한글 주제명표목의 구조를 확립하는데 필요한 기본원칙을 제시하였다. 불연산기호를 사용하게 되면 주표목과 세목간을 구분할 필요가 없어진다. 일부 표목에서는 지명이 세목으로 사용되고 도 다른 표목에서는 지명이 주표목으로 사용되는 등 혼란이 있었다. 자동화 시대에, 어떤 용어가 탐색어의 첫번째 이치에 오는가 하는 것은 중요한 문제가 아니다. 시대구분을 제외하고는 모든 세목을 독립된 표목으로 사용해야 할 것이다. 접속사'와(과)' 또는 복판점(ㆍ)으로 결합된 표목과 도치표모의 형식은 주제명표목에서 사용되지 않는다. 표목과 관련된 용어간을 연결하는 수단으로 색인시스템에서 사용해 온 기호를 도입 하였다.

국무총리실 산하 안전관리자문위원회(위원장 최동섭)는 지난 12월 6일 프레스센터 20층 국제회의장에서 안전관리 강화를 위한 정책토론회를 개최했다. 이날 토론회에서는 삼풍백화점 붕괴 이후 위원회가 모색해온 건설구조물 안전관리.석유화학 및 가스안전관리.해상안전관리.구조구난 능력향상 및 화재안전.안전문화 정착방안.안전관리 법령정비 및 조직 강화방안 등 6개 주제에 대한 개선방안의 발표에 이어 최동섭 위원장의 사회로 종합토론이 있었다. 본 호에서는 이날 발표된 내용들을 주제별로 요약 소개한다.

This study performs opinion mining of newspaper articles, based on topics extracted by topic modeling. We analyze the attitudes of the news media towards a major issue of 'presidential election', assuming that newspaper partisanship is a kind of opinion. We first extract topics from a large collection of newspaper texts, and examine how the topics are distributed over the entire dataset. The structure and content of each topic are then investigated by means of network analysis. Finally we track down the chronological distribution of the topics in each of the newspapers through time serial analysis. The result reveals that both the liberal newspapers and the conservative newspapers exhibit their own tendency to report in line with their adopted ideology. This confirms that we can count on opinion mining technique based on topics in order to analyze opinion in a reliable fashion.

A value can be placed on the integrated science curriculum in terms of producing an insight into solving the routine problem. From such a point of view, the comprehensive concepts which explain the extensive natural phenomena were defined as the integrated themes in this study, and the contents of the integrated science curriculum were developed, as the understanding of the contents focused on the integrated theme enables us to be productive and have an insight. Through analyzing teaching materials, programs and curriculums in relation to the integrated science, five concepts of system, interaction, harmony and balance, structure and function, and circulation were established as the integrated themes, and the nature of each integrated theme was examined. Next, in accordance with the integrated theme, the content of the integrated science curriculum,which are deeper in aspect of the integration level than that of the current science of middle school, were developed. The content of the integrated science curriculum which was proposed in this study is of great significance. in that they provide new perspectives related to our current science curriculum.

Since the mid-twentieth century, geology has gradually evolved as an interdisciplinary context in South Korea. The journal of Economic and Environmental Geology (EEG) has a long history of over 52 years and published interdisciplinary articles based on geology. In this study, we performed a literature review using topic modeling based on Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), an unsupervised machine learning model, to identify geological topics, historical trends (classic topics and emerging topics), and association by analyzing titles, keywords, and abstracts of 2,571 publications in EEG during 1968-2020. The results showed that 8 topics ('petrology and geochemistry', 'hydrology and hydrogeology', 'economic geology', 'volcanology', 'soil contaminant and remediation', 'general and structural geology', 'geophysics and geophysical exploration', and 'clay mineral') were identified in the EEG. Before 1994, classic topics ('economic geology', 'volcanology', and 'general and structure geology') were dominant research trends. After 1994, emerging topics ('hydrology and hydrogeology', 'soil contaminant and remediation', 'clay mineral') have arisen, and its portion has gradually increased. The result of association analysis showed that EEG tends to be more comprehensive based on 'economic geology'. Our results provide understanding of how geological research topics branch out and merge with other fields using a useful literature review tool for geological research in South Korea.

한국유가공연구회는 지난 10월 29일 충남대 농과대학 강당에서 한국유가공협회 후원으로 제37회 추계유가공세미나를 개최했다. 이날 세미나에서는 우유와 유제품의 소비자 지향주의적 유통관리(박종수 충남대 교수), 한국 유가공업의 현황과 유통 구조 개선방향(백종희 농촌경제연구원 부연구위원), 국산원유, 시요 및 가공유제품의 L. monocytogenes 오염(박경식 동신 보건대 교수), 유지방구막의 생성, 구조, 기능(Kanno. C 일본 우도궁대학교수)등의 주제발표가 있었다. 본지는 이중 ‘한국 유가공업의 현황과 유통구조 개선방향’을 전재한다.

이 논문에서 다루는 주제는 수동 기구부에 의해 자동으로 지면 적응이 가능한 이중 트랙 구조를 가진 ROBHAZ-DT3에 대한 설계 및 구성이다. 이 로봇은 기본적으로 군사용과 민간용으로 동시에 사용 가능하게 설계되어 있다. 이 로봇에 사용된 이중 트랙 구조는 앞쪽과 뒤쪽 트랙 사이에 수동적인 회전 조인트를 설치한 것으로 이 구조에 의해서 로봇의 트랙은 주행을 하면서 지면에 중력방향으로 순응하면서 형상이 변형되어 계단과 같은 험한 비평탄 지형에서도 높은 지형적응력을 보여주어 주행성능을 높여준다.(중략)

스포츠 통계와 관련된 주제들은 경기결과의 설명 예측력 분석, 선수와 팀 평가, 경기내용의 요약, 경기의 환경적 요인 평가, 경기 규칙 분석, 경기결과의 시각적 표현, 토너먼트 구조 연구 등의 영역으로 다양하다. 이 글에서는 야구 축구 농구 테니스 종목을 중심으로 통계적 방법을 적용하여 스포츠 현장의 문제를 어떻게 접근하고 있는지를 개괄하였다. 전통적으로 스포츠 통계는 선수와 팀 그리고 전략의 평가가 주를 이루었지만, 오늘날 스포츠통계는 경기의 잠재적, 외적 요인 등의 주제로 관심영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 경기내용의 기술적(descriptive) 분석이 주류를 이루고 있으며, 전문적 수준의 통계적 접근은 활발하지 못하고 있다. 현장과 자료의 특성을 고려하여 통계와 스포츠(체육)분야의 다양한 협동연구가 필요하다.

There is increasing importance of a system to reorganize explosive expansion of internet information resources efficiently; therefore, an increasing concern about classification system as an instrument for facilitating an access to a specific subject and improving efficiency in information retrieval. Comparing the hierarchical structure and access methodology of internet-based classification system with those of library classification such as Dewey Decimal Classification through their structural aspects and retrival process, this paper proposes the proper classification system in internet environment.

본 연구에서는 시설물분야 기본지리정보 데이터모델 표준 개발을 위해 시설물분야 기본지리정보와 관련된 국내ㆍ외 사례분석과 사용자요구사항 및 시설물분야 전문가의 의견수렴을 통해 시설물분야 기본지리정보의 항목 선정을 수행하였으며, 선정된 범위에 대해 개념설계와 정보구조설계를 통한 데이터모델 설계를 수행하고, 최종적으로 설계된 데이터모델의 표준안을 제시하였다. 시설물분야 기본지리정보의 데이터모델 설계는 주제 및 부 주제를 정의하고 항목리스트를 작성하는 개념설계와 지형지물 Class 및 Type정의, 속성 및 도메인리스트정의, 관계정의 및 Class 다이어그램을 작성하는 정보구조 데이터모델 설계를 수행하고 설계된 내용은 데이터모델 통합설계서로 작성하였다.
