Currently, the government has been established GIS DB related to river as a part of the river map digitization projects such as RIMGIS and flood map. This study was aimed to demonstrate the generation of thematic maps related to river space and their management system, the one of the major river thematic maps proposed from the precedent study "Establishment of River Thematic Map Project" in an effort to maximize the utilization of river related database, the major product of the project for digitization of river maps. This study includes amending database model for building river thematic maps. Also, metadata were amended and built for efficient management and distribution of the river related data based on the national standard metadata proposed from "Establishing Standard Metadata" sponsored by National Geography Institute in 2003 for more effective management of river thematic maps. In addition, this study analyzed the method for utilizing existing data from RIMGIS and WAMIS as well as digital topographic maps to produce 25 river thematic maps in accordance of defined building procedure. Management system of the river thematic maps for Kyungan watershed has been generated for effective managing river thematic maps based on the design and pilot generation of river thematic maps, and metadata management function has been added into the management system.

본 논문에서는 휴대 단말기를 이용하여 시각장애인들을 위한 장애물 안내시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 휴대성을 높이기 위해 시스템을 주제어기와 부제어기로 분리시키고, Zigbee 통신을 이용하여 두 디바이스 간에 정보를 주고 받는 형태로 설계하였다. 주제어기는 부제어기로부터 전송된 전방의 장애물 정보를 취합하고 판단하여 사용자에게 제공하는 기능을 하고, 부제어기는 6개의 초음파 센서를 갖는 모듈로서 초음파센서를 이용하여 전방 장애물과의 거리를 지속적으로 측정하여 주제어기로 전송하는 기능을 한다. 최근 이슈가 되고있는 Android O/S 기반의 휴대용 단말기를 기반으로 설계 및 구현하였기 때문에 Android O/S 기반의 다양한 휴대용 단말기에 적용이 가능하다.

In recent years, there have been diverse researches and utilizations of creating geo-spatial information with high resolution satellite images. However thematic maps made with middle or low resolution satellite images have low location accuracy and precision of thematic information. This study set out to propose a method of making a precision thematic map with high resolution satellite images by examining the conversion from the conventional method based on middle or low resolution satellite images to the automatic method based on high resolution satellite images of GSD 1m or lower, extracting thematic information of middle or large scale of 1/5,000 or lower, and analyzing its accuracy. Seven classification classes were categorized according to the object-oriented classification in order to automatically extract thematic information with high resolution satellite images. And the classification results were compared and analyzed with the old middle scale land cover map and 1/1000 digital map.

The Agency of Employment and Labor produces various records that are related to labor history subject while performing its functions such as labor supervision. Some valuable records were discarded even if they are worthy enough to be researched from a historical perspective. Thus, this article contributes to classifying the main subjects and the main agents of an action in view of macrohistory and microhistory. Some examples of the records that require prolonged preservation were also presented by each issue. Furthermore, this article proposes a dramatic improvement of the records schedule. It also presents other issues as the foundation of the valuation standard based on the subject including the conversion of the strategy of archival appraisal, and selection that combines the function and the subject.

본 논문에서는 기존의 키워드 검색 시스템의 불편함과 비효율성을 지적하고 이를 극복하기 위해 한국어 의문문 자체를 질의어로 채택하여 정보를 검색하는 자연어 기반의 정보검색 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 시스템은 주격 주제어와 서술격 주제어는 물론 의문의 초점과 초점 관련 어구에 대해서도 질의어 분석단계에서 분석하여 검색자의 요구에 부응하는 응답문 검색이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 본 논문에서는 의문문 질의 시스템에 적합하도록 의문사를 5형태로 분류하고 실제 한국어 문장에서 이들 각각에 대한 처리를 규칙화시켜 질의어의 체계적인 분석을 시도하였다. 한편, 후보 문장 검색을 위한 색인어로 사용되는 주격 주제어와 서술격 주제어를 정해진 규칙을 통해 추출함으로써 체계적이고 정확도 높은 질의어 분석이 이루어지도록 했다. 뿐만 아니라 의문의 초점과 초점 관련 어구또한 정해진 규칙을 통해 분석 추출함으로써 응답문 검색의 정확성을 높였다.

해양사고 원인의 대부분을 차지하는 인적오류 예방은 해양안전에 가장 중요하며 인적오류는 확률기반의 인적 모델을 구축하여 평가할 수 있다. 확률기반 인적 모델을 구축하기 위해 사건의 원인과 결과 사이에 연계성을 갖고 있는 통계 데이터가 필요하다. 이러한 데이터는 정부 공식통계로서 해양안전심판원에서 제공하는 재결서의 내용 분석을 통해 얻고자 하나, 측정변수가 너무 많아 계산량이 방대하다. 본 연구에서는 재결서 분석서의 원인판단에서 기준이 되는 해양안전심판원의 해양사고조사심판정보포털(이하 해심)에서 제공하는 재결서 내용의 핵심적인 내용으로 구성된 '주제어 '데이터를 활용하여 주제어에 포함된 핵심단어 분석절차를 수립하였다. 이들 단어가 구분형태별로 어떻게 분포된 상태인지 알아보고, 선박사고별로 최적으로 설명할 수 있는 단어 객체수를 검토해보고자 한다. 향후 축소된 차원으로도 해양사고 인적과실의 인과관계 설명이 가능하면, 인적모델의 측정변수를 결정하는 경우 쉽게 타당성을 확인 할 수 있어 해양안전을 위한 중요한 자료로 활용할 수 있다.

Electronic cultural atlases based on a variety of topics have been studied because of recently increased interest about them. Existing cultural atlases are difficult to analyze the correlation between the subjects and to make utilization based on the various points of view since they are implemented mostly by a single theme. To solve these problems, we propose a method that express a variety of themes by using layer functions of electronic cultural atlases. Using thematic overlay functions, also, application plans are suggested to analyze the relationship between subjects and to derive new knowledge through the association of various themes.

본 연구의 목적은 효율적인 비오톱지도 제작 및 환경관리를 위한 프레임웍 데이터의 제작 방안을 연구하는데 있다. 비오톱지도를 작성하기 위해 필요한 원시데이터를 취합 및 통합과정을 통해 무결점의 프레임웍 데이터를 제작할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 인천지역 환경관리를 위한 비오톱지도 제작의 기초데이터인 프레임웍 데이터 제작방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 비오톱지도는 지표면의 형태와 위치의 기준을 나타내는 지형주제도, 단위비오톱 형상의 기준이 되는 도시주제도, 도시생태현황을 나타내는 도시생태조사도 등을 기반 데이터로 사용하여 제작되어지며, 각 주제도는 다양한 형태의 원시자료로부터 추출 및 가공되어 비오톱지도의 기반데이터로 사용되는데 이 기반데이터가 논리적, 물리적으로 정확하게 제작되어야 정확한 비오톱지도가 제작될 수 있으므로 이를 비오톱 지도 제작을 위한 프레임웍 데이터로 분류하여 본 연구를 통해 구제적인 작성 방안을 연구하였다.

본 논문에서는 도서관 정보시스템에서 보다 개인화된 추천 서비스를 제공하기 위하여, 사용자 기반 협업 필터링의 희소성 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위하여 아이템을 메타데이터 속성인 주제분류번호를 이용하여 동일 주제의 자료끼리 군집화하고 주제군집에 대한 선호도 점수를 추출하여 이를 사용자 유사도 계산에 사용하였다. 실험을 위하여 실제 연세대학교 도서관에서 동양서를 대출한 35,238명의 총 659,792건 대출/반납건수 데이터를 사용하였으며, 제안된 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 기존의 사용자 기반 협업 필터링과 비교한 결과, 정확도에서는 큰 차이가 없었으나 Coverage가 크게 향상되었음을 확인하였다.

주제 기반 크롤링(Topical Crawling)으로 수집된 문서들은 서로 비슷한 단어들을 가지고 있기 때문에 정작 주어진 주제에 적합하지 않은 문서 들을 포함할 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 특정 주제에 해당하는 문서만을 필터링하는 작업이 필요하다. 본 논문은 화재 뉴스 기사에 대한 필터링을 위해 단어 기반 속성과 어울려 화재 뉴스 기사의 특성을 고려한 메타 데이터 속성을 추출하여 이에 특화된 기계학습 메커니즘을 제안하였다. 제안 기법의 F1-측정치는 92.1 %로서, 현재 최고의 성능을 보이는 SVM, 나이브베이즈 알고리즘보다. 2~3% 개선된 것이다.
