This paper provide a framework for an IGILMS(internet-based global integrated logistics management system) which can access and mediate cargo transportations among small- and medium-sized domestic/international logistics corporations as regards cargo, registration and search for space, public tender and negotiation, contract, payment and safety-guarantee, transportation through the internet, wireless communication means, or smart phone etc. In addition, we describe a model to provide customized services in the B2B e-market for IGILMS and the structure and the control of its fulfillment process, and provide technical architecture of the IGILMS for an internet-based global logistics management system. To validate an efficiency of the proposed system, we develop a simulation model and analyze the performance of the proposed system.

The e-commerce market has been more diversified via B2B or P2P, and the size of this market has gradually been expanded as well. A noteworthy phenomenon is the P2P market, which has shown a rapid, approximately 200-fold or more increase in size since 2005. Specifically, the online secondhand-goods market that makes transaction easier and more convenient has attained a fast growth as well, but either sellers or buyers of secondhand goods are properly protected due to a lack of legal regulations on secondhand-goods transaction. The purpose of this study was to examine problems with online secondhand-goods transaction and to suggest some reform measures. There is something wrong with the legal status of brokers for secondhand-goods sales. According to the current law, individual brokers are neither mail-order sellers nor mail-order brokers. So they don't have lots of liabilities, and it means that the burden of risk is all imposed on buyers. Therefore it's suggested that individual brokers should be defined as 'involved operator of electronic commerce' so that proper liability might be imposed on them.

The author explored the survival and prosperity strategies for Korean public libraries in the age of information technology. She reviewed that public libraries can perform these strategies or not. On the basis of the review, she identified 5 problems of public libraries : shortage of libraries and collections, staff inefficiency, inadequate services, inefficient design of library facilities. And then she proposed solutions to improve the present state of public libraries in Korea ; campaigning for constructing libraries, increasing the materials budget, turning nonprofessional work to professional work of staff, and constructing libraries for safety and preservation.

The need for a unified data communication for home digital devices and realtime multimedia services in home network has led to recent research on home gateway over the broadcasting and communication convergence network. In this paper, we discuss requirement for such home gateway design and define services that the home gateway provides. Then, we propose a home gateway architecture aimed to efficient multimedia distribution for heterogeneous devices in the home network. The proposed home gateway has a role of protocol gateway, media server, and media trans-coder. Finally, we show the feasibility of the proposed home gateway in several multimedia distribution scenario.

모바일 정보통신 사용자들에게 있어서 모바일 상거래는 기존에 존재하던 정보에 대한 통신 및 네트워크 접속 등 이용상의 제약을 뛰어넘어 정보이용의 활성화에 있어 주요한 전환점을 가져오고 있다. 모바일과 같은 정보통신기술의 발달로 금융정보화 투자가 촉진되어 금융중개기관의 경영전략 사무합리화 업무효율화 및 고객과의 관계 등과 같은 부분에서 여러 가지 변화가 일어나게 되었다. 금융산업계에서는 고객들의 금융 서비스 욕구가 다양해지고, 고객 중심의 금융시장으로의 전이로 인해 고객을 최우선으로 하고 고객과의 관계를 효과적으로 구축하기 위한 경쟁이 치열하다. 그 노력의 일환으로 IT기술을 활용한 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)을 금융산업의 중요한 전략 중 하나로 추진하고 있다. 하지만, 모바일 환경을 고려한 CRM 성공요소들이 CRM 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 여전히 부족한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구의 주목적은 모바일 기술의 대표적 특성인 이동성과 편재성이 CRM 성공요소(최고경영자지원, 고객지향 조직문화, 부서간 상호작용, 고객정보 통합성)와 CRM 성과 사이에서 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증적으로 규명하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

본 논문은 향후 인터넷 사용의 많은 두 부분이 현재의 인간 사용자에서 지능형 에이전트로 옮겨져 갈 때 현 인터넷 사업 모형에 영향(Impact)으로 작용할 수 있는 요소들을 분석하고, 이로 야기되는 새로운 사업 모형의 출현 및 현 사업 모형에 예상되는 변화에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 지능형 에이전트로 인하여 인터넷 사업에 있어서 예상 가능한 주요 변화를 사업 모형 관점에서 제품, 서비스, 정보 흐름(Flow)의 변화, 참여자의 역할(Role)의 변화, 수익원천(Revenue)의 변화, 참여자간의 혜택 (Benefit)의 변화, 비용분담(Cost Distribution)구조 변화라는 다섯 가지 측면에서 현재의 인터넷 사업에 있어서 배너광고 모델, 가격책정 모델, 중개자 모델, 브랜드 및 명성 효과, 디지털 카르텔 등의 주요 현상과 결부시켜 살펴본다. 이를 통하여 향후 지능형 에이전트 기반의 사업 모형에 대비한 전략적 시사점(Imp1ications)을 제공하고자 한다.

우리들은 현재 엄청난 양과 질의 정보세상에서 생활하고 있다. 때문에 이들 정보들을 보다 효과적으로 활용하고자 하는 것은 당연한 욕심이다. 그 중 대표적인 예로 RPC(Remote Procedure Call)가 있다. 그리고 mobile code를 이용해 새로운 패러다임을 선보이는 Mobile Agent가 있다. 현재 여러 mobile agent 시스템이 Java RMI(Remote Method Call)를 활용하고 있다. 이전의 RPC는 하나의 완전한 객체가 아닌 일반 data만을 네트웍을 통해서 전송할 수 있었으나, Java RMI를 적극 활용하는 mobile agent는 자신이 하나의 객체로 구현되어 네트웍을 통해 목적지 서버로 혹은 다른 호스트로 이동한 후 원격지에서 직접적으로 자기 내부의 메소드를 실행할 수 있다[1,2,3,4]. 이는 사용자의 간섭을 배제한 agent의 자율적이고 독립된 행동을 지원하기 때문에 분산처리분야에서 새로운 패러다임을 제시하고 있다. 그리고 agent가 적합한 서비스를 제공하는 서버를 효율적이고 정확하게 찾는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. middle agent가 바로 이런 기능을 가진 모듈이다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 모빌 에이전트 시스템을 구축하기 위해 서버와 클라이언트와의 상호 연결을 담당하는 새로운 middle agent로서 MiddleMan을 제안하였으며 이것을 이용한 다중 사용방법에 대해서 연구하였다[5].

본 논문에서는 내장형 구조의 통신시스템에 적용할 수 있는 CORBA를 개발하기 위한 방법을 소개한다. 첫째, 통신시스템용 개발언어인 SDL과 CORBA 기반 시스템을 통합하기 위한 SDL 시스템의 통신 프로토콜과 CORBA 통신 프로토콜간의 변환 인터페이스에 대한 방법을 제시한다. 둘째, CORBA의 성능을 최적화하기 위한 객체중개자와 동일 호스트상에서 메시지 전달 오버헤드를 최적화하기 위해 공유 메모리 기반의 연동 프로토콜을 제시한다. 셋째, CORBA기반의 통신시스템용 응용 프로그램 개발에 적합한 서비스에 대하여 설명한다. 본 모델을 기반으로 통신 시스템용 SW플랫폼 하부에 CORBA를 채용할 수 있어 통신시스템의 내부 및 외부에서 분산 처리를 위한 공통 플랫폼으로 사용할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 모바일 클라이언트간의 효율적인 데이터 공유를 위해 SFA 서버의 중개 없이, 서버에 접속해 있는 클라이언트간의 데이터 전송이 가능토록 하기 위하여, 기존의 P2P 개념을 모바일 기반으로 확장하였다. 이때 기존의 제한된 메시지 전달방법을 탈피하여 JXTA 기반의 모바일 SFA 시스템을 구축하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 모바일 P2P 서비스와 LBS 기술은, 모바일 사용자 간의 정보 공유가 신속하게 이루어지게 함으로써, 모바일 시스템의 효율성을 향상 시킨다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. 또한 본 논문에서는 플랫폼에 독립적이며, 네트워크 디바이스에 독립적인 환경을 지원하는 JXTA 네트워크 환경에서 분산된 자원을 효율적으로 검색하는 DHT(Distributed Hash Table) 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. DHT는 분산 해쉬 테이블을 이용하는 기법으로써, 모든 피어들은 공유하고 있는 자원들에 대한 메타 데이터를 해쉬 값에 의해 지정된 피어에게 전송하며, 메타데이터를 수신한 피어들은 다른 피어로부터 검색 요청이 들어올 경우 자원의 위치를 알려주는 방식으로 동작한다.
