At present, under the background of "One Belt and One Road", great achievements have been made in cultural confidence, overseas communication, education, and modernization of Chinese medicine. However, the overseas dissemination of Chinese medicine culture has not yet fulfilled the requirements of the Cultural Power Strategy and the historical mission of Chinese medicine. Challenges are still faced in the cultural theory of traditional Chinese medicine, overseas communication mechanisms, and translation of Chinese medicine terms. Therefore, Chinese medicine practitioners must firm their faith in culture and traditional Chinese medicine, disseminate the cultural theory of traditional Chinese medicine, exert the advantages of the media and improve its mechanism, and speed up cross-cultural language exchange and research. These efforts will innovate Chinese medicine culture, strengthen overseas exchange and cooperation as well as flourish traditional Chinese medicine overseas.

In order to achieve the growth of traditional Chinese medicine, the chinese government has annually released "China Statistical Yearbook of Chinese Medicine" to the world since "State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the People's Republic of China" established in 1988. It is believed that the chinese government intends to secure the early dominance of the global medical market by systematic management of its own medicine infrastructures. Although the statistics of "China Statistical Yearbook of Chinese Medicine" weren't systematically organized at the beginning, it has becoming richer, more systematic, and more standardized in the data construction and system as time has passed. Furthermore, we can take a look at China's effort to take the initiative of oriental medicine by expanding investment in several core areas - medicine resources, operation of medical instruments, service, medicine education, medicine science research, and working expenses. This article will show how china has been trying to develop the chinese medicine, focusing on two parts. One is specific analysis of the book "China Statistical Yearbook of Chinese Medicine". It is divided into analysis of its construction system, the degree of data construction, and its statistical system. The other is analysis of annual changes in areas of medicine resources, operation of medical instruments, service, medicine education, medicine science research, and working expenses.

中国加入WTO后, 在经济快速发展, 产业结构逐渐高度化的情况下, 以2015年获得中医科学院所属传统医学家屠呦呦教授诺贝尔生理医学奖为契机, 在传统医学"中医药崛起"领域也走向世界. 尽管近年来西方医学取得了辉煌发展, 但近年来化学药品的副作用, 老龄化时期医疗费用支出扩大等新问题, 使天然物料生物新药开发蓬勃发展, 传统医药市场规模不断扩大. 属于传统医药的中医药产业一直受到中国领导人的关注, 中医药在防治非典传染病中的作用, 中医科学院的屠呦呦教授获得诺贝尔生理医学奖等, 中医药政策得到积极促进. 与此形成鲜明对比的是, 我国韓医药产业在"西·韓医药"纠纷仍在持续的情况下, 尽管政府作出了努力, 但并未取得显著成效. 因此, 本文首先對中医药产业的概念, 范畴和地位詳細硏究, 并详细了解中医药产业政策在时间上是如何推进的. 然后详细分析中医药医疗服务和制造业, 国际化领域取得了哪些成就. 最後让我们来看看对我们韓医药产业发展的启示是什么.

This paper presents a semantic vector space retrieval model incorporating a word sense disambiguation algorithm in an attempt to improve retrieval effectiveness. Nine Korean homonyms are selected for the sense disambiguation and retrieval experiments. The total of approximately 120,000 news articles comprise the raw test collection and 18 queries including homonyms as query words are used for the retrieval experiments. A Naive Bayes classifier and EM algorithm representing supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms respectively are used for the disambiguation process. The Naive Bayes classifier achieved $92\%$ disambiguation accuracy. while the clustering performance of the EM algorithm is $67\%$ on the average. The retrieval effectiveness of the semantic vector space model incorporating the Naive Bayes classifier showed $39.6\%$ precision achieving about $7.4\%$ improvement. However, the retrieval effectiveness of the EM algorithm-based semantic retrieval is $3\%$ lower than the baseline retrieval without disambiguation. It is worth noting that the performances of disambiguation and retrieval depend on the distribution patterns of homonyms to be disambiguated as well as the characteristics of queries.

Lipids, extracted with chloroform-methanol (2:1 by vol.) and purified, from nut and leaf of Ginkgo biloba were identified and quantitatived by column, thin layer and gas liquid chromatography. The results were summarized as follow: 1) The total content of purified lipids in the nut and leaf on the fresh weight basis were 1.32% and 2.24%, respectively. 2) The lipid fractions in the nut obtained by silicic acid colum chromatography were found to be composed of about 89% neutral lipids and about 10% compound lipids, and in the leaf were found to be composed of about 28% neutral lipids and about 72% compound lipids. 3) Among the neutral lipid fractions, triglycerides (86.2%) were the major component in the nut, but esterified sterols (53.3%) were the major component in the leaf. 4) The main fatty acids of the total lipids were oleic(37.5%) and linoleic acid(44.5%) in the nut, but linolenic(45.2%) and palmitic acid (25.1%) were main fatty acids in the leaf. The patterns of fatty acid composition of the neutral lipid fractions in the nut and leaf were found to be similar, and oleic, linoleic and palmitic acid were the predominant. A large amount of oleic and linoleic acid in the glycolipid fractions was found in the nut compared with those in the leaf, but linolenic acid content in the leaf was significantly higher than in the nut. And patterns of fatty acid composition of the phospholipid fractions in the nut and leaf were found to be similar to that of glycolipid fractions.

양화문 안의 강 양화사와 약 양화사가 전제적/비전제적 해석과 관련된 영향권 다툼의 과정에서도 약 양화사가 주어이든 목적어이든지 표면 형태에서 VP로부터 멀리 떨어져 있는 경우에는 전제적 해석만을 받게 되어 양화문에 중의성이 발생하지 않는다. 그런데 타동사의 목적어나 비대격 주어 등의 약 양화사가 초점에 민감한 경우에 비전제적 해석이 가능하게 되어 중의적인 문장이 될 수 있다고 본다. 표면구조상 VP 밖에 위치한 약 양화사라도 초점화 되면, 초점투사를 통하여 논리 형태에서 형성된 초점의 영향권(초점 구문) 안에 들어있게 되며, 이때의 초점이 가지는 영향권은 핵 영향권과 일치한다. 즉, 초점은 안에 있는 약 양화사가 핵 영향권 안에서 비전제적으로 해석되도록 하는 동력으로 작용한다고 볼 수 있다.

한국어 어휘의 의미를 파악하기 위하여 어휘의 의미 중의성을 해결하는 것은 중요한 일이다. 본 논문에서는 한국어 다의어 기반의 어휘 의미망과 용언의 논항정보 등의 관계가 포함된 어휘지도(UWordMap)를 사용하여 용언의 의미 중의성 해소에 대한 연구를 진행한다. 기존의 의미 중의성 해소 연구와 같은 동형이의어 단위가 아닌 다의어 단위의 용언 의미 중의성 해소 시스템을 개발하였다. 실험결과 실험말뭉치로 품사 태그 부착 말뭉치를 사용했을 때 동형이의어 단위 정확률은 96.44%였고, 다의어 단위 정확률은 67.65%였다. 실험말뭉치로 동형이의어 태그 부착 말뭉치를 사용했을 때 다의어 단위 정확률은 77.22%로 전자의 실험보다 약 10%의 높은 정확률을 보였다.

In succession to the previous paper, the present study was directed to investigate the effect of keeping freshness of conger eel (Astroconger myriaster) and yellowtail (Seriola quinqueradiata) by partial freezing, and the changes in the physical properties of fish meat paste product prepared with the muscle of conger eel during storage were also examined. The results obtained are summarized as follows: The period of keeping freshness (days in which k value reaches $20\%$) of conger eel and yellowtail by partial freezing was 10 days and 6 days, respectively. VBN content in the conger eel muscle showed 39.5 mg/100g by icing for 15 days, and did not show a great change by partial freezing and freezing, while that of yellowtail muscle reached at 32 mg/100g by icing, 20 mg/100g by partial freezing and 18 mg/100g by freezing for 15 days. The lipids extracted from the muscles of both fishes by icing were remarkably oxidized than those by partial freezing. The myofibrillar protein in the conger eel muscle during storage for 9 days decreased $3\%,\;10%\;and\;11\%$ by icing, partial freezing and freezing, respectively, and that of yellowtail muscle did $16\%,\;10%\;and\;4\%$ by icing, partial freezing and freezing, respectively. On the other hand, the alkali-soluble protein in both fishes increased with storage time. Gel strength of fish meat paste product prepared with the muscle of conger eel decreased to $35\%$ by icing, $74\%$ by partial freezing and $76\%$ by freezing for 10 days compared to control, and the expressible water increased 1.6 times, 1.2 times and 1.1 times by icing, partial freezing and freezing, respectively, as much as that of control product.
