URI 중의성 해소 문제는 주어진 문서 내의 특정 단어에 연결 가능한 여러 URI가 주어졌을 때 진짜 URI 하나를 선택해내는 문제라고 할 수 있다. 이 문제는 다양한 해결법들이 존재할 수 있지만 기존에 연구된 문서의 문맥 간 유사도를 이용하여 해결하는 방법을 본 논문에서는 사용한다. 문맥 간 유사도를 이용하는 방법은 영어 디비피디아 URI spotting에서 TF*ICF방법으로 이미 연구가 되어있다. 본 논문에서는 Latent Dirichlet Allocation을 이용하여 URI 중의성 해소 문제를 다룰 것이며 그 범위를 한국어 디비피디아로 한정한다. 새로 제안하는 방법이 URI 중의성 해소 문제를 얼마나 잘 해결하며, 기존의 연구와 비교하여 얼마나 향상될 수 있는지를 분석한다. 또한 기존의 방법과 새로 제안한 방법 각자가 고유하게 풀 수 있는 문제가 존재함을 보이고, 두 방법을 병합하였을 때 보다 높은 성능에 도달할 수 있음을 전망한다.

포말분리법을 이용하여 해수 중의 단백질 제거 실험을 수행한 결과 유입 단백질의 농도가38.0g/m일 때 제거 속도가 최대였으며 0.48min의 수력학적 체류시간에서 9.65g protein/m3.min의 가장 높은 단백질 제거속도를 얻을 수 있었다.

Negative Stripping Construction in English involves the disjunction but, the adverb not, and a constituent NP. This construction is an incomplete sentence although it delivers a complete sentential meaning. Interpretation of this construction may be ambiguous in that the constituent NP can either be construed as the subject, or as the complements including the object. To generate such sentences and resolve the issue of ambiguity, we propose a construction-based analysis under direct interpretation approach, rejecting previous analyses based on deletion approaches. In so doing, we suggest a negative stripping construction rule that can account for ambiguous meaning. This rule further can enable us to explain syntactic structures and readings of Negative Stripping Construction.

In order to establish the exact determination method of amino nitrogen in fish sauces, we compared the amino-nitrogen content in salt-fermented sand lance sauces according to the measuring methods and investigated influencing factors on the procedure of measuring. Amino-nitrogen content was increased in both sand lance sauce during fermentation periods and commercial sand lance sauces. Amino-nitrogen in fermented sand lance sauces for 12 months occupied 88.7% and 75.2% for the trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS) method and the Copper-salt method, compare to the Formol method. The ratio of amino-nitrogen/total nitrogen in fermented sand lance sauce for 12 months was higher than in commercial sand lance sauces. The determination of amino-nitrogen by the TNBS method was influenced by concentration of salt in sand lance sauce. The amino-nitrogen content was the highest in the Formol method and followed by the TNBS method and the Copper-salt method without the influence of heating time and monosodium glutamate(MSG) concentration. We concluded that the determination of amino nitrogen in fish sauces was correct to measure with the TNBS method.

The ATP related compounds play an important role in a taste of traditional salt-fermented seafoods (Jeotkals). The ATP related compounds were analyzed in the traditional anchovy Jeotkal during fermentation and 11 kinds of commercial Jeotkals by enzymatic method compared with existing HPLC method, In the traditional anchovy Jeotkal, the contents of $ATP{\~}IMP$ decreased during fermentation, while the contents of Hx reached maximum value at 60 days fermentation and thereafter decreased gradually. Uric acid was detected at 30 days fermentation and showed the gentle increment after that. In the commercial Jeotkals, uric acid was detected $14.6{\~}28.4{\%}$ of total ATP related compounds content by enzymatic method, while it was not detected by HPLC method. From these results, enzymatic method is more accurate than HPLC method for analysis of the ATP related compounds in Jeokals.

일본에서 [신중재법안]은 2003년 6월 3일에 중의원에서 통과되고, 7월25일에 참의원에서 통과됨으로 하여 새 중재법이 성립되었다(법률 138호 공포 2003년 8월 1일). 중국에서는 1994년에 이미 중재법을 공포, 실행하였고 한국에서는 2000년부터 새 중재법을 공포, 실행하였다. 이번 회의에 참석한 3국은 근10년 사이에 모두 새로운 중재법이 있었고, 21세기 동북아의 중재법제도의 기반이 형성되었다. (중략)

본 논문은 가교폴리에틸렌중의 공간전하 분포를 직접 측정이 가능한 Laser-유기압력파법에 의하여 조사하였다. 그 결과 XLPE는 폴리에틸렌보다 전자주입이 쉽게 됨을 알았으며 그때의 시료내의 공간전하 분포를 측정할 수 있었다.

A biuret method by Johnson and Craney (1971) was slightly modified and applied to the multiple analysis of nitrogen in brown rice. The results were compared with those by the dye-binding method to see if the former be applicable to the determination of higher nitrogen content in rice. The nitrogen content of rice samples ranged from $1.2{\sim}2.0%$. The correlation between biuret absorbance and nitrogen content was highly significant; its correlation coefficient being 0.841. The biuret method, however, showed rather lower correlation coefficient in case of high nitrogen samples.

독점규제및공정거래법에관한법률을 적용하는데 있어 사업자의 개념은 매우 중요하다. 왜냐하면 동 법은 ''사업자''를 법적용 대상으로 하고 있기 때문이다. 즉 ''사업자''는 법적용에 있어 가장 기초되는 개념 중의 하나라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 실제로는 법적용 대상 사업자인지 여부가 애매한 경우가 있으며, 이러한 문제는 EU 등 외국의 경쟁법 집행에서도 마찬가지로 논의된다. 본 글에서는 판례를 중심으로 EU에서의 논의를 간단히 소개해보고자 한다.
