본 연구에서는 중소기업진흥공단이 보증한 P-CBO pool에 편입된 중소기업들의 재무적 특성을 기준으로 중소기업의 재무적 특성과 기업가정신의 관련성을 분석하였다. 중소기업진흥공단의 혁신성 위주의 선정기준과 투기등급 업체의 위험감수성에 기반하여 중소기업진흥공단 P-CBO 편입 중소기업의 경우 재무적 특성과 기업가정신 관련성이 클 것으로 해석하였다. 또한 설문을 통한 기업가정신과 재무적 성과에 관한 기존연구를 바탕으로 P-CBO 편입 중소기업의 재무적 특성이 일반 중소기업의 재무적 특성과 차별적일 것이라고 예상하였다. 주요 재무적 변수를 중심으로 2000년~2005년까지 보증된 중소기업진흥공단 P-CBO 편입업체와 유사한 신용평가등급(투기등급) 수준을 보이는 일반중소기업의 재무적 특성을 비교하였다. 연구 결과 P-CBO 편입 중소기업과 일반중소기업간에는 재무적 특성을 기준으로 한 유의적인 차이를 발견하지 못했다. 다만 P-CBO 편입 일반중소기업의 설립 후 경과연수는 유의적인 차이를 보였다. 향후에는 설문 위주의 기업가정신과 재무적 성과에 대한 연구와 더불어 설문 결과 및 재무적 특성을 실증적으로 상호 비교하고 나아가 이를 바탕으로 한 시계열적인 연구가 필요하다.

This study analyzed the papers provided by Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business (APJSB) for 40 years. The purpose of this study is looking at the research trends about small and medium business. We tried to identify some stream and feature without manipulation. Textmining and Frequency analysis are executed on topics of every published paper in APJSB to 2019 from 1979. The result suggest that important keyword and feature of research topics in APJSB. And the result show the period feature as well as the whole of research trend in APJSB for 40 years. Futhermore, we suggest some implications derived from the results by adapting business ecosystem model and business managerial system model.

Marking the 40th anniversary of the founding of The Korean Association of Small Business Studies, this paper was carried out to shed light on the historical trend of 40 years of small and medium business research through the papers published in the Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business and to consider the direction of future small and medium business research. In particular, we will focus on small and medium venture business policies and strategic management aspects of small and medium venture businesses to analyze the contents of published papers related to the subject and contribute to finding implications and future research directions. In order to analyze the research trends of small and medium venture business policies and strategic management sectors of small and medium venture companies covered in the Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business from 1979 to 2019, the analysis was divided by time and item based on research subjects, research methods, researchers, etc., and the primary analysis results are as follows: First, out of a total of 1,056 research papers, research papers on small and medium venture enterprise policy and strategic management showed a ratio of about 14% and 11% of the total research. Second, in terms of research subjects, the proportion of policy research on funds and start-ups and ventures was high in the field of small and medium venture enterprise policy, and the research on internationalization strategy was carried out the most in the area of strategic management. Third, qualitative research was more prominent until the 1980s, but the proportion of quantitative research began to increase after the 1990s, and since then, quantitative research has been carried out more than qualitative research. Fourth, over the past 40 years, Hanyang University, Kyungpook National University, Konkuk University, etc. were the institutions that presented research papers most actively in the areas of small and medium venture business policy and strategic management, and the research institute's participation was somewhat insufficient. The main implications of this study for the continuous development of the Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business are as follows. First, it is necessary to enhance the link between research on policy research and strategic management of small and medium venture companies in terms of research subject matter. Second, more diversity should be pursued in terms of research methods. Third, it is necessary to increase the participation rate of public and private research institutes related to small and medium venture enterprises in academic societies.

최근 COVID-19 장기화 영향과 원자재 가격 급등으로 국내 대출금리가 가파르게 오르면서 빚으로 버티는 중소기업에 대한 우려가 커지고 있다. 또한, 높은 대출금리와 금융권의 대출심사 시 과도한 제출서류와 재무제표 위주의 심사로 인해 경영 환경에 힘든 중소기업의 대출은 거절되는 경우도 증가하고 있다. 따라서 중소기업의 자금조달과 투자 활성화 방안에 대한 논의가 필요하기에 본 연구는 중소기업의 ESG 제도의 활용을 통한 투자증진방안을 제언하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 비재무적 지표로 활용되는 ESG 평가지표의 활용이 중소기업의 기업가치를 예측하는 데 도움이 되며, 중소기업이 ESG 정보공시에 적극적으로 참여해야 하는 중요성을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구는 자금조달이 중요한 중소기업의 ESG 도입과 실천의 필요성을 제언하며, 비재무적 지표의 활용이 기업가치를 예측하는 데 도움이 된다는 것을 실증적인 결과로 분석하고자 한다. 따라서, 중소기업의 투자 활성화 방안으로 ESG 활용이 적극적으로 권장하고 실천해야 하며, ESG 정보공시를 위한 노력이 곧 중소기업의 정보 비대칭성을 해결하는 데 도움이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. 또한, 결과적으로 중소기업은 ESG 도입과 실천이 자금조달 및 투자 활성화로 이어질 수 있다는 투자 메커니즘을 이해하고 향후 중소기업형 ESG 정책의 필요성을 제언하고자 한다.

This study investigates the research trends of SMEs and technological innovations in the last 40 years. Research topics and methodological trends were analyzed for 114 academic papers deals with technology innovation in SMEs. In terms of research subjects, there have been interested in the technology capability and technology accumulation of SMEs in the 1990s, but after the 2000s, research on external open innovation and innovation performance has increased. The empirical analysis studies using primary or secondary data were dominated since the 2000s. We suggest some future research directions, more systematic innovation processes in SMEs, the interactions between technology innovation and external environments, and advanced methodologies on SMEs' technology innovation studies.

최근 대기업을 중심으로 하여 SCM에 관한 관심이 고조되면서, 이와 관련한 연구는 매우 고무적이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 국내의 대다수 중소기업들은 SCM에 대한 인식자체 및 동기화 정도가 매우 부족할 뿐 아니라 중소기업과 관련한 SCM에 대한 국내의 연구도 매우 미미한 상황이다. SCM이 중소기업에 도입시 그 유용성에 대한 찬반 논란이 외국의 사례에서는 볼 수 있지만 국내의 경우 이에 대한 논의가 잘 되지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내중소기업들이 SCM의 동기화 요인과 이의 성과에 대한 만족도가 어떠한 영향을 갖고 있는지를 살펴보고 이것이 도입유무와 상관없이 기업이 현실적으로 고려하고 있는 SCM 성과 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 살펴본다. 특히 중소기업의 공급망사슬의 위치와 IT서비스의 인식정도와 활용정도에 따라서 파트너 기업 관계, 자사 내부 요인이 SCM 동기화정도와 성과 만족도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 살펴본다. 본 연구를 통해 국내의 중소기업들이 SCM도입에 관한 실질적인 동기화 정도를 살펴볼 수 있고, 국내 중소기업들이 SCM을 도입시 고려해야하는 문제점을 파악하여 향후 정부의 중소기업 정보화지원정책에 관한 시사점을 도출한다.

이 연구의 목적은 중소기업청의 수출지원사업 중 수출역량강화사업(이하'사업')이 중소기업, 특히, 업력 7년 미만의 창업 중소기업(중소기업창업지원법 제2조 제2호에 의함)의 수출증대에 미치는 효과를 분석하는데 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전국 12개 지방 중소기업청에 사업을 신청한 기업중 2014년, 2015년에 경기지방 중소기업청을 통하여 사업에 참여한 843개 기업의 수출 성과에 대한 정량적 분석을 하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존연구들을 바탕으로 기업의 수출성과와 관련된 선행연구들을 조사하여 주요 변수를 선정하였다. 또한 2000년대 이후 수출 입 관련 통계상 매년도 1위를 차지하고 있고, 산업별 고용인원이 1위인 경기지역의 사업 참여업체를 대상으로 표본을 수집하였다. 실증분석결과, 첫째로 사업은 중소기업의 수출성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사업은 업력 7년 미만의 창업 중소기업의 수출성과에 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 사업은 일반 중소기업보다 업력 7년 미만의 창업 중소기업에 더욱 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 본 연구는 수출입 규모가 경기지역 다음으로 큰 울산지역과 서울지역에서 동일한 기간에 사업에 참여하였던 기업들의 수출성과를 추가하여 유의한 결과가 도출되는지에 대한 후행 연구를 하고자 한다.

중소기업의 ERP도입에 관련된 많은 요인들에 대한 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 대부분의 연구들이 중소기업이 독립적으로 ERP를 도입하게 되는 경우를 다루고 있으나, 많은 중소기업들이 자금을 비롯한 다양한 이유로 독립적으로 ERP도입을 결정하지 못하고 있다. 따라서, 협력대기업이 공급사슬관리차원에서 공급사인 중소기업들의 ERP도입을 지원하고 있다. 협력대기업이 중소기업의 ERP 도입을 지원하는 과정에서 활용할 수 있는 방안과 과정상의 문제에 대해 국내 대기업의 지원사례와 ERP를 도입한 중소기업의 도입사례를 연구하여 중소기업 ERP도입에서의 협력대기업의 역할에 대한 탐색적인 연구를 수행하였다. 협력대기업의 지원방안으로는 도입자금지원, 도입벤더선정, 도입과정도움, 도입후 시스템 개선과정 도움, ERP활용교육 등을 활용하고 있다.

Since its inception in 1979, 174 research papers on international business have been published in "Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business." In this paper, those literatures on international business of small/medium-sized enterprises and venture companies were reviewed and critically assessed. In this respect, research papers on international business were analyzed in the order of author, publication year, detailed research area, research method and main arguments and implications. Based on the data, this paper summarizes how frequently international business papers have been published, what detailed topics of international business have been covered, what research methods have been adopted, and which of the papers in each detailed research area of international business have special meanings. In addition, based on the results of analysis, this paper also drew suggestions on what efforts and changes should be made in future researches on international business activities of small/medium-sized enterprises and venture companies.

본 연구의 목적은 정부의 R&D 지원사업에 참여하는 유형별 중소기업들의 R&D참여 요인에 관한 연구이다. 각 정부부처별 R&D 지원사업이 지역전략산업별, 뿌리기술전문기업, 부품소재기업등 특수 산업분야별, 다양한 형태로 운영되고 있으며, 각 기업에 보조금, 지원금 및 마케팅, 기획, 교육등의 다양한 지원이 이루어지고 있고 각 기업들 또한 이에 참여하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 이와 같은 정부 R&D지원사업의 참여요인 즉, 다양한 유형의 중소기업이 정부 R&D과제 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 가설을 검증한다. 또한 기술적 성과인 R&D 참여강화와 기술역량 강화에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 가설을 검증한다. 이 분석결과를 통한 연구결과, 중소기업의 연구개발투자에 영향을 미치는 요인중 지역전략산업별, 뿌리기술전문기업, 부품소재기업등 특수 산업분야별등 기업유형에 따라 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다는 결과를 바탕으로 정부지원사업에 참여하는 유형별 중소기업들의 전략적 R&D참여를 위한 방향설정에 도움이 될 것이다.
