The purpose of this study was to examine variables which influenced on fashion jewelry consumers' purchasing behavior. 565 respondents living in Seoul and its suburb were surveyed for this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, ANOVA, and regression were used for this study. As the result, the frequencies of purchasing toward the fashion jewelry products were associated with materialism, brand royalty, reference group influence. Also, results revealed that materialism and brand royalty accounted for 41% of the explained variance in the frequency of purchasing products on fashion jewelry. Based on these results, fashion jewelry marketing strategies would be suggested.

해상보험계약에서는 실무상 영국법 준거약관을 포함하고 있는 영국의 해상보험증권 및 협회약관을 사용하고 있으며, 이에 따라 관련문제가 발생하면 영국법 및 우리나라 법이 적용되게 된다. 이 경우 영국법은 외국법법률설에 따라 영국법도 법률이므로 법원은 직권으로 영국법을 조사하여 적용하여야 한다. 영국법이 적용되는 경우 영국법상 법률개념을 어떻게 이해하고 확정하여야 할 것인지가 문제가 되며, 따라서 그러한 법률개념은 영국에서 이루어졌던 논의 및 영국법 질서 전체와 관련하여 해석하고 확정되어야 한다.

국제거래에서 분쟁이 소송으로 발전될 경우 당해 사안에 적용될 준거법의 결정문제와 어느 나라의 법원에서 재판을 받을 것인가에 대한 국제재판관할권의 문제가 빈번히 대두되고 있다. 소송을 제기하는 당사자들로서는 자신에게 유리한 재판결과를 얻을 수 있는 법이 준거법으로 선택될 가능성이 있는 국가의 법원에 소송을 제기하는 소위 '포럼 쇼핑 (forum shopping)' 전략을 세우기도 한다. 이러한 포럼 쇼핑에 대응하기 위해 영미 판례법인 common law에서는 오래 전부터 forum non conveniens를 확립하였다. 본 논문에서는 forum non conveniens를 심리한 미국 대법원의 판단기준을 살펴보면 먼저, 적절한 대체관할지의 존재여부이며, 둘째 사적이익 부분에서 자국민이 현저하기 불리한 위치에 처하는지를 확인하고, 셋째 공적이익 부분에서 미국의 이익이 심각하게 침해되지는 않는지를 검토하여 판단하게 된다. 이러한 법리적 판단근거를 제시하고 이에 대한 적용사례를 분석하여 향후 무역거래를 포함한 일련의 국제계약에 있어 분쟁시 국내기업들이 미국법정에 재판받지 않고 국내법원으로 재판관할지를 선택할 수 있는 전략을 제시함으로써 패소가능성 등의 계약위험을 줄일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

이 연구는 프로그래밍 교과의 수행평가에서 자기주도적 학습능력 촉진을 위하여 학업성취도를 분석 및 예측하는 시스템을 목적으로 하였다. 이 연구에서 학업성취도의 평가는 루브릭을 적용하여 프로그래밍 수행평가의 채점을 논리력, 문제해결력, 창의력으로 측정하였으며 학업성취도를 분석하기 위해 학습자별 학업성취도를 측정 준거 별로 그래프로 표현하며 이동평균법을 적용하여 향후 점수를 예측하였다. 이로 인해 학습자는 평가 결과 그래프로 현재 자신의 학습상태를 파악하고 예측 결과로 자신의 학습의 준거 별 장 단점을 분석하여 학습 방향 및 학습시간에 대한 자기 성찰에 도움을 주어 자기주도적 학습능력을 촉진시킬 수 있도록 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to identify reference groups and their characteristics that influence career people's clothing conformity. The responses of 714 fulltime employees subject from four different cities were analyzed. Business wear used as the stiuational stimulus. The Identificational Conformity was most influenced by friends or school seniors and juniors, followed by spuse or lover and siblings. The Normative Conformity was most influenced by spouse or lover, followed by supervisors, parents or elders, customers or business counterparts, and colleagues. And it was found that career people showed more Identificational Conformity and Normative Conformity to the reference groups which regulated their clothings, had credibility and had attractiveness.

Price is one of the most important components of marketing mix. For consumers, price is an always-existing cue and definite evaluation criteria. However, information on price is meaningful only when it is perceived. Sources of price perception can be the actual retail price at the selling point, the internal reference price expected by consumers for a certain clothing product, and the external reference price advertised by marketer such as the price before mark-down. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of internal reference price on consumers' purchasing process of clothing products. A questionnaire including clothing stimuli was developed in order to assess consumers' internal reference price level. Usable data from 680 adult female urban residents were used for data analysis. Results indicated that consumers with relatively lower internal reference price tend to react low-price focused external reference price and use discount stores and unit price promotions. Consumers with relatively higher internal reference price advertisement are likely to have higher level of education, tend to infer price information to higher quality or prestige of products, and purchase clothing with regular retail price or coupons.

현재, 사회가 정보화 되어감에 따라 교육분야에서 컴퓨터의 가치는 더욱 높아지고 있으며, 기존의 교실위주의 수업보다 시간적 공간적 제약을 덜 받게 되는 WBI(Web Based Instruction)는 무한한 발전 가능성을 가지고 있다. 하지만 기존의 WBI에서는 교수의 강의가 끝나면 수업 평가 후 학생에게 수업의 결과를 알려주는 형식이었고, 도한 학습자에게는 일률적으로 평가가 적용되어 학생의 수준에 맞는 수업을 할 수가 없었으며, 교수의 입장에서도 학생들의 평가 결과가 수업의 질을 높이거나 내용을 변경시킬 근거가 될 수는 없었다. 따라서 수준별 학습을 위한 단계별 예비 테스트와 학습 후 테스트의 평가내용을 다양한 방법으로 시각적으로 제시하고, 또한 교수가 평가의 준거를 입력하고 학습자의 평가결과와 교수자의 평가준거를 비교할 수 있는 교수지원 컴포넌트를 작성하고자 한다. 이는 체계적인 평가 방법론이 되고 학습의 패러다임을 바꾸거나 과목을 변경할 경우, 그 결과에 따라 교수 방법의 변화나 수업내용을 변경하고자할 때 용이하다. 또한 유사한 다른 패러다임의 WBI 시스템에서도 이미 개발된 컴포넌트를 사용함으로써, 사용의 용이성과 이식성, 재사용성을 높일 수 있게 한다.

This paper deals with the precision analysis of GPS measurement referred to ITRF96 which is the new reference frame announced in 1996, and show the data processing results of short and long baselines with different methods. In this paper, we minimized the observation error of GPS using precise ephemerides which has provided by Jet Propulsion Laboratory and represents the comparative analysis results of baseline measurements using GIPSY-OASIS II software. Here, we also discussed the accuracy of data processing methods.

정보시스템 감리의 의무화와 감리수요의 증가에 따라 정보시스템 감리의 품질과 감리의 준거성 객관성 신뢰성 확보 및 향상이 대두되고 있으나, 현행 정보시스템 감리는 감리원의 경험 및 기술력, 그리고 주관적인 판단에 의존하는 바가 크며, 감리 이해 관계자로부터 감리결과에 대한 객관성 및 신뢰성에 대한 불신감을 초래하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 감리평가의 정량화 모델을 제시함으로써 정보시스템 감리의 준거성 객관성 신뢰성의 확보 및 향상을 통하여 전반적으로 감리의 품질향상에 기여하고자 하였다.

본 연구 에서는 웹 기반 협동학습 시스템을 활용 할 경우 주관적 규범과 상호작용이 적용된 TAM모형이 필요함을 제시하고 이를 실증 분석하였다. 주관적 규범은 기술수용을 결정짓는 개인의 신념 요소인 유용성과 사용의도에 강한 긍정적 의향을 갖게 하는 변수이고, 준거집단을 통해서 행동이나 인지에 영향을 줄 수 있는 변수이다. 팀장은 팀원 및 학습자들과 의 상호작용( 협동학습을 통한 화상토론, 게시판정활동, 오프라인 정기 모임, 동영상 동시 시청)과 팀원 관리 및 운영하는 역할이기 때문에 준거집단의 준 거인이 될 수 있다. 따라서, 새로운 정보 기술 및 시스템 수용에 관한 시스템 사용 권유를 하거나, 직접 기술사용을 하는 행동은 협동합습에 참여한 학습자들에게 조금이나마 영향을 줄 수 있음을 추측 해 볼 수 있고 영향력 있는 외부변수로 가설 검증해보았다. 외부변수로서의 주관적 규범과 상호작용은 지각된 사용용이성을 제외하고 TAM의 신념 요소인 유용성, 흥미성과 사용의도에 강한 영향력을 보였다. 또한 사용의도와 유의한 관계가 있는 사용도 측정을 2가지 방법(인지적과 객관적 측도)으로 측정하였으며, 상관관계가 유의함을 함께 제시 했다.
