A Study on the UCC Copyright which uses the Broadcasting Contents and the ODR(Online Dispute Resolution) through the Online Technical embodiment : Focusing on the CCl as the Conversational law Approach (방송콘텐츠를 이용한 UCC의 저작권 문제와 온라인 기술 구현을 통한 ODR(Online Dispute Resolution)의 가능성에 관한 연구 : Conversational Law 접근으로써 CCL을 중심으로)

  • The study aims to examine the UCC (User Created Contents) Copyright which use the broadcasting contents. UCC are classified by UGC(User Generated Contents), UMC(User Modified Contents), and URC(User Recreated Contents). Especially UMC and URC correspond to a problem of copyright. Following the Copyright Protection Center investigation in 2006, it reported that 83.7% UCC are infringement of copyright. In spite of remarkable the UCC copyright problem, the concrete resolution does not exist. Also it is difficult to apply the offline legal conformity because of online nature of the UCC. The study observes the UCC copyright dispute instances which use the broadcasting contents and investigates a resolution of the UCC copyright. Considering the online media nature, it tries to analyse CCL(Creative Common License) as the ODR(online Dispute Resolution). It is meaningful to search the possibility of UCC copyright problem through the online technical embodiment.

Analyses of Subject Competencies of the Units Related to Core Concept 'Relation' in Middle School Technology-Home Economics Textbooks based on 2015 Revised Curriculum (2015 개정 교육과정 중학교 기술·가정 교과서의 핵심개념 '관계' 단원에 구현된 교과역량 분석)

  • The purposes of this study were to develop analysis criteria and analyze the two subject competencies of units dealing with the core concept 'Relation' of the middle school Technology-Home Economics textbook in accordance with the 2015 revised curriculum: 'practical-problem-solving-ability' and 'relationship ability'. The subject of analysis of the current study was the activity assignment of Chapter 1 related to the core concept 'Relation', from the twelve middle school 'Technology-Home Economics II' textbooks. The results of this study were as follows: First, some textbooks showed differences in highlighting or downplaying the components of certain subject competencies. The analysis results for 'practical-problem-solving-ability' in textbook A, E, and G were shown in the high frequency, while in textbook D in the lowest frequency. The analysis results for 'relationship ability' in textbook K and A were shown in the high frequency, while in textbook J in the lowest frequency. Second, Value Judgement was the most frequent component of 'practical-problem-solving-ability' followed by Logical Thinking, Practical Reasoning, and Decision-Making. Family Relation and Sense of Community was the component of 'relationship ability' most frequently dealt with followed by Communication, Conflict Management, and Respecting Others, however Environmental and Ecological Awareness was not shown at all. The two subject competencies were mostly reflected in the Technology-Home Economics textbooks from all the twelve publishers.

ISO/IEC 9126 Quality Model-based Assessment Criteria for Measuring the Quality of Big Data Analysis Platform (빅데이터 분석 플랫폼 평가를 위한 ISO/IEC 9126 품질 모델 기반 평가준거 개발)

  • The analysis platform of remote-sensing big data is a system that downloads data from satellites, transforms it to a data type of L3, and then analyzes it and produces its analysis results. The objective of this paper is to develop ISO/IEC 9126-1 software quality model-based assessment criteria, in order to evaluate the quality of remote-sensing big data analysis platform. Its detailed research contents are as follows. First, the ISO/IEC 9216 standards and previous software evaluation models will be reviewed. Second, this paper will define evaluation areas, evaluation elements, and evaluation items for measuring the quality of big data analysis platform. Third, the validity of the assessment criteria will be verified by statistical experiments through content validity, reliability validity, and construct validity, by using SPSS 20.0 and Amos 20.0 software. The construct validity will also be conducted by performing the confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis. Lastly, it is significant that our research result demonstrates the first evaluation criteria in measuring the quality of big data analysis platform. It is also expected that our assessment criteria could be used as the basis information for evaluation criteria in the platforms that will be developed in the future.

Simultaneous determination of 37 volatile organic compounds at ng/L concentration level in surface water by HS-SPME-GC/MS (HS-SPME-GC/MS에 의한 지표수에서 ng/L 농도 수준의 37개 휘발성유기화합물의 동시 분석)

  • A method to detect 37 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in surface water was described based on headspace solid-phase micro extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. VOCs in water were vaporized for 30 min at 40 $^{\circ}C$ in a headspace vial and adsorbed on 85 ${\mu}m$ carboxen-polydimethylsiloxane. Under the established condition, the lowest quantification limit was 4.1-96 ng/L by using 4.0 mL water sample, and the relative standard deviation was less than 15% at concentrations of 0.05 and 0.50 ${\mu}g/L$. The detection limits meet lower concentration than 1/10 of the water quality criteria for VOCs established by the US EPA or Germany. The LOQ is a sensitivity which the monitoring for the establishing water quality criteria requires. When the proposed method was used to analyze the target compounds in sixteen surface water samples and total 16 VOCs were detected in surface water samples collected from Gum-River. Maximum concentrations of VOCs detected were not exceeded the EPA or Germany guidelines in any of the samples.

Meta-evaluation for Evaluation of Science Gifted Educational Institutions Affiliated with Universities (대학교 부설 과학영재교육원 평가에 대한 메타평가)

  • The research attempted to propose directions for improving evaluation of science gifted educational institutions affiliated with universities through its meta-evaluation. A survey questionnaire was developed and responded by 25 representatives of 25 science gifted educational institutions and 9 evaluation committee members in February 2008. According to research results, it was found that reference-criteria and categories for evaluation were abstract and did not reflect varied characteristics of individual institutions. Evaluation of outcomes mainly emphasized student number admitted by science high schools and science gifted school. Evaluation was performed for the sake of judging ranks. In addition, research capacity of institutions was not even considered as an evaluation element. For its improvement, the followings were suggested: First, evaluation should be functioned as consulting. Second, evaluation criteria are presented as concrete as it can be. Third, on-site evaluation should be introduced Fourth, evaluation process and results should be publicized Fifth, satisfaction by student and parents should be also included. Furthermore, exemplary cases of science gifted educational institutions should be identified and rewarded, and their management strategies should be disseminated with other institutions.

Factors in Discriminating SNS Users in Korea (SNS 이용 특성에 따른 집단 판별 요인에 대한 탐색적 연구)

  • This research intends to find factors to analyze users, non-users, and the relation between how many sites people use and the users' tendencies, in regards of social network services such as Facebook, Twitter, and Cyworld. The major results are as follows: firstly, the user group seems to be composed of people who are younger, have higher self-efficacy, and use smartphones, compared to the non-user group. Secondly, a single-site user group has lower motivation of 'expert search and expression' and a lower degree of personal tendency of innovation (novelty seeking and self-efficacy), compared to multiple-site user group. Thirdly, foreign SNS user groups have a higher degree of personal tendency of innovation and motivation of 'experts search and expression' than the Cyworld user group. On the other hand, the Cyworld user group seems to be affected by reference group in their use, while they have high motivation of 'connection'. In conclusion, there were significant relationships between personality and multiple SNS uses. Also, Cyworld users tended to use it for maintaining established relationships.

  • Since 2009 The Korean National Police Agency has been pushed "permissive left-turn" forward in order to making progress in Korean traffic operations system. Preceding researches manuals and guidelines present 6 standards(# of accidents # of lanes, pedestrian volume sight # of permissive left-turn lanes vehicle volume) as installation permissive left-turn. But in practical affairs it is most important that secure enough Gap-time between permissive left-turn vehicle and opposite through lane vehicle to make permissive left-turn vehicle move safer and more efficiently. This study suggests applying gap acceptance theory in microscopic model to permissive left-turn installation standards. Analysis methods of this study are field data survey statistical analysis and microscopic simulation analysis. This study collected field data by using AVI recording and measured permissive left-turn vehicle intersection passing time(T1) and against the opposite through lane vehicle Gap-time(T2). And statistical analysis performed about two values that measured before to predict the functionality between T1 and T2. These studies to overcome the limit of sample size carried out a microscopic simulation(VISSIM) plan and collect more samples to input statistical analysis.

Concept Map Development of 'Eco-friendly Clothing Life and Reform Clothes' Unit in Middle School Technology·Home Economics Textbooks Based on 2009 Revised Curriculum (2009 개정 기술·가정 교과서 '친환경적 의생활과 옷 고쳐입기' 단원의 개념도 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a concept map in a visual instructional strategy so that meaningful learning can be done by structuring knowledge in the section of eco-friendly clothing life and reform clothes. For this purpose, ten textbooks for the 2009 revised were analyzed, and 10 sub-area were selected to develop the concept map. The development was done by using Cmap Tools V6.02 and the study process has progressed content analysis, concept extraction, and concept map development. The analysis process and results of this study are as follows. First, in the course of setting standards, the analytical standards were set for the 2007 revision and 2009 revision curriculum achievement standards. Second, in the process of content analysis and concept extracting, through the analysis of textbooks, 'clothing selection and purchase', 'clothing care and management' and 'clothing reuse and eco-friendly'. The concept was extracted by subdividing on the basis of general and comprehensive core concepts. Third, the development process of concept map was developed and revised based on the extracted concepts, and the concept map developed was the 'clothing purchase plan', 'points to consider when buying clothing' 'quality', 'handle with care', 'classify laundry', 'remove stain', 'water washing', 'repair clothing', 'reform clothing', 'eco-friendly clothing life'.

A Study on How Reference Groups, Convenience and Pursuit of Information Affect Subscription-Based Webtoon Service Usage through Reliability and Curiosity (준거집단, 편의성, 정보추구가 신뢰성 및 궁금증을 통해 유료웹툰이용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study was undertaken to understand how reference groups, convenience and pursuit of information affect subscription-based Webtoon service usage through reliability and curiosity, through which this study provides some suggestions for developing Webtoons and increasing profitability of service providers. Therefore, the reliability and feasibility analysis were conducted for 449 readers who used the paid webtoon more than once. In addition, the causality test was conducted to verify the research model. As a result of the research, this study shows the following implications: First, it is recommended that webtoon service providers produce webtoons with the webtoonists who have more expertise developing new webtoons. Second, webtoon service providers should focus on advertising during the episodes that are currently being subscribed to, or in the next episodes in order to stimulate the usage needs of readers rather than focusing on advertising the products related to the characters and their development and sales. Third, webtoon service providers are supposed to develop webtoons by using materials that can appear in everyday life. Fourth, webtoon service providers should continue their research in order to develop high quality products and express the unique characteristics of their advertisements by increasing investment in the development of products and advertising.

A Study on the Type of Reading Aloud Performance for Children (어린이를 위한 낭독공연의 유형 연구)

  • A reading aloud performance is an activity in which the actors convey the meaning of the play to the audience through reading the play without memorizing the play. Although this term has been used for a long time, it can be said in the early 2000s that Korea began to pay attention to reading aloud performance in the cultural world. As the theater education is strengthened in the 2015 revision curriculum, interest in this "reading aloud performance" is also growing. In this article, we analyzed the reading aloud performance of the 8th contemporary Japanese drama '2018' in order to utilize the reading aloud performance in the educational field and to utilize it in the lecture of the children education. There are two types of rehearsals for the actors on stage: 'Reading by watching drama', 'Playing by memorizing drama', and 'Mixing two types'. In the end, the key is that there is no set rule for the type of reading aloud performance. It's not trouble to see or not to see the play. It is not necessary to have a stereotype that you should do a proper reading aloud performance in consideration of your situation, but that you should do this. If children understand the concept of read aloud performance in a flexible way, the educational effect will be greater. Based on this analysis, we suggested 'not sticking to the form of reading aloud performance' and 'choosing various types of reading aloud performance' as a criterion for applying to the education field for children. In addition, the sub-criteria required for selecting 'various types of lecture performances' include' selecting a specific scene in the content of the play ',' considering the level or situation of the student ',' not hesitating to make a new type of lecture performance '. I hope that this article will be a stepping stone to revitalize the discussion in the educational world where discussion on the performance of reading aloud is requested, and to solve the problem of lack of educational design due to lack of theory.
