Through the coronavirus pandemic, research on the use and advancement of blockchain-based decentralized identity authentication (Decentralized ID) technology is being actively conducted in various fields, centered on the central government, local governments, and private businesses. In this paper, we introduce the results of development based on Hyperledger Fabric to change the existing central server-based identity authentication to a decentralized one. These development results can strengthen the security and transparency of identity authentication systems for commercial purposes and provide stable services for user ID issuance, inquiry, and disposal. In addition, the decentralized identity authentication system verified performance results of DID creation of 262,000 rps and DID inquiry of 1,850 rps, DID VP creation of 200 rps, and DID VP inquiry of 220 rps or less through public authentication.

ISO/TC 307(블록체인/분산원장) 표준기술위원회는 2016년 9월 신설되었으며, 호주에서 사무국을 담당하고 있다. 영국, 미국, 프랑스, 독일등 서방국가들이 적극적으로 표준화 활동을 하며, 기업 측면에서는 IBM, MS사의 활동이 두각을 나타내고 있다. 아직 위원회의 구조와 표준화가 초기 단계에 있지만, 블록체인 기술을 기반으로 활용사례 표준 개발을 병행하여, 표준의 효용성을 높이려는 시도가 진행되고 있다. 중앙집중식의 구조에서 탈중앙구조로 패러다임 전환이 순조롭게 추진되기 위해서는 이제 학문적 기초가 필요하다는 의견이 국제컨퍼런스를 통하여 제시되었으며, 이러한 초기 단계에 한국도 적극적으로 활동하여 경쟁력 있는 특화 부분을 선점하는 전략이 필요하다고 사료되며, 지난 5월 더블린에서 개최된 블록체인/분산원장 기술위원회의 표준화 동향을 살펴본다.

We are developing a minimized integrated public address system that has facilities such as external input, Mic., CD, MP3 and Radio. In this paper, developing an integrated public address system with operational MICOM will make it possible to control the facilities of digital devices centrally. The operational MICOM is composed of 3 layers which are a control layer, a processing layer and a user interface layer. The control layer controls digital devices in the integrated public address and the processing layer is for processing voice data editing, controlling signals of devices and providing status information of the device. The user interface layer displays the status of control devices and the data processing of a user. A remote control is used for the central control.

This study asesses the effectiveness of Korean Government web sits in providing equitable and appropriate access to government web sites was evaluated. Five information contents of services, fluent operation of services, feedback mechanism, easiness of access, and design. The result showed that there are several issues for the government to address in formulating effective policy for government web sites although most information services provided by Government web sites were highly appreciated by the researcher. This article provides an overview of information policy issues to the government web site designers and administrators.

Since realization of E-voting system expands participation of voters and efficient count of voting, political and social and technical revolution is possible. However, without secure e-voting system, practical usages are infeasible. In the paper, we propose an e-voting system which is able to open votes in server without decryption during midst process using EC-ELGAMAL homomorphic cryptography. Users ensure anonymity with pseudo id from server and check their voting with Bloom Filter technology. Furthermore, we combine attributes and voters' information, so we can collect information of voter under the condition of anonymity.

사용자의 인증 및 자원에 대한 접근 권한을 제어하는 인가는 개별 서버에서 수행되어 왔다. 개별적인 인증과 인가는 서버의 관리 부담을 증가시키며, 서비스의 가입과 반복적인 인증으로 인해 사용자에게 불편을 초래한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 중앙집중적으로 인증과 인가를 대행하는 AAS를 제안한다. AAS는 ID 관리 기능 외에 단일인증(Single sign on), 멀티티어(multi-tier)인증, 역할기반 접근통제, 인증서 관리 서비스 등을 제공한다.

통신 기술의 발달은 컴퓨터를 활용한 정보 교환을 수월하게 만들었지만, 더불어 정보 유출의 가능성 또한 증가하였다. 특히 전자상거래와 같이 정보의 보호가 필요한 응용들도 급격히 활성화됨을 따라, 정보의 보안은 반드시 필요하며, 보안 서비스 중에서도 공정한 부인 봉쇄 서비스는 필수적이다. 기존에 제안된 부인 봉쇄 기법들은 보통 공정성을 위해 송.수신자는 중개자인 Trusted Third Party(TIP)를 두어 서로 통신한다. 하지만, 클라이언트수가 증가하면 중앙의 TTP에 네트웍 트래픽이 집중되어 효율적이지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 중앙 TTP에 집중되는 네트웍 트래픽량을 줄이기 위해 TTP를 분석시키는 새로운 부인봉쇄 프로토콜을 제시한다.

Gender differences have been studied by using spectral features such as median frequency (MDF) respectively. MDF is the most commonly used as a feature to describe muscle conduction velocity. The aim of this paper is to detect gender differences from surface EMG signals during isotonic contractions of the bicep Brachii. Eight volunteers participated in surface EMG recordings placed on the biceps brachii and each recording experiment continued until their exhaustion. We used feature values and regressive slopes and compared the feature changes from the onset to the endurance time to find gender differences. The result of experiments shows that the regressive slope of these features is valid to measure gender differences.
