풍림아이원은 수많은 수상 경력을 자랑하는 풍림산업의 고품격 아파트 브랜드다. 최근 종로구 사직동에 건설 중인 풍림산업의 '스페이스 본' 또한 생활의 편리함과 친환경 위주의 설계로 풍림아이원 못지않은 반향을 몰고 올 것으로 기대를 모으면서 한 단계 도약할 준비를 하고 있다. 국내외에서 굵직굵직한 사업을 추진 중인 풍림산업의 브랜드 가치와 경쟁력에 대해 살펴보았다.

우리나라의 전체 인구는 증가추세인 반면 농촌과 농업인구는 계속해서 감소하고 있으며 인구 구조도 급속히 고령화되고 있어 농업경영과 농촌사회의 지속성이 취약해지고 있다. 이에 정부와 각 지자체에서 귀농 귀촌을 권장하고 농업분야의 창업을 권장하기 위해 다양한 정책들을 추진하고 있으나 정책의 수혜자들에게 노출되지 않아 제대로 활용되지 못하거나, 지원체계가 혼란스러워 적절한 지원이 이뤄지지 않고 있는 문제점을 노출하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 농업분야에서의 창업현황을 살펴보고 농업벤처 창업과 6차산업 창업으로 구분하여 해당 분야에 중심이 되는 '6차 산업 창업지원 체계화 방안'과 '6차산업 사업단계별 맞춤형 지원 방안', 그리고 '농식품 벤처창업생태계 활성화대책'을 중심으로 농업분야 창업 지원을 위해 정부와 각 기관에서 시행중인 정책들을 살펴보았으며, 경영체의 설문조사를 통해 창업과정에서 발생한 문제점들과 보완할 사항들에 대해 살펴보았다. 특히 대부분의 정책들을 농림축산식품부에서 담당하고 있으나 창업관련 정책은 농촌진흥청에서 기획을 하면서 '농식품 가공' 중심의 창업이 활성화되고 상대적으로 홍보나 판촉 및 유통, 농촌관광 등 서비스업 분야의 지원은 취약하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 창업 지원정책에 대한 세밀한 분석과 경영체별 설문조사를 토대로 실제 창업에 도움이 되기 위해서는 준비단계부터 경영체별로 맞춤형 지원이 필요하다는 점과 이론 교육보다는 실제 창업준비를 위한 상담이나 멘토링의 제도를 활성화시키는 것이 실질적인 도움이 된다는 것을 알게 되었다. 또한 각 시행 기관별 연계를 강화하기 위해 농림축산식품부가 컨트롤타워 역할을 수행하며 각 지자체 중심의 단일화된 지원 창구가 되어 창업단계별로 필요한 지원을 하는 것이 중요하다.

ESCO사업분야에서 내실 있는 기업으로 성장하려면 고객에게 에너지절감 부분에서 확실한 도움을 줄 수 있는 기술력을 갖추는 게 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 에너지관리기술(주)는 에너지관리공단에서 기술이사를 지낸 심수섭 대표를 비롯해 5명의 창업멤버가 모여 2007년 1월에 설립되었다. 이제 회사를 설립한 지 6년차 되는 기업이지만 준비된 기술력과 사람을 중요시하는 경영철학으로 작년 ESCO실적 1위이라는 놀라운 성과를 거두었다. 인재를 키우는 기업으로 한 단계 도약을 준비하는 에너지관리기술(주)를 소개한다.

5월은 본 사업을 앞두고 있는 중요한 시기로써 그동안 추진해온 시범사업의 문제점을 보완하고 전면사업 착수에 연착륙을 위한 준비 작업에 박차를 가하고 있다. 하지만 그동안 시범사업에 참여하여 동 제도를 잘 알고 있거나, 본 사업이 시작되면 처음으로 동 업무를 해야 하는 분들 등, 사업 참여자들이 여러 부류로 나뉘어져 있어 동 사업의 본격시행을 앞두고 독자들의 올바른 이해를 도기 위해 이력추적제 단계별로 어떻게 업무가 진행되고 무엇을 사전 준비해야하는 지를 알아본다.

The purpose of this paper is "A Study on the Establishment of Distribution and Logistics System in the unified Korea". The main conclusion of this paper are as follows : North and South Korea shall conjunctionally foster the exchange and cooperation area and operate the joint pilot project to combine distribution and logistics system. To solve the problems of the maritime affairs, Fisheries, and international logistics, the cooperative agreement between North and South Korea will be needed to protect and develop of shipping, aviation and shipbuilding industry. Unification of two Koreas must be prepared as stage by stage ; ${\cdot}$Stage1(preparation period) : initiation of peace area. ${\cdot}$Stage2(development period) : forming the exchange and cooperation area ${\cdot}$Stage3(settlement period) : establishing peace belt on border area. After the unification, two Koreas must plan and undertake the construction of the distribution and logistics infrastructures, establishment of SCM system through Network and the connection to China through railway and road Network.

무선 멀티미디어 센서 네트워크를 활용하기 위한 응용에서는 대용량 멀티미디어 데이터 저장 및 처리 기술, 데이터 전송 기술 등과 같은 다양한 기반 기술들이 요구된다. 특히, 응용을 실제 환경에 적용하기 위해서는 대용량 데이터에 대한 데이터 보안 기술은 필수적이다. 본 논문은 여러 해킹 기술 중 하나인 스니핑 공격으로부터 원천적인 방어를 위해, 데이터 전송 경로를 위험 요소로부터 물리적으로 회피시키기 위한 다중 경로 라우팅 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 위험 요소의 감지 반경과 움직임을 토대로 위험 요소의 인근에 위치한 센서 노드에 준비태세 단계를 설정한다. 이를 기반으로 데이터의 우선 순위를 설정하여 데이터 라우팅 과정에서 준비태세 단계와 데이터의 우선 순위를 고려하여 우선순위에 맞는 안전한 경로를 통해 위험요소 우회 다중 경로 라우팅을 수행한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안하는 기법의 구현 가능성을 제시하였으며, 준비태세를 기반으로 효과적인 위험요소 우회 다중 경로 라우팅을 보였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of individual differences in recognition of retirement responsibility on financial preparedness for retirement and to examine moderating effect of income-level on the relationships between the two variables, using the 7th Korean Retirement and Income Study(KReIS). Two research methods, descriptive analysis and hierarchical multiple logistic regression(HMLR) analysis, have been conducted. The total number of sample was 3,869 subjects with an average age of 58.9 years and 55.3% males. The results show that only 35.8% of the respondents make financial plans for retirement, and 64.2% did not. Main findings are as follows. First, 65% of respondents take a responsibility for financial preparedness for retirement, compared to 37% in European countries. Second, people with responsibility for their own retirement are more likely to have a financial preparation for retirement than people who think others(family, society, government) have to take a responsibility for retirement instead of them. Third, there is a significant moderating effect of income-level on relationships between recognition of retirement responsibility and financial preparedness for retirement. As income level decreases, the moderating effect reduces the positive effect of recognition of retirement responsibility on financial preparedness for retirement and vice versa. Fourth, as income level increases and educational level is higher, the tendency to prepare financially for retirement is also increasing. Low-income and low-educated people are less likely to have a financial preparation for retirement than their counterparts. The findings suggest that it is necessary to design an effective incentive scheme for financial preparedness for retirement for low-income and low-educated people and to develop various policies and services to encourage them to prepare financially for retirement.

대다수의 창업 기업들이 창업 초기 단계에 만족할 만한 창업성과를 이루지 못하고 좌절하는 경우가 있기에 창업 기업의 창업 준비단계 및 초기 단계가 매우 중요하다. 이처럼 대부분의 초기 창업가들은 경험의 부족으로 인하여 창업성과를 내는 데에는 한계가 있다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기존의 창업 멘토링 선행연구와 차별성을 두어 코치와 피코치(창업가) 간의 협력관계를 통하여 창업코칭 활동으로 창업가의 의식전환을 매개로 창업성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위하여 창업가를 대상으로 자료를 수집, 실증 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 창업코칭 활동이 창업성과 향상을 위한 시사점을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 창업코칭 활동 연구 확산에도 기여할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

This research focuses on the part of animation production pipeline. Among the four stages in the process (development, pre-production, main production, and post-production), this research explores theoretical features of the development stage. As the development stage is not well-known and theorized in Korea, this research provides roles and values of the development stage. The development stages is very important because two works have to be proceeded in this stage. First, the story idea for making animation should be decided. Ideas have to be developed into definite synopsis. And, the bible to pitch for investors are prepared on the basis of the story. Secondly, the basic production plan has to be initiated. This production plan includes the financial budget, the production schedule, and the production team. These three elements are so crucial that the producer (or executive producer) should take into consideration from the early stage of production.

교육시설에 BTL사업이 활성화됨에 따라 해당 사업의 규모가 급격히 확대되고 있다. 이에 교육시설 설계에 있어서 창의적이고 효율적인 대안설계를 제안해야함에 따라 설계VE 영역의 중요성이 부각되어 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 현재의 설계VE 진행절차는 준비단계, 분석단계, 실행단계로 이어지며 각 단계별로 다양한 운용기법과 분석방법으로 진행되고 있다. 특히 그동안 진행되었던 다수의 교육시설 설계VE 사례를 살펴본 바에 의하면, 설계VE 과정에서 VE대상 선정 시 동일하거나 유사한 방법이 나타나고, 최종 대안 역시 프로젝트 별로 유사한 패턴을 보이고 있음에도, 기존 설계VE의 전 과정이 반복적으로 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이처럼 동일하거나 유사하게 나타나는 대안들을 유형화 하여 설계VE 절차를 간소화함으로써 VE활동 기간을 단축시켜 효율성을 높이고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존 교육시설 설계VE 사례들을 통해 다양한 VE대안들을 분석하여 유형별로 정리한다. 그 결과로 유사한 패턴이 나타나는 최종 대안들을 교육시설의 공간과 각 공간에 따른 공종별로 구분하여 유형화하고자 한다. 이는 교육시설 설계VE 활동 시 유형화 된 대안을 활용하여 기능분석 등의 단계를 생략함으로써 설계VE 활동 기간 단축과 투입 노력을 축소시키는 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것이며, 설계VE에 있어서 보다 효율적인 운용이 가능하게 될 것이다.
