A Study on The Characteristics of Aesthetic Salon Operation and Job Satisfaction by Important Aspects in Launching Aesthetic Salon Business (샵 창업 시 중요사항에 따른 피부관리샵 운영 특성 및 직업만족도)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in the characteristics of the aesthetic salon operation and job satisfaction according to important considerations in opening aesthetic salons as well as to provide basic data for improving the operation of the salons. Toward this aim, a questionnaire survey was conducted for owners of small aesthetic salons across South Korea from January-March, 2016. Results were as follows: Among those who identified means of transportation and parking convenience as key considerations in launching aesthetic salon businesses, length of service, length of business operation, monthly fixed revenue and proportion of the highest profit were highest. Job satisfaction (F=3.223, p<.05) was highest (M=4.11) among those that responded 'floating population' as a primary component in launching aesthetic salon businesses, and lowest among owners who mentioned 'cost of investment' (M=3.41). Specifically, job mobility (F=2.960, p<.05) was the highest among respondents who selected means of transportation and parking convenience (M=3.95) as key criteria in launching aesthetic salon business. For the stable operation of an aesthetic salon, a location with high floating population, good transportation, parking convenience, high levels of customer access, and job satisfaction are critical factors. In addition, future studies should examine marketing strategies by operating characteristics.

Analysis of the Friction Characteristics of Parking Brake for Excavator According to Manufacturing Methods of Friction Disc (굴삭기용 주차 브레이크의 마찰 판 제작방법에 따른 마찰특성 분석)

  • The parking brake embedded in track driving motor for driving an excavator is composed of wet type multi-friction discs. This type parking brake can be designed more compact because the combination of some sheets of friction discs generate great braking power, and also it has good braking characteristic and long life time because it works in the oil. In this study, we analyzed torque characteristic of the parking brake through simulations and performed experiments by use of 3-kinds of paper friction sheet manufactured by different pressing methods. And, we compared the maximum static friction coefficient and torque characteristic with the simulation results and confirmed the optimal manufacturing process through this result.

  • The parking brake is one of the essential units embedded in track driving motor for forward and backward motion of an excavator. It is composed of multi-friction discs. When the hydraulic motor stops, the multi-friction discs closely stick to the facing discs by acting of multi-spring forces. So, the friction forces generate the braking force by compressing the cylinder barrel of hydraulic motor. In this study, we combined the multi-friction discs to two kinds of spring which have different spring force, and the maximum torque measured at the rotational starting point of hydraulic motor through gradually increasing the rotational torque of load side hydraulic motor by use of 1 and 2 sheets of friction plates. And, under this experimental condition, the maximum coefficient of static friction and the characteristics of paper friction sheet were analyzed. The obtained experimental results will be applied to the design of parking brake system for producing large size excavator in the 85-ton weight class.

  • Various schemes of transportation demand management(TDM) to discourage the use of cars and enhance public transit performance have been implemented in large cities. Nevertheless, policy effects in reducing car have not been satisfactory. Car-dependent travelers who tend to keep driving cars regardless of the change of the trip circumstances as such increase of travel time and cost according to car use or improvement of public transit service may be due to not according to utility reflecting mode-specific impedance and their own socio-economic characteristics. In this study, travelers were classified into four groups by their choice frequency of private car and public transit in unspecified multiple trip(car-dependent, car-choice, public transit-choice, public transit-dependent class). And the characteristics of each group were comparative analyzed. The results show that the group of a higher car-dependent is a higher priority on convenience and comfortability of the car when making decisions and the group of a lower of car-dependent is likely to change to public transit.

Microbiological, Nutritional, and Rheological Quality Changes in Frozen Potatoes during Storage (냉동감자의 저장 중 미생물학적, 영양학적 및 물성 품질 특성의 변화)

  • This study evaluated the microbial, nutritional, and rheological changes in potatoes, during storage at room, low, and freezing temperatures for 6 months. No significant changes in total aerobic plate counts were observed for any of the samples in the assessment of microbiological quality changes. For the 4 types of frozen potatoes, yeasts and molds were not found until 24 weeks. The sugar contents of the potatoes stored at room and low temperature ($10^{\circ}C$) increased during the first 4 weeks of storage, but then decreased rapidly thereafter; while those in the frozen potatoes did not change significantly throughout the 48 weeks. The vitamin C, B1, and B2 contents of the potatoes stored at room and low temperature had decreased significantly after 4 weeks of storage, however, the levels in the frozen potatoes did not change rapidly. The weight, volume, and hardness of the frozen potatoes changed much less as compared to the potatoes stored at room and low temperature over the 48 weeks of storage. Finally, the cohesiveness of all the samples, except for the frozen mashed potatoes, did not change during storage.

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the substitution effect of red beet powder on sodium nitrite in emulsion-type pork sausages, and to investigate the effect of the addition of red beet powder on the physicochemical characteristics of emulsion-type pork sausages at 10℃ for 6 weeks. The treatments were divided into five groups: Control (sodium nitrite 0.01%), T1 (sodium nitrite 0.005% + red beet powder 0.5%), T2 (sodium nitrite 0.005% + red beet powder 0.25%), T3 (red beet powder 0.5%), and T4 (red beet powder 0.25%). In the CIE*I didn’t delete this asterisk (*) because it might be a marker for something you wish to add later, but please note that if there is no significance for the asterisk, it should be removed as a typographical error. color of emulsion-type pork sausages, the lightness value of the control was significantly higher than for the other groups (p<0.05). The redness value was higher in T1, whereas the yellowness value was higher in the T3 and T4 groups compared with the others (p<0.05). The pH values of emulsion-type pork sausages were significantly decreased in the T3 and T4 groups by the addition of red beet powder (p<0.05). However, the DPPH radical-scavenging activity was higher in the T1 and T3 groups than in the others (p<0.05). The residual nitrite ion was the highest in the control group (p<0.05). Therefore, it is determined that red beet powder can substitute for nitrite as a natural colorant, and it has a slightly antioxidant effect in emulsion-type pork sausages.

Dormancy type and Germination Characteristics of Seeds of Lonicera chrytsantha Turcz. Ex Ledeb (Caprifoliaceae) (각시괴불나무 종자의 휴면유형과 발아특성)

  • This study was conducted to investigate seed dormancy type and germination characteristics of Lonicera chrysantha. In imbibition test, the seeds imbibed water readily. Therefore, the seeds did not have physical dormancy (PY). The seeds have undeveloped embryo at seed dispersal and, then the E:S ratio (embryo/seed ratio) increased more than about 46% just before germination. In temperature experiments (5, 15, 20 and $25^{\circ}C$), the seeds did not germinate during incubation at $5^{\circ}C$. At $20^{\circ}C$, the seeds started to germinate from a week after sowing and the final germination was 86.7% at 2 weeks after sowing. At $15^{\circ}C$, the seeds started to germinate at 2 weeks and the final germination rate was 75.0% at 4 weeks after sowing. At $25^{\circ}C$, the seeds started to germinate at a week and the final germination rate was 48.3% at 19 weeks after sowing. Consequently, Optimum temperature of germination is $20^{\circ}C$ that shown highest final germination rate and shortest mean germination time. The seeds germinated all temperature treatments within 4 weeks except to $5^{\circ}C$. Therefore, it is concluded that seeds of L. chrysantha have only morphological dormancy (MD).

  • 일반적으로 건물 구조물에 전달되는 기계진동을 감소시키기 위해서 기계와 기초사이에 유연한 방진소자를 삽입하여 기계가진력(exciting force)의 전달 률을 줄인다. 또한 구조물의 고유진동수와 진동원의 가진주파수가 일치할 경 우, 가진주파수를 변화시키거나, 구조물의 동특성을 변화시키는 방법을 사용 한다. 어떠한 방안을 선택하든 효과적이고 정량적인 방진 시스템을 구성하고 구조물의 정확한 진동상태를 예측하기 위해서는 진동원의 가진특성과 구조 물의 동특성에 대한 정보가 요구된다. 일반적으로 방진설계를 위해 필요한 진동원의 가진특성은 제조회사의 사양이나 측정을 통하여 비교적 쉽게 얻을 수 있다. 복합재료, 다양한 경계조건, 복잡한 대형구조물등은 수치해석을 이 용하여 해석적인 방법으로 동특성을 구할 경우, 신뢰성 있는 정보를 얻기에 는 많은 노력이 요구된다. 더우기 현장에서 발생하는 진동문제는 대부분 복 잡하고 시간적으로 시급히 해결해야 하기 때문에 효율적인 절차를 구성하여 구조물의 동특성을 해석하는 방법을 사용할 필요가 있다. 구조물의 동특성은 실험적인 방법을 통하여 구하고 그 외의 필요한 계산들은 해석을 통하여 얻 는 것이 효율적일 수 있다. 실험적 동특성해석은 입력하중에 대한 응답의 크 기와 위상 비를 주파수별로 나타내는 전달함수를 측정하는 방법으로서 가진 장치 및 여러 측정/분석 장비가 필요하며, 철교, 교량, 건물의 철골 및 콘크 리트 슬라브등 다양한 중대형의 구조물을 Signal/Noise비가 좋도록 가진 시 켜야 할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 실험적 방법의 현장 적응성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 대형충격기(large impact hammer, max, peak force 약 10000N, time duration 약 20ms)를 제작하고 실험/분석 시스템 및 구조물 의 진동제어를 위한 절차를 Fig.1과 같이 구성하고 이를 철근콘크리트 건물 에 설치한 기계식 주차설비의 진동제어에 적용하였다.force response simulation)를 수행하여 임의의 좌표 공간에 대한 진동수준을 해석적으로 예측할 뿐만 아니라 구조물의 진동제어 를 위한 동적인자를 변경시킬 수 있는 정보를 제공하며 장비를 방진할 경우 신뢰성 있는 전달률을 결정할 수 있다. 실험적으로 철교, 교량이나 건물의 철골구조 및 2층 바닥 등 대,중형의 복잡한 구조물에 대항 동특성을 나타내 는 모빌리티를 결정할 경우 충격 가진 실험이 사용되는 실험장비 측면에서 나 실험을 수행하는 과정이 대체적으로 간편하다. 그러나 이 경우 대상 구조 물을 충분히 가진시킬수 있는 용량의 대형 충격기(large impact hammer)가 필요하게 된다. 이러한 동적실험은 약 길이 61m, 폭 16m의 4경간 교량에 대 하여 동적실험을 수행하여 가능성을 확인하였다. 여기서는 실험실 수준의 평 판모델을 제작하고 실제 현장에서 이루어질 수 있는 진동제어 구조물에 대 한 동적실험 및 FRS를 수행하는 과정과 동일하게 따름으로써 실제 발생할 수 있는 오차나 error를 실험실내의 차원에서 파악하여 진동원을 있는 구조 물에 대한 진동제어기술을 보유하고자 한다. 이용한 해마의 부피측정은 해마경화증 환자의 진단에 있어 육안적인 MR 진단이 어려운 제한된 경우에만 실제적 도움을 줄 수 있는 보조적인 방법으로 생각된다.ofile whereas relaxivity at high field is not affected by τS.   • The present annexed parking lot standards for buildings in Parking Act are categorized in 9 groups in terms of recreation, culture and assembly, housing, factory, and so on, in which same grouped facilities have uniform parking standards. The local governments have authority to itemize groups and adjust parking standards within ${\pm}50%$ ranges. These days diversity in building types and functions need more fractionated parking standards; however, most local governments focusing merely on applying strengthened parking standards in general without systematic rules of consistency. The current problem of parking standards being used is lack of regarding facility characteristics; expecially, a large sized high-tech manufacturing facility located in industrial site is still applied by same parking standards as normal manufacturing facility, even though most part of manufacturing process is automated and hence less manpower is employed. This paper presents a systematic method of analyzing parking generation unit for factory facilities in industrial site in terms of facility use and scale characteristics.

  • Since the early 1980s, the building is dramatically higher increases. Therefore, the shortage of parking spaces as a social problem has been pointed out. The parking lot utilization of underground space is increasing by like this problem solving countermeasure. However, Most of the organic material is used for construction in the parking lot on the floor. The existing parking zone flooring occupancy surface finishing is harmful gases and environmental hormones cause of the worker. The study on the safety of the worker consider using environment-friendly?high-liquidity ceramic resin mortar materials to evaluate the characteristics and physical properties.
