적응형 소프트웨어는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 핵심 분야로 홈 네트워크, 지능 로봇 등 다양한 분야에 응용이 가능하다. 하지만, 대부분의 연구가 적응형 소프트웨어의 요구사항이나 시나리오의 구체화를 위한 비전을 제시하거나, 응용 구현의 사례를 보임으로써 실현 가능성을 확인하는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구에서는 동적인 재구성이 가능한 규칙 기반으로 동작할 수 있기 때문에 진화가 가능하며, 상태에 기반하여 행위를 판단하는 RASC 프레임워크를 제안한다. 기존 서비스 조합의 개념을 실현하기 위해 중개자를 이용하였으며, 변이와 교차와 같은 유전 알고리즘 연산을 쉽게 적용할 수 있도록 RASC 도메인을 정의하였다. RASC 프레임워크는 블랙보드 아키텍처를 기반으로 규칙을 공유하며, 서비스와 서비스 조합체 모두 자극-반응 모델을 따르고 자기유사성을 가지는 일종의 복잡계를 구성한다.

The Princess Bari, an epic song passed down orally among the korean shamans, describes the process of its heroine's becoming a shaman. The life of a shaman coincides with the image of Mother Goddess that created human beings in that her role was to connect the life here and hereafter in Korea. Princess Bari, an abandoned daughter, experiences the world of death, sacrifices herself completely for her parents, devotes to her husband and gives birth to seven sons. She is a Mother Goddess who embraces fecundity and fertility, creation and destruction, and life and death. Furthermore, she is a "warm-hearted Mother Goddess" who takes the deceased to their last journey with maternal care. The number "seven", known to be a very significant number in human lives and the world after death, symbolizes how princess Bari had to be born as the seventh girl of her parents, not as the fifth or the sixth.

The need for a unified data communication for home digital devices and realtime multimedia services in home network has led to recent research on home gateway over the broadcasting and communication convergence network. In this paper, we discuss requirement for such home gateway design and define services that the home gateway provides. Then, we propose a home gateway architecture aimed to efficient multimedia distribution for heterogeneous devices in the home network. The proposed home gateway has a role of protocol gateway, media server, and media trans-coder. Finally, we show the feasibility of the proposed home gateway in several multimedia distribution scenario.

This paper measures and compares the efficiency of national health technology R&D programs focused on translational research program increasing importance using data envelopment analysis (DEA). Three input variables and three output variables are selected for DEA. Inputs are funds, researchers, and project period and outputs are SCI (E) papers, applied and granted patents, and impact factor. This study uses a three-stage approach. In the first stage, output-based DEA model is applied to evaluate the efficiency of decision making unit (DMU). In the second stage, based on efficiency scores of target diseases high-efficiency group and low-efficiency group are classified. And then strategic portfolio matrix of translational research program is composed of four dimensions combining research types. Mann-Whitney U test is then run to compare average efficiency scores among four groups. In the final stage, Tobit regression model is used to estimate factors likely to influence the efficiency. The results are expected to provide policy implications for effectively establishing investment strategy and managing performance of R&D program.

본 고에서는 전자상거래에서의 지불 방법과 전자상거래에서 사용되는 거래정보의 보안기법에 대해 살펴보았다. 전자지불의 유형으로는 전자 대금 이체, 디지털 캐시 및 이의 현실적인 형태인 E-cash등이 있다. 이러한 거래 방법과 더불어 전자상거래 시스템의 보안은 비즈니스 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 이를 보장하기 위해 non-SET 기반으로 대칭적 암호화 기법, 비대칭적 암호화 기법 및 SET을 이용한 암호화 거래 방법을 살펴보았다. 전자상거래 시스템의 구성요소는 구매자, 판매자 및 중개인으로 이루어진다[8]. 전자상거래의 보안에 관한 요소는 다른 학문적인 요소와는 달리 그 실용적인 성격과 파급효과로 인하여 세계 각국의 정부 기관이나 연구소에서 주도권 쟁탈을 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 전자상거래의 요소는 전자상거래의 기술을 연구하고 제시하는 쪽 보다는 현실적인 필요성에 의해 금융기관이나 판매자들에 의해 주도적으로 개발되는 경우가 많다. 컴퓨터와 네트워크의 급속한 발전 속도와 영역의 확장은 앞으로의 전자상거래가 국가나 사회에 어떤 영향을 미칠지를 예측하기 어렵게 한다. 다시 말하면 앞으로 전자상거래가 사회, 경제적 또는 외교적으로 미칠 영향은 매우 크리라 예상된다. 이러한 전자상거래 분야에서 주도권을 유지하기 위해서는 이와 관련된 정부부처, 연구소, 각급 기관 및 업체들이 서로 협력하고 조율하여 국제적인 표준과 보조를 맞추고, 국내 기술과의 접목을 가능하도록 협조와 자원이 필요하다. 전자상거래 관련 보안 및 지불 기술의 확보는 국가 경쟁력 확보 및 차세대 거래 수단으로서의 전자상거래 시장에서 기회를 확보할 수 있는 초석이 될 것이다.

자본시장법 개정과 벤처 창업 활성화를 위해 크라우드펀딩(Crowdfunding)의 역할이 매우 중요해지고 있다. 크라우드펀딩은 자금 수요자가 자신의 사업이나 자금조달 목적을 홍보하여 불특정 대중(crowd)으로부터 자금공급 여부에 대한 집단지성(collectiveintelligence)을 이끌어내고, 온라인상의 전문중개기관(intermediation)을 통해 소액의 자금을 조달(funding)하는 행위이다(김세련, 2017). 본 연구는 2017년 4월부터 약 1년간의 질적연구로 주식 및 채권 발행을 통한 증권형 크라우드펀딩을 준비하여 성공한 기업 5곳의 면담 자료와 실제 현장에서 강사로 교육을 하면서 관찰한 참여관찰일지를 전사 및 코딩하였다. 이를 기반으로 첫째, 크라우드펀딩에 성공한 기업들의 특징을 밝혀내고 둘째, 크라우드펀딩에 관한 사전교육이 성공에 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 궁극적으로는 크라우드펀딩을 통해 성공적으로 자금 유치를 하기 위한 교육법을 밝혀내고자 하였다. 기존 교육방식에 자코토 교육철학을 접목시켜 자코토 교육법이 크라우드펀딩을 통한 자금유치 성공에 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 것을 밝혀낸다. 자코토의 교육법은 어떤 '설명'도 하지 않고 프랑스어를 완벽하게 배우도록 한 자코토의 실험이 누구나 알려는 의지를 갖는다면 새로운 것을 배울 수 있다는 지능의 동일성에 근거하여 학생들에게 알려는 의지를 불러일으키고 빠져나갈 수 없는 고리를 강제하여 스스로 앎을 얻도록 한 것을 말한다.

This work focuses on improving the light-harvesting efficiency of thin-film silicon solar cells through innovative multi-architecture surface modifications. To create a regular optical structure, a lithographic process was performed to form it on a glass substrate through various etching processes, from Etch-1 to Etch-3. AZO was deposited on top of the structures and re-etched to create a multi-architectural surface. These surface-modified structures improved the light absorption and overall performance of the solar cell through changes in optical and physical properties, which we will analyze. In addition, we investigated the effect of post-cleaning on the etched glass structures through EDX analysis to understand the mechanism of the etching action. The results of this study are expected to provide important guidelines for the design and fabrication of solar cells and other photovoltaic devices.

The ICT(information & communication technology) led to a dramatic change of floral distribution service, a phase of competition between wholesales and retail stores, and distribution channels in floral industry. It was expected that a role of the intermediaries in this industry would have reduced due to the improvement of transaction process by ICT. However, the ICT made to overcome a regional limit of the floral retail distribution service leading to an increase in sales and enlargement of the stores. And even it made possible to bring out another type of intermediaries such as private associations. This case study focuses on what kinds of efforts the floral wholesale distributors have made to enable a distribution process more smoothly between the wholesale distributors and retail stores through the information system, and what the failure factors in adopting the information system have been. This paper is also to examine how the wholesale distributors have changed themselves to gain dominant positions in distribution channels. As a result of the study, it was found that the intermediaries mostly failed in successfully achieving the distribution channel innovation through the information system because of several main reasons. FLOMARKET Inc. tried to innovate a distribution channel to obtain high quality goods through consolidating a wholesale distribution market in that segregated both floral joint market from free markets. after implementing the information system with consideration of the failure factors, FLOMARKET Inc. was able to minimize goods in stock and make a major purchase of various goods. In addition, it made a possible pre-ordering process and an exact calculation of purchasing goods so they could provide their products with market price in real time, which helped for the company to gain credits from their customers. Also, FLOMARKET Inc. established the information system which well suited to its business stage in order to deal with a rapidly changing distribution environment. It's so obvious that the transaction processing system of FLOMARKET Inc. definitely helped to share information among traders more seamlessly and smoothly in realtime, standardize goods, and make a transaction process clearer. Besides, the transaction information helped the wholesale distributors and retail stores to make more strategic decisions in their business because through the system they enabled to gather the marketing intelligence information more easily and convenient. If we understand that the floral distribution market is characterized by the low IT- based industry, it's worth to examine a case study proving that the information system actually increases the productivity of the transaction process in the floral industry.

This study surveyed the central mountain area of Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) from March to October 2018 to reveal the appearance patterns of freshwater fish. We collected 7,744 individuals of 43 species in 12 families with skimming nets and cast nets in 12 stations during the survey. The dominant species was Zacco koreanus (30.3%), and the subdominant species was Z. platypus (18.5%), followed by Rhynchocypris oxycephalus (10.0%), R. steindachneri (6.7%), Microphysogobio yaluensis (5.9%), Acheilognathus signifer (4.5%), Pungtungia herzi (4.2%), and Orthrias nudus (2.6%). Among the collected species, four were legally protected. They included Hemibarbus mylodon, which was a natural monument, and Lethenteron reissneri, A. signifer, and Pseudopungtungia tenuicorpa, which were class II endangered wildlife designated by the Ministry of Environment. Twenty Korean endemic species (46.5%) and one exotic species, Micropterus salmoides, were also collected. Additionally, three climate-change sensitive species, R. kumgangensis, Ladislavia taczanowskii, and Cottus koreanus, and three landlocked species, L. reissneri, C. koreanus, and Rhinogobius brunneus appeared. The dominant species in each station were Z. koreanus (15 stations), Z. platypus (four stations), R. oxycephalus (four stations), and C. koreanus (one station). The species dominance index decreased from upstream to downstream (mainstream of Gimhwanamdae Stream), while the species diversity index and the species richness index increased. The community structure of the rivers was divided into the uppermost stream, upper stream, Han River, and Imjin River. Compared to antecedent surveys, this study collected the highest number of species. Two new species (Sarcocheilichthys variegatus wakiyae and Micropterus salmoides) were caught, while six species (Siniperca scherzeri, Leiocassis ussuriensis, Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis, Rhodeus ocellatus, Abbottina springeri, Aphyocypris chinensis) did not appear. Gimhwanamdaecheon Stream has high biological value with the inhabitation of many species, including species under legal protection and high diversity and richness index scores. This paper also discussed a protection plan for this area.

Education will be undergoing major changes with the 4th industrial revolution. As education contents will be important in future smart home service, in-depth interviews were conducted against experts and analyzed by the grounded theory approach. Eleven categories emerged through the analysis. In order for educational content to be utilized in smart home services, value creation (central phenomenon) seems to be most critical with preceding overcome of hamlet syndrome. Diversity of content and connectivity (context) should be ensured, and studies that could enhance user experience (intermediary situations) should be conducted and reflected in the content curation and realtime response (interaction strategy). As a result, it can be inferred that the education content service can be expanded in smart home services while satisfying self-development desire of individuals through these processes. Additional selective coding revealed four immediate need area: self-development, home-improvement, health care, and mindful healing.
