The purpose of this study is to verify the effects on all factors from the research design by pastors. Research model is based on the theory of planned behavior. To this end, data were collected from 214 pastors and they were analyzed. In order to derived the results of a study, we used the statistical processing technique SPSS, to perform verification of factor analysis and reliability of each variable, AMOS analysis was performed for hypothesis testing. The results are as follows. First, this study demonstrated that there is a positive relationship between subjective norms and intention, perceived behavior control and intention of retirement preparing. Second, this study demonstrated that there is a positive relationship between intention and behavior, perceived behavior control and behavior of retirement preparing. Third, intention had a partial mediation effect between perceived behavior control and behavior of retirement preparing. As a result of this research, comprehensive implications were suggested for improving of retirement preparing by pastor.

본 연구는 노인의 삶의 질 향상에 대한 관심으로부터 출발하여 인구의 고령화에 따라 늘어난 노후에 대한 준비로 삶의 만족도 수준을 높이는 것을 궁극적인 목표로 삼았다. 이를 위해 노후준비의 하위 유형을 신체적 노후준비, 경제적 노후준비, 정서 사회적 노후준비로 구성하여 이를 다중 독립변인으로 설정하였다. 또한 사회적 지지를 매개변인, 삶의 만족도를 종속변인으로 하여 각 변인 간 구조적 관계를 밝히고, 노후준비의 하위 유형과 삶의 만족도 간 사회적 지지가 매개효과를 갖는지 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 국민노후보장패널(Korean Retirement and Income Study: KReIS) 3차 및 5차 부가조사 자료로부터 추출한 65세 이상의 노인 4,058명이다. 자료 분석을 위해서는 SPSS 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro v2.16을 활용하였다. 연구결과 노후준비의 하위 유형 중 정서 사회적 노후준비는 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 직접효과를 발생시켰을 뿐만 아니라, 사회적 지지의 매개를 통해서도 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 결과를 보였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인의 삶의 만족도를 달성하는 데 중요한 변수인 정서 사회적 노후준비와 사회적 지지 제고를 위한 사회복지 정책 및 실천적 방안을 제언하였다.

본 논문에서는 국방 분야의 생산준비검토(PRR) 체계 개발 사례를 소개한다. 생산준비검토는 생산 단계 시작 전에 개발 결과물이 생산 가능한 수준이 되었는지를 평가하는 단계를 의미한다. 생산준비검토를 통해 개발문제로 인한 생산단계의 품질문제를 사전에 예방할 수 있고, 이를 통해 효과적인 품질개선이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 생산준비검토의 필요성에 대해 살펴보고, 생산준비검토를 위한 체계를 개발하였다. 이를 위해 생산준비검토를 위한 점검항목을 개발하고, 이를 활용하여 생산준비성을 평가할 수 있는 정보체계를 개발함으로써 효율적인 운영이 가능하도록 하였다.

This study analyzed the correlation of work values, career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior by determining the sociodemographic characteristics, and the study confirmed the validity of the influence of work values and career attitude maturity on employment preparation behavior. The subjects of this study were 218 nursing students at a university located in Geonggi-do. The data was collected from June 4th to August 27th, 2019 by using structured questionnaires. As a result, female students scored significantly higher in work values and career attitude maturity than did the male students, and the students who had better grades showed higher employment preparation behavior. In addition, the result showed positive correlation between work values and employment preparation behavior, and the study showed correlation between career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior. Greater independence, readiness, certainty, and decisiveness were higher and were sub-factors of career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior. Moreover, the higher the students' patriotism and indoor activities, the higher was their employment preparation behavior. In conclusion, the employment preparation behavior was higher according to greater work values, while the influence of career attitude maturity on employment preparation behavior was not statistically significant.

The purpose of the present study was to identify the state of financial preparation of the disabled for their old age, and the influence factors on their quality of life. To this aim, the 4th data from the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled were used to examine 3,396 subjects of 40 years or older. First, regarding the difference between life satisfaction according to whether or not the disabled were preparing for their old age, the preparing people had higher satisfaction in daily life. Second, the most popular way of financial preparation of the people with disabilities for old age proved the state-run public pension, and the disabled were cognitive that their preparations were not enough. Lastly, the satisfaction of the disabled in daily life who were financial preparing for the old age proved higher depending on the higher sufficiency of their preparation.

Extension of life expectancy and retirement of baby-boomers from 2010 made big population senior citizens, and concerns about retirement was heightened. Researches to remove the concerns about retirement found out that awareness for senior age life and financial preparation actions for retirement influence retirement life both directly and indirectly. This research identified the influence of financial retirement preparation on related variables, and analyzed its control effect on retirement and senior life perception, retirement preparation actions, and retirement satisfaction level. For that, from Nov 2015 to Feb 2016, this research surveyed 1,500 people from 20 to 69, by mailing or visiting with survey, noting purpose and process of research, eliminating 83 insufficient replies, and analyzing 1,417 surveys. This result shows the better retirement preparation, the more positive retirement and senior life perception, retirement preparation actions, and retirement satisfaction level. This research is significant as basic data for general and practical retirement preparation program development.

The purpose of the study is to explore mediation effect of marriage satisfaction when personality traits of married female immigrants would influence the preparation for old age. The survey targets are married female immigrants who live in Seoul, Gyeonggi province, Chungcheong province, and Jeolla province, who are using the programs of Multicultural Center, and who could communicate each other. The analysis was also conducted on 426 of 450 questionnaires. The findings are as follows. First of all, extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness of personality traits appear as positive correlation with emotional preparation, physical preparation, financial preparation, marriage satisfaction. However, financial preparation has no correlation with neuroticism. Second, personality traits and marriage satisfaction explain about emotional preparation as 34.6 %, but there is no mediation effect of marriage satisfaction. Third, personality traits and marriage satisfaction explain about physical preparation as 28.1%. In addition, agreeableness and physical preparation have mediation effect of marriage satisfaction. Fourth, personality traits and marriage satisfaction explain about financial preparation as 15.9%.. Moreover, openness and financial preparation have mediation effect of marriage satisfaction.

This paper analyzes the effects of college students' preparing for government official recruitment exams on their employment and job characteristics. To this end, Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS) data were used. The main results of this study are summarized as follows. (1) college students preparing for the exams extend their college enrollment period; (2) college students preparing for the exams delay their employment; (3) college students preparing for the exams lower their wages and job satisfactions if they are employed in private sectors. In general, these results are consistent with common concerns. However, the sizes of the effects are less than common concerns.

The purpose of this study is to help prepare basic data which is required for married women's vocation career education through analyzing the influence of career barriers perceived by unemployed married women on career preparation behaviors. Research subjects of this study are following. First, how are career barriers perceived by unemployed married women? Second, how are the career preparation behaviors levels of unemployed married women? Third, how is the influence of career barriers perceived by unemployed married women on career preparation behaviors? The summary of this study results are following. First, married women perceive career barriers highly in 'restriction of employment', 'discrimination', and 'child rearing environment' among 7 subordinate factors. Second, married women's average on career preparation behavior level is 3.06. When comparing with preceeding researches which analyzed career preparation behaviors levels of university students, married women's career preparation behaviors levels are relatively higher. Third, there are negative correlations between career barriers and career preparation behaviors perceived by married women. Furthermore, 'preparation/skill lack' and 'child rearing environment' factors among 7 subordinate factors of career barriers brought out negative effects on career preparation behaviors. 'Restriction of employment' factor, however, gives positive effects on career preparation behaviors. It showed that 7 subordinate factors of career barriers include 14% of career preparation behaviors.

This study shows how financial education for middle-age affects their remaining life (economic, physical, emotional and social) and improves the way of preparing for their old age through 355 questionnaires using SPSS 18.0, factor analysis, t-test and ANOVA program. The results obtained are summarized as follows: Firstly, The importance of financial education has been differently perceived by the age, marital status, income and religion. Secondly, the necessity for early financial education and retirement preparation have been comprehended by analyzing the effects of the financial education on their old life. Thirdly, Attitude for retirement has affirmative effects on the self respect, economic stability and leisure activity.
