancer therapy. The dextran and silicaused for the protective moieties on the SPIONs and SPGONs respectively. Size distributions of synthesized nanoparticles were confirmed 3~5 nm for SPIONs and 30~100 nm for SPGONs by transmission electron microscope (TEM). Cell survival fraction measurement and Western blot assay were performed to evaluate the radiosensitization effects of synthesized radiosensitizer. The calculated radiosensitization of SPIONs and SPGONs at 90 % cell death from the measured cell survival curves were 1.23 and 1.03 respectively. Western blotting results also show the same consistent results that the amount of released cytochrome c from mitochondria was considerably increased for the cancer cells taken up SPIONs.

  • 수출의존도가 높은 한국은 코로나19 팬데믹, 우크라이나-러시아 전쟁 등 대외환경의 변화에 따른 수출 여건에 민감할 수 밖에 없는 환경이다. 이에 발 빠르게 대응하기 위해 정확한 수출증감률 예측이 필요하며 이를 가장 잘 수행할 수 있는 예측모델을 찾고자 한다. 수출에 영향을 끼치는 주요변수 선정 후, min-max 정규화를 시행하고 변수간 상관계수와 다중공선성 확인을 통해 변수를 축소했다. 그리고 머신러닝 예측모델로 많이 사용되는 Linear Regression, Decision Tree, Gradient Boost Regressor, Random Forest 4가지 모델에 대입하여 수출 증감률 예측 정확도를 비교했다. 그 결과, Linear Regression의 MSE가 0.087로 가장 낮아 제일 우수한 모델이라는 결론에 도달했다.
