For a ship navigating in waves, added resistance, sway force and yaw moment due to waves differ from still water conditions, which affects the maneuverability of the ship. Therefore, it is important to estimate the sway force and yaw moment generated by waves. In this study, numerical simulations were carried out to calculate the hydrodynamic forces acting on a barge in still water and waves using CFD. Based on the results, the characteristics of course stability of a barge were investigated and analyzed. The hydrodynamic forces acting on the barge in waves were stronger than in still water, and it was confirmed that hydrodynamic forces become greater as wavelength becomes longer. In long wavelength regions, the (-) value of the yaw damping lever was larger than in still water. However, in short wavelength regions and when wavelength coincided with the length of the ship, values were smaller than in still water. In this region, it can be assumed that course stability improved. In other words, in long wavelength regions, the course stability of the barge was worse than in still water and short wavelength regions. Therefore, attention is required for safe navigation in long wavelength regions.

Recently, the Internet of Things (IoT), which has been applied to various industrial fields, is constantly evolving in the process of automation and digitization. However, in the network where IoT devices are built, research on IoT critical information-related data sharing, personal information protection, and data integrity among intermediate nodes is still being actively studied. In this study, we propose a blockchain-based IoT critical information management technique that is easy to implement without burdening the intermediate node in the network environment where IoT is built. The proposed technique allocates a random value of a random size to the IoT critical information arriving at the intermediate node and manages it to become a decentralized P2P blockchain. In addition, the proposed technique makes it easier to manage IoT critical data by creating licenses such as time limit and device limitation according to the weight condition of IoT critical information. Performance evaluation and proposed techniques have improved delay time and processing time by 7.6% and 10.1% on average compared to existing techniques.

본 연구는 실제 사용자 언어로서의 사용성 평가를 시도하기 위해 진행되었다. 기존의 획일화 된 잣대로서의 평가가 아닌, 사용자가 원하는 사용성 요소가 충족되었을 때의 지각되는 사용성에 대한 만족도를 알아보고자 한 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사용자의 유형에 따라 제품 및 서비스의 인터페이스에 중요하다고 생각하는 사용성 요소가 다를 것이라고 가정한 뒤, 그 사용성 요소의 충족여부에 따라서 사용자의 주관적인 만족도가 다르게 나타날 것이라고 예상하였다. 이 연구문제를 위하여 혁신 수용의 사용자 유형 별로 가장 중요하다고 생각하는 사용성 요소를 추출하였다. 조기사용자는 사용성 요소 중 Affect의 사용성 요소를 가장 중요하다고 평가하였으며 후기사용자는 사용성 요소 중 Productivity의 사용성 요소를 가장 중요하다고 평가하였다. 이후 각각의 사용자 유형에 중요평가된 사용성 요소가 충족되거나 충족되지 않은 프로토타입을 제시한 뒤, 사용 경험의 만족도를 조사한 결과, 각 사용자 유형 내에서의 만족도는 충족여부에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였으나, 각 사용자 유형 간의 만족도는 충족여부에 따른 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과는 사용성평가를 평가자의 언어가 아닌 사용자의 언어로 측정하는 새로운 평가방식 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 본 연구는 사용자 유형 별 중요하게 기대하는 사용성 요소의 결과를 제시함으로써 제품 및 서비스의 인터페이스의 개발에 있어 사용자 군 별 중요하게 고려되어야 할 속성들의 판단자료를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

This research focuses on searching primary factors in accessing internet shopping sites. In this research we have derived primary factors such as the order factors, the product factors, and the delivery factors by factor analysis approach. We have done AHP analysis on these derived primary factors. The results of AHP analysis show that the most important factor is the product factors and the most important sub factor among the product factors is the after service factor including guaranteed returns and refunds, and product exchangeability. The next important factor is the incentive provision in which discount coupons, mileage accumulation policies are the main sub factors included.

Sensitive internal information has been transmitted in a variety of services of Internet environment, but almost users do not know what internal information is sent. In this paper, we intend to develop a new filtering system that continuously monitors the sensitive information in outbound network packets and notifies the internal user whether or not to expose. So we design a filtering system for sensitive information and analyze the implementation results. Thus users visually can check whether disclosure of the important information and drop the corresponding packets by the proposed system. The results of this study can help decrease cyber threats various targeting internal information of company by contributing to prevent exposure of sensitive internal information.

There are many new studies on the contents for mobile devices that are all connected to networks in a seemingly ubiquitous environment. The purpose of this paper is to propose a framework for obtaining Internet content intended for computers on mobile devices. In other words, the primary concern of this paper is to select the best images for optimal performance and convert them into images that can be effectively reproduced on mobile devices. For this, the performance of the server is to be optimized through selecting high-priority images among the many available images and converting them while considering the display pixel rates (DPR) and the image distribution areas.

The identification of significant structural components under seismic loading through a probabilistic approach is of interest to many structural engineers. The First-Order Second Moment method can be used to achieve this goal by estimating uncertainty in the seismic demand of a structural system induced by the capacity uncertainties of each structural component. Significant structural components are those to which the seismic demand of the structure is more sensitive than it is to other ones. The developed procedure demonstrated by a ductile reinforced concrete frame shows that it is computationally effective and robust in terms of identifying significant structural components.

본 연구는 국가중요시설의 청사 내에 근무하는 청사보안과 안전유지, 질서유지를 담당하는 방호직 공무원에게 발생하는 다양한 민원인 불량행동의 유형과 국가중요시설에서 일어나는 각 유형에 맞는 민원인 불량행동에 대한 개선방안을 효율적으로 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 인터뷰를 통해 국가중요시설에서 근무하는 방호직공무원이 느끼는 민원인 불량행동이 어떠한 유형으로 있는지 조사하였고 개별면담을 통해 나타난 대표적인 민원인 불량행동의 유형들은 첫째, 국가중요시설 내에서 큰 소리를 지르고 욕설을 하는 언어폭력형 둘째, 각 국가기관 및 지자체의 국가중요시설에서 서비스 업무수행 과정 중 다른 타 민원인이 있음에도 본인 자신의 이익과 편의를 위해 행해지는 행위를 하는 이기주의형 셋째, 각 국가중요시설의 규정 및 내규가 있음에도 규정된 규칙을 무시하고 따르지 않는 규칙위반형 등이 있다. 이에 따라 각 유형별 민원인 불량행동에 대한 개선방안 항목들로 첫째, 방호직공무원 교육의 체계화, 둘째, 민원인을 응대할 수 있는 기관의 내규 및 규칙, 셋째, 민원인에게 겪는 스트레스를 해소할 수 있는 환경을 제시하였다.

To evaluate radiological impact from the operation of a low- and intermediate-level radioactive waste disposal facility, a logical presentation and explanation of expected accidental scenarios is essential to the stakeholders of the disposal facility. The logical assessment platform and procedure, including analysis of the safety function of disposal components, operational hazard analysis, operational risk analysis, and preparedness of remedial measures for operational safety, are improved in this study. In the operational risk analysis, both design measures and management measures are suggested to make it possible to connect among design, operation, and safety assessment within the same assessment platform. For the preparedness of logical assessment procedure, classification logic of an operational accident is suggested based on the probability of occurrence and consequences of assessment results. The improved assessment platform and procedure are applied to an operational accident analysis of the Korean low- and intermediate-level radioactive waste disposal facility and partly presented in this paper.
