Currently, virus infection such as Corona 19 has become commonplace, and interest in unmanned systems is increasing in the field for non-face-to-face ICT services. In this paper, the function and performance of remotely successfully controlling a store through video and audio using an IP PBX with a broadcasting function was verified through a test. And the fully unmanned system is not gaining credibility due to various technical problems, however the central control system is a very efficient and reliable system because the controller can directly control the customer while monitoring the access and the inside of the store through the video and audio. In the future, we plan to study a completely unmanned remote control system using A.I technology.

The current status of domestic monitoring centers was reviewed and the pattern-based security monitoring system and the centralized security monitoring system, both of which are the characteristics of security monitoring systems, were analyzed together with their advantages and disadvantages. In addition, as for a development plan of domestic security monitoring systems, in order to improve the problems of the existing pattern-based centralized monitoring system, Honeynet and Darknet, which are based on anomalous behavior detection, were analyzed and their application plans were described.

GPS는 위성을 이용한 항법지원 시스템으로 최근 민간에 공개되면서 ITS에 이용하려는 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 무선데이터통신 기술은 무선으로 인터넷에 접속할 수 있을 정도로 향상되었다. 본 논문에서는 GPS의 위치정보를 수신하고 이를 수치지도와 매핑할 수 있도록 WGS-84 경위도좌표에서 Bessel TM좌표로 변환한 후, 무선데이터통신을 이용하여 중앙관제서버로 위치정보를 전송함으로써 중앙관제센터에서 이동물체를 관제/관리할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다.

전체 해양 사고 원인 중 선박 운항 부주의가 34%로 사고 발생 원인 중 대다수를 차지한다. 해당 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 선박 운항자를 대상으로 효과적인 운항 교육 및 실시간 관제 시스템을 제공해 사고를 방지하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 울산항만을 현실적으로 반영한 가상현실 시물레이션 및 5g 수상드론을 이용한 운항 교육 시스템과 모든 선박들이 사용가능한 실시간 관제 시스템을 연구하고 이를 울산 항만에 제공한다.

The current railway control system in Korea is comprised of signaling, electric rail power, communication, and maintenance systems that are independent of each other. Further, these systems have different mediums and protocols for transmitting the field equipment data to the central control system. The Safety Supervision System has as its purpose the collecting of safety-related data from each system to predict and prevent accidents, this system utilizes standard protocol. Safety-related data need to be collected from field data transmission devices of the existing control system, the data should be collected without affecting the communication of the existing system. In this study, sniffing skill, which is typically used for network traffic monitoring or security, is used to collect data. The problems arising from the use of sniffing devices are noted, and the Packet Conversion Node is proposed as a solution to the problems. Further, functional and performance testing were completed for the prototype, and the software architecture and packet conversion process were verified.

차세대 VTS 통합 플랫폼 개발 연구사업은 클라우드 기반의 플랫폼 구축을 통해 해상교통관제센터에서 수집한 관제정보를 중앙에서 통합하여 관제 및 유관 기관에 선박교통 안전과 관련된 정보를 제공하는 시스템 개발을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이에 따라 본연구에 구축될 IaaS 클라우드 플랫폼을 쉽고 효율적이며 안정적으로 운영할 수 있는 통합운영 관리 시스템이 필요하며 연구과제 특성 및 요구사항 분석을 통해 최적화된 통합운영관리 시스템을 개발하였다.

현재 대부분의 출입관리시스템은 중앙 서버와 각각의 자동 개폐기로 구성된 중앙 관제 시스템으로 빈번한 출입이 필요한 환경에서의 출입보안에 목적을 두고 있다. 그러나 기존의 중앙집중식 관제 시스템은 인증기가 야외에 노출되거나 네트워크 인프라의 구축이 어려운 특수한 환경에서의 도입에 문제가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트폰을 인증키로 하는 출입관리시스템의 개발을 최종 목표로 하고 있으며, 이를 위해 출입관리시스템 웹 서버를 구현하였다. 출입관리시스템 서버는 개폐기 및 사용자관리, 개폐기 권한 할당, 지도기반 모니터링, 출입 모니터링, 출입내역 조회가 가능하다.

본 논문에서는 에이전트를 이용하여 개인용 컴퓨터의 보안성을 높이고, 중앙에서 PC 보안 정책을 조직 내에 일괄 적용하고 관리할 수 있는 PC 보안 관제 시스템의 개발에 대해서 설명한다. 에이전트는 각 PC에서 보안 정책을 적용하고 보안 로그를 수집하여 관제 시스템으로 전송하며, 관제 시스템은 이러한 정보를 기반으로 조직내의 PC 보안정책을 일괄 적용할 수 있도록 지원한다. 에이전트를 이용한 PC 보안 관제 시스템은 에이전트에서 수집된 보안 로그를 이용하여 보안 정책을 조직에 알맞게 수립할 수 있으며, 수립된 조직의 정책이 조직내의 PC에 적용할 수 있고, 정책에 위배되는 사항을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
