The RCM strategies are considered as an effective maintenance tool in nuclear power plants to allocate limited resource efficiently. In this paper, the importances of HPSI system on the CDF were analyzed with PSA model of Yonggwang units 1,2. The HPSI system was chosen because it is of one of the pilot system for the study of Yonggwang units 1,2 RCM. With the remodeling of the HPSI system, the total CDF of 16 initiating events was quantified and the importance of 74 basic events of HPSI was analyzed.

Purpose of this study analyzes deeply and examine closely effect that incident shock of private guards gets in job stress. Used participation observation and In-depth analytical method to 10 common people guards inhabiting in capital region in 2012 to achieve purpose of this study. Collected interview data encoded using computer and analyzed by incident shock, job effect, job stress, organizational life. Conclusion proved in this study is as following. First, private guards appeared that incident shock such as suicide, terror threat, irrationality of superior that is produced in business spot gives great psychological fear. Second, private guards appeared suffer important shock are influenced in fear about business from shock that suffered in the past, and sociophobia appeared by thing which exert important effect changing by other business territory. Third, most private guards appeared that oneself experienced job stress from experiencing incident shock in the past. That is, incident shock exerts direct influence on customer confrontation in the past. Fourth, private guards appeared by thing which individual's organization life reduces when do not overcome incident shock that occur in the past. That is, incident shock decreases trust development and teamwork between superior and subordinate in organizational culture of private security.

Intentionality judgement in criminal cases is a core area of fact finding that is root of guilty and sentencing judgment on the defendant. However, the third party is not sure the intentionality because it reflects subjective aspect of agent. Thus, mechanism behind intentionality judgment is an important factor to be properly understood by the academia and the criminal justice system. However, previous studies regarding intentionality judgment models have shown inconsistent results. Mental-state models proposed foreseeability(belief) and desire of agent at the time of the offence as key factors in intentionality judgment. These factors consistent with central things on intentionality judgment in criminal law. However, key factors in moral-evaluation models are blameworthiness of agent and badness of outcome reflected on the consequent aspect of act. Recently, deep-self concordance model emerged suggesting important factors on intentionality judgment are not mental states and moral evaluations but individual's deep-self. However, these models are limited in that they do not consider the important features of criminal cases, that the consequence of the case is inevitably negative, and therefore the actor who is a party to legal punishment rarely expresses his or her mental state at the time of the act. Therefore, this study suggests that, based on the existing intentionality judgment studies and the characteristics of the criminal case, the inference about who the agent was originally will play a key role in judging the intentionality in the criminal case. This is the moral-character model. Futhermore, In this regard, this study discussed what the media and criminal justice institutions should keep in mind and the directions for future research.

The common point between and is that the immersion was high at the point where all the place movements occurred in the narrative before the full-blown incident occurred. The immersion level showed the maximum at the turning point that passed to the place. Seven key events occur, and the audience's immersion is peaking at the time of each incident. The core event and the immersion are highly correlated. It is at a point where the background, such as movement from the third act, where the most central event is solved, or return to the original place, is changing. The immersion degree of the audience is closely related to the narrative from the first film to the third film of the narrative.

원자력발전소에서 발생하는 고장정지 사건에 내포된 인적오류의 발생내용을 흥미있고 현장감 있게 묘사시킴과 동시에 종사원들의 인적오류를 저감시키기 위한 새로운 교육훈련방 법으로써 멀티미디어 기술의 사용을 고려하였다. 즉, 컴퓨터 환경하에서 숫자와 텍스트, 음 향 및 음성, 그래픽, 애니메이션, 화상 등의 미디어를 사용하여 인적오류로 인한 고장정지 사건발생의 내용을 전달하는 새로운 교육훈련 방법을 사용하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 고장정 지 사건과 관련한 원자력발전소 구성정보와 종사원의 활동정보를 입출력하기 위한 멀티미디어 인터페이스를 설계하였다. 설계는 멀티미디어 제공환경 구축과 인터페이스 운영논리 설정의 두단계로 구성한 절차에 따라 수행하였다. 멀티미디어 인터페이스는 원자력발전소 구성정보를 설계하여 저장시켜둔 퍼스널 컴퓨터 환경하에서 운영되며, 입력 및 출력의 두가지 인터페이스 를 갖는다. 입력 인터페이스는 인적 오류를 포함한 고장정지 사건의 발생내용을 숫자, 텍스트, 음성 미디어로 받아들여 출력 인터페이스에서 사용될 수 있도록 미디어 결합을 수행하고, 컴퓨터 저장장치에 저장하는 기능을 수행한다. 출력 인터페이스는 저장장치에 기록된 내용을 판독하여 고장정지의 진행경위와 인적오류의 발생내용을 숫자, 문자, 텍스트, 음성, 음향, 그래픽 애니메 이션, 정지화상으로 원자력발전소 종사원들에게 출력시켜 주는 기능을 수행한다. 멀티미디어 출력정보는 사용자가 CRT 화면에 제공되는 버튼 또는 Click Touch 메뉴를 사용함에 따라 이전, 이후의 출력정보로 전이할 수 있도록 하였다.상대적으로 중요한 검사 항목으로 나타났다. 또한 상대적 중요도 결과를 적용한 적성검사 성적이 적용하지 않은 적성검사 성적에 비해 비행성적에 대한 예측 능력이 좋은 것으로 평가되었다.al age)가 있다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 한편, 생산현장에서는 자동화, 기계화가 진보되어 육체적인 노동이 경감된 결과, 중고령자라도 할 수 있는 작업이 많아지고 있다. 또, VDT (Visual Dislay Terminal) 작업과 같은 정보처리 작업의 수요가 증가하여 그 인재의 부족이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 중고령자의 기능을 조사하여 어떠한 작업에 적합한가를 판단하는 것이 중요한 과제로 되었다. 그러나 노동에는 많은 기능이 관여 하고, 그 내용에 따라서 요구되는 기능이 서로 다르기 때문에 노동적응능력의 기본적인 기능으로 보여지는 것에 좁혀서 작업능력의 연령증가 변화에 대하여다원적 평가를 하는 것이 실제적이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인간이 가지고 있는 다수의 기능중에서 수지교 치성과 연령증가와의 관계를 조사한다. 만약 연령증가 만으로 수지교치성을 평가 할 수 없는 경우에는 어떠한 요인이 수지기민성의 변화에 영향을 미치는가를 검토한다.t list)에서 자동적으로 사건들의 순서가 결정되도록 확장하였으며, 설비 제어방식에 있어서도 FIFO, LIFO, 우선 순위 방식등을 선택할 수 있도록 확장하였다. The ability to detect online abnormal events in signals is essential in many real-world signal processing applications. In order to detect abnormal events, previously known algorithms require an explicit signal statistical model, and interpret abnormal events as statistical model abrupt changes. In general, maximum likelihood and Bayesian estimation theory to estimate well as detection methods have been used. However, the above-mentioned methods for robust and tractable model, it is not easy to estimate. More freedom to estimate how the model is needed. In this paper, we investigate a machine learning, descriptor-based approach that does not require a explicit descriptors statistical model, based on support vector machines are known to be robust statistical models and a sequential optimal algorithm online support vector machine is introduced.

정보추출(information extraction), 질의-응답 시스템(Question-Answering system) 등의 자연언어처리 응용분야에서 시간과 사건에 관련한 정보를 추출하는 것은 중요한 부분이다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 한국어의 자연언어처리 응용분야에서는 아직까지 이 연구가 본격화되지 않았다. 미국 TARSQI 프로젝트의 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 한국어 텍스트에서 시간 및 사건 표현의 주석, 추출, 추론을 위한 명세 언어(KTimeML), 주석 말뭉치(KTimeBank), 자동 태깅 시스템(KTarsqi Toolkit: KTTK)의 개발을 목표로 2008년 KTARSQI 프로젝트가 시작되었다. 이 논문에서는 KTARSQI 프로젝트의 목표와 과제에 대한 전반적인 소개와 함께, 현재까지 진행된 작업의 결과로서 사건 태그의 명세와 주석에 관한 논의를 덧붙인다.

대법원이 2011년 9월부터 10월까지 사이에 선고한 공정거래 사건 판결 중 주요한 것들을 소개한다. 이 기간 동안에 대법원은 심리불속행 판결들을 제외하고도 약 10건 가까운 판결을 선고하였다. 그 중 침대회사들의 가격표시제 합의와 관련된 대법원 2011. 9. 8. 선고 2010두344 판결, 이동통신서비스 시장에서의 시장지배적 사업자의 DRM 탑재행위와 관련된 대법원 2011. 10. 13. 선고 2008두1832 판결, 대형백화점의 납품업체에 대한 경영간섭행위와 관련된 대법원 2011. 10. 13. 선고 2010두8522 판결이 특히 중요한 의의를 가지고 있는 것으로 보여, 이 판례들을 소개하기로 한다.
