본 고는 스마트TV 광고 시장 및 기술 동향에 대하여 소개한다. 2012년은 디지털 방송 전환과 스마트TV, 3DTV 등 신규 서비스 출현 등으로 오랜 세월 집안의 강력한 엔터테인먼트 기기 중 하나인 TV의 변화가 본격적으로 시작된 해이다. 방송 미디어 서비스의 변화는 디지털 방송 전환에 따른 단순한 시청 품질의 향상뿐만 아니라, 양방향 서비스, 부가데이터 제공, TV 연계형 개인 휴대단말과의 동기화된 미디어 서비스 등 다양한 형태로 나타날 수 있다. 광고는 방송 미디어의 주 비즈니스 모델이며, 위와 같은 TV 환경의 변화에 큰 영향을 받을 것으로 예상된다. 변화에 대응하고 방송광고 시장의 활성화를 위해서는 광고 관련 법, 제도 정비, 표준화와 함께 광고 특화된 기술 개발이 필요하다. 광고 산업계에서 요구하는 기술 수요는 변화하는 미디어 환경에서의 광고물의 제작, 중개 및 유통, 소비, 효과 측정 및 분석 등 광고 생태계상의 전 영역을 포함하며, 각 영역에서의 당면한 기술적 이슈에 대해 소개한다.

본 논문에서는 효율적인 의사결정 지원을 위해 SHADE 기반의 공유 데이터 접근 활동들에 대한 절차를 제안한다. 먼저 SHADE에 대한 개념 및 기술구조를 제시하고 공유 데이터 접근을 위해 요구되는 핵심 기술, 즉 데이터 디렉토리 서비스 기술, 데이터 미디에이션, 복제 기술에 대한 개념과 특징을 분석한다. 그런 다음 SHADE 기술구조 하에 효율적으로 공유 데이터에 접근할 수 있도록 4개 활동 각각에 대해 절차를 제안한다. 제안한 절차에는 5단계의 디렉토리 서비스 및 4단계의 검색 절차, 데이터 미디에이션을 이용한 5단계의 데이터 중개 절차, 미들웨어를 이용한 7단계의 실시간 데이터 교환 및 4단계의 데이터 복제절차가 각각 포함된다. 향후 제안한 공유 데이터 접근 절차를 통해 정보체계 간 데이터 연결 능력이 향상될 뿐만 아니라 이를 통해 정확하고, 신속한 의사결정 지원에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

클라우드 브로커는 대규모의 데이터센터를 거느린 클라우드 서비스 제공자와 그로부터 제공되는 자원을 이용하여 원하는 작업을 실행하는 클라우드 이용자 사이를 중개하여 제공자 측에는 보다 많은 이용자들이 서비스를 이용하는 데 용이하도록 하여 수익을 증대시키고, 이용자 측에는 정해진 예산 내에서 서비스 협정(Service Level Agreement, SLA)를 보장하여 원하는 작업을 실행하도록 하는 역할을 수행하여 스스로의 이익을 창출한다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 브로커의 이러한 서비스 차익거래를 위해 필요한 VM 풀의 운영에 있어 효과적인 VM 예약 기법을 제안한다.

4차 산업혁명과 함께 HPC(High Performance Compuiting) 환경이 보편화되면서 다양한 연구분야와 서비스에서 고성능컴퓨팅 수요가 증가하고 있다. 고성능 컴퓨팅 수요가 증가함에 따라 컴퓨팅 구성에 대한 복잡도 또한 증가하고 있다. 최근 클라우드 환경이 여러 분야에 적용되면서 R&D 연구자들을 위해 시뮬레이션 및 모델링, 가상 실험 등의 환경을 쉽게 제공하는 HPC 클라우드에 대한 새로운 수요와 서비스 요구사항들이 생겨나고 있으며 여러 과학 분야에 HPC 환경을 보다 쉽게 제공하기 위해 중개자가 필요해졌다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 HPC 클라우드 서비스를 설명하고 계산과학 연구자들이 필요한 HPC 클라우드 서비스 요구사항들을 분석하였으며, 이를 기반으로 HPC 클라우드 기반의 연구환경을 쉽게 개발할 수 있는 HPC 클라우드 브로커 고려사항 및 구조도를 제안한다.

최근 웹 관련 기술들의 개발 및 표준화로 인하여 서비스 지향 아키텍처(SOA: Service Oriented Architecture)기반의 비즈니스 어플리케이션 개발이 가능해짐에 따라 SOA 가 개발 방법의 새로운 패러다임으로 IT 분야의 주목을 받고 있다. 이와 관련하여 SOA 기반의 소프트웨어 개발에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 IT 분야에서 시장 형성이 진행되고 있다. 그러나 시장 측면에서 볼 때 SOA 기반의 비즈니스 어플리케이션 개발을 실제 적용하기에는 이용 가능한 서비스들이 아직은 부족한 상태이며, 사용자들에게 서비스 이용에 대한 신뢰성과 안정성에 대한 요구를 충족 시키지 못하고 있다는 점이다. 이는 SOC 환경의 활성화를 저해하는 결정적 장애요인이며, 더욱 심각한 문제는 대다수의 연구들이 서비스 시장에서 대체 서비스가 존재한다는 가정하에 진행되고 있어 웹 서비스의 도입 초기에 발생할 수 있는 대체 서비스가 존재하지 않는 문제점에 대해서는 간과하고 있는 점이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 확장된 서비스 중개자(Extended Broker) 개념과 구현 방안을 제시함으로써 성숙되지 않은 웹 서비스 환경에서 서비스 요청자에게 제공되는 서비스 사용에 대한 안정성과 신뢰성을 보장하고자 한다.

Authentication and access control are essential requirements for the information security of distributed environment. Delegation is process whereby an initiator principal in a distributed environment authorizes another principal to carry out some functions on behalf of the former. Delegation of access rights also increases the availability of services offer safety in distributed environments. A delegation easily provides principal to grant privileges in the single domain with Role-Based Access Control(RBAC). But in the multi-domain, initiators who request delegation may require to limit the access right of their delegates with restrictions that are called delegate restriction to protect the abuse of privilege. In this paper, we propose the delegation view as function of delegation restrictions. Proposed delegation view model not only prevent over-exposure of documents from granting multiple step delegation to document sharing in multi-domain with RBAC infrastructure but also reduce overload of security administrator and communication.

The types of properties traded in modern times are rapidly increasing due to changes in consumption patterns. However, as the type of properties traded increases, estimation about the value of properties may become inaccurate. There is a problem that it is difficult for consumers to estimate the right value and the variety of trading forms makes it difficult to guarantee the reliability of value estimation As access to a variety of properties has expanded, these shortcomings are considered to be a factor that hinders the stability of the shared economic market. In this paper, to resolve this issue, we present a blockchain-based property contract service through a trusted broker. The developed service registers trusted brokers into smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain and use them for the evaluation and contract process of properties. In addition, registered contents, proposals and contracts of properties are stored in the blockchain to ensure the reliability of the contract process. Every step of the contract process is stored in the smart contract, recorded in the transaction history of the blockchain, ensuring the reliability of the stored data. In addition, the entire process of registration, proposal, and contract is driven by smart contracts designed by state machine technology, enabling users to more securely control the contract process.

Academic libraries are at a turning point. Historically academic libraries were the natural destination for students, faculty, and researchers seeking information. These users came to the library by default. Academic libraries served as the repository for published information as well as the intermediary for acquiring material from the outside world. In this study, suggested are directions of academic library websites construction and current techniques related library 2.0 that could be applied digital information system of academic libraries. And discussed the recent status, problems and future directions of scholarly information service through websites supporting lecture and research prefect activities for faculties in Korean university libraries.

Recently, International Maritime Organization has been developing e-navigation implementation strategy plan, which is focused on various services for vessel safety navigation. Then, different kinds of software will be developed in maritime area and with this, the quality issues are to be expected becoming more important. In this paper, we adopt software refactoring techniques to reduce the complexity of structure on source code level. It makes software program more effective to understand and modify, without any change of outward behavior. The existing AIS broadcast server program is used as an example for our trial, and calculating coupling and cohesion metric are introduced to analyze the refactoring effect, taking account of the maintainability of IEC/ISO9126 software quality standards.
