This paper is intended to examine and analyze the new Chinese words as the result of culture content. The development of the Korean entertainment industry has created a Korean wave around the world. Through this, many Korean words, Internet vocabulary, and cultural concepts have begun to enter China. Among them, there are many new words that have appeared on the Chinese Internet due to the culture content. As the number of Korean fans and Korean learners increases, new words on the Internet are widely used. The new Chinese words, which are influenced by Korean cultural content, are considered an important part of new Chinese vocabulary. To accurately recognize and understand this, first of all six categories of the new Chinese words were analyzed, which were figurative meaning, substitution, loan of foreign words, abbreviation, compound word, derivation. This formulation also works on the Chinese words with the influence of cultural content. There are three types of the Internet new words form Korean cultural. Which were new words in Chinese characters, new words in alphabets, extended meanings. And had analyzed new words through the acquisition of new meanings. Also took specific news titles and songs according to each category. Through new Chinese words, The influence of cultural content had been confirmed. It is expected that these new Chinese words enrich Chinese vocabulary, also help to facilitate communication. And these new Chinese words are often used in public media or in everyday life. We should recognize the existence of these new Chinese words, and have an accurate perception of them.

This study aims to determine whether learning motivation and grit mediate in the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning engagement among Chinese high school students. Data were collected through a survey targeting 304 high school students purposively sampled from a high school in China. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2. The statistical methods applied were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and dual mediation effect analysis. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, emotional intelligence, learning motivation, grit, and learning engagement all showed significant positive correlations. Second, high school students' learning motivation and grit double-mediated in the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning engagement. Based on these results, this study proposed a plan to improve high school students' academic engagement by utilizing not only emotional intelligence but also learning motivation and grit.

This study aims to determine whether coach leadership behavior and group cohesion mediate in the relationship between grit and training satisfaction among Chinese college students. Data were collected through a survey targeting 313 college students purposively sampled at a university in Guangdong, China. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2. The statistical methods applied were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and dual mediation effect analysis. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, grit, coach leadership behavior, group cohesion, and training satisfaction all showed significant positive correlations. Second, the coach's leadership behavior and group cohesion double-mediated in the relationship between grit and training satisfaction. Based on these results, this study proposed a plan to utilize not only grit but also coach leadership behavior and group cohesion to improve college students' training satisfaction.

This study aims to determine whether happiness and hope mediate in the relationship between growth mindset and academic achievement among Chinese college students. Data were collected through a survey targeting 337 college students purposively sampled at a university in Guangdong, China. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2. The statistical methods applied were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and dual mediation effect analysis. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, growth mindset, happiness, hope, and academic achievement all showed significant positive correlations. Second, college students' happiness and hope double mediated the relationship between a growth mindset and academic achievement. Based on these results, this study proposed a plan to utilize not only a growth mindset but also happiness and hope to improve the academic achievement of college students.

This study aims to determine whether aesthetic ability and self-worth dually mediate in the relationship between creative personality and creativity among Chinese design college students. Data were collected through a survey targeting 500 college students purposively sampled from a design major university in Guangdong, China. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2. The statistical methods applied were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and dual mediation effect analysis. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, creative personality, aesthetic ability, self-worth, and creativity all showed significant positive correlations. Second, college students' aesthetic ability and self-worth double-mediated in the relationship between creative personality and creativity. Based on these results, this study proposed a plan to utilize not only creative personality but also aesthetic ability and self-worth to enhance the creativity of college students.

Chinese cartoon industry lately was able to see a rapid development which changed cartoon creative personnel associated with increased production technology development, new technologies, government support policy and a variety of environments. It was likely to have high expectations for changes in the policy environment of the country supported the comic creators and authors to develop its own comic industry. The State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of China promoted the production for the development of Chinese animation with "domestic little video about the development of the animation industry's opinion", and "documents Documents". Animation industrial base and animation education was established in institutions such as the organization one after another. In the meantime, the spread of Japanese comics picture on the creative activation admitted but their comic creation and activation was slump. It would produce that the creation of its traditional culture based activation strategy to built comics. Since 2004, It was well represented for the creators of the cartoon creation of the tradition and uniqueness of Chinese history. In the prior to 2004, comics and strategies was to be differentiated. Today, China is an important source of comic marked the fact that the tradition was recognized and it was further developed with combining creativity of the past and the present production system. Comic creators comic story of traditional culture were excavated in order to have a sense of awareness and modern. The difference between China Cartoon and comics in other Asian countries is true that cartoon story came out naturally in a traditional culture. In this study, It would lead in the future to allow directional presented for the digital cartoon making development policy awareness through the comic creation and production of new media content industry enabled to China. Now, in the new media industry for the development of China's neighboring countries coped with climate change for the active exchange of information. It poured out ceaseless technical development and a range of policies to support business expansion. New China Cartoon was leaped to re-fit the industry.

우리가 원전을 가지고 우리보다는 개발과 경험이 일천(日淺)한 나라들을 향해 진출하기 위해서도 궁극적으로는 한국형 표준 모델을 앞세워야 할 것이다. 그런데 우선 원전을 이미 가졌으되 아무래도 우리보다는 미숙한 단계에 있는 나라들에 대해서 생각해 볼 수 있는 대상항목은 품질보증교육, 보수 기자재, 시운전 지원, 운전기술 지원 등의 기술자문분야이다. 한국전력기술(주)에서는 이미 1992년에 중국 광동 원자력발전소의 기술자들을 초청하여 품질보증 교육을 실시한 바 있다. 그리고 현재 광동 원자력발전소 현장에 기술자가 파견되어 운전후 유지보수 부문에 대한 기술자문지원을 하고 있다. 그리고 앞으로 신규 발전소에 참여하게 되면 각종 타당성조사업무와 주기기 기술사양서작성, 주기기평가 등 사업주 기술자문업무를 비롯, 종합설계업무, 사업관리, 구매지원 등으로 그 참여 범위를 넓혀가야 할 것이다.

사물인터넷(loT), 인공지능, 빅데이터 등 빠르게 발전하는 기술을 기반으로 개발 중인 자율운항선박(MASS)의 개발이 유럽(독일, 노르웨이, 스웨덴, 독일, 노르웨이 등), 미국, 일본, 중국 등 다양한 나라에서 이루어지고 있다. 산업통산자원부는 2022년 11월 3일 자율운항에 필요한 항해·기관 자동화 시스템 등의 핵실기술 개발과 자율운항 해상 시험선 실증을 수행하는 자율운항선박 성능실증센터를 준공하여 미래 해운산업에 박차를 가하고 있다. 해양주권 수호, 수색·구조, 해상질서유지, 해양범죄예방·수사, 해양오염방제 등 바다에서의 수호자 역할을 수행하는 해양경찰의 변화는 무엇보다 중요하겠다. 이에 국내·외 서적, 연구논문, 보고서, 언론자료 등의 분석을 통해 자율운항선박 등 미래발전에 대한 관심을 가지고, 해양경찰의 개선방안을 논의해 보고자 한다.

Projection mapping is one of the convergence contents combined with digital technology. After entering the Chinese market, with its fantastic shock of visual impact, it becomes China's most shocking, most popular, and most commercial value of marketing means, to be widely used in advertising, construction, tourism and other fields. But in China, the lack of projection mapping professionals and professional will affect the development of the entire industry. The study analysed the case of projection mapping in China, and discovered the future direction development of projection mapping. Projection mapping will keep going based on local cultural environment, and combined with other intelligent technologies, and spreading to daily life, also expanding the using area, creating the manifestation pattern then contributing greatly to the entertainment content industry.

Through a Chinese rise, Chinese dream is actualizing as the world's great power. According to outlook of World Bank and IMF, Around 2030 China will be a great power bigger than America's economic power. The rise of China will give a huge impact to the whole world. China expands her influence through a global manufacturing base and a global market. To actualize 'Peaceful Rise' Strategy, China has many constraints. Chinese society is facing many difficult social problem due to side effects of a rapid development. Such as the spread of corruption, the severity of wealth gap, environmental degradation and energy shortage. Internationally there are containment from hegemon so-called 'China threat' dispute, Taiwan issue and territorial disputes. Western countries are hostile to China for two reasons. Based on expectations, one is China's socialist system and the other is the rising China which will compete for supremacy with Europe and America. Recent emergence of Chinese nationalism and the containment of the neighboring countries are also serious limiting factors. Domestically they have the rampant corruption in the bureaucracy, weakened capacity of Communist rule, wealth disparity due to the discriminatory economic development strategy, seriousness of rural problem, social instability, lack of social security systems and the development gap between the eastern coastal areas and western inland areas, ethnic minorities problems, the constraint of sustainable development issues due to lack of resources, environmental pollution and energy constraints. Like the former Soviet Union, China may face a dismantlement. After the rise, China may encounter possibilities of a war between great powers or a collapse of Chinese society caused by deepening internal conflict. Serious economic polarization would make peasants and urban workers, who are social vulnerable people, to turn their back to communist party and threaten the justification and the appropriateness of the ruling communist party. Chinese government will think internal system security threat is more formidable risk factor than a system security threat from the hegemon. The decline of great country comes from internal reasons rather than external reasons. To achieve peaceful rise, unification with Taiwan is an essential prerequisite. Taiwan issues are complex problems which equipped with international and domestic factors. Lack of energy resources, environmental pollution in China will bring economic crisis to Korean enterprises. Important influence to Korean economy will be a changeover of the method in economic development. It will turn the balance of investment and consumption, GDP-centered growth to consumption and environment-centered growth. Services industries including finance, environment, culture, education, health care and social welfare will grow. Change in China's growth model will give a great challenge upon the intermediate goods industry in Korea. Korea should reduce the portion of machinery, automotive, semiconductor, steel and chemical-centered export industry to China, and should increase the proportion of the service industry.
