This research aims to grasp ripple effect of land space by assuming the linkage of transcontinental railway, asian highway, rail ferry and undersea tunnel. The result of research was drawn positively. But all region don't have same result. Pacific Yellow Sea of Chnia has better route on the present sea transport. The other region has better route on changing network. This research has some academic significants as a research start in an unexplored field and basic research for following research. Also, Academic contribution is in attempt to analyze effect size, change of effect and contribution of balance development by linkage of ultra infra structure and gives political proposals for related research development.

Northeast Asia is changing rapidly, including becoming an increasingly important part of the world economy. Various logistical systems and networks are being established in this area, including South and North Korea, China, Japan, Russia, and Mongolia. Thus, a new systematic logistical network and development strategy is required. The division of the Korean peninsula has for a long time made the region ineffective in terms of land logistics. South Korea's connection to Eurasia is blocked by North Korea, which means it is essentially treated as an island. Furthermore, South Korea does not have an efficient logistics system or effective vision and strategy. Northeast Asia has the potential to be one of the largest economic communities in the world, similar to the EU and North America. Thus, a united Korea can play an important role as the land bridge of Northeast Asia and the logistical hub of the region. This study reviews the logistical position, tasks, and problems of the Korean peninsula and suggests a desirable development strategy and vision. Specifically, after examining the conditions for a land logistical system, focusing on railways, this study proposes several future-oriented development strategies and tactics that will position the peninsula as a logistical hub in Northeast Asia. We anticipate that this study will serve as the basis for future research that will investigate the topics presented here in more detail.

Logistics needs in Asia are surprisingly increasing due to rapid growth of China in Northeast Asia We are endeavoring to make an economic block in opposition to NAFTA and EU by economic revival, political stability, and easing of exclusive parts between countries as increasing of traffic infra such as asian highway, transcontinental railway in the region of Northeast Asia and as considering diversification of transportation mode. Now, Busan is not a final terminal of this business, and it is not a concreted level in considering an undersea tunnel between Korea and Japan as effort to extend to Japan. Therefore, this study performed an effect analysis which be affected to Northeast Asia and Korea in future by analysis and comparison of a cost and time required of marine transportation and railway before and after construction through course analysis and summary of discussed content until now for undersea tunnel between Korea and Japan. This result expects as a accelerative play for study cf undersea tunnel between Korea and Japan in future. In this result, we estimate that it is an effective things in a cost and time required if undersea tunnel between Korea and Japan is constructed, and we simply searched for theirs effects in the aspects of Northeast Asia, national balanced development, regional economic in Busan, and marine logistics.
