This study has its aim at suggesting new direction of our education to search different ways in housing contents by comparing the necessity perception and demands between teachers and students for housing contents in Technology Home Economics curriculum of middle school. To achieve this aim, I chose middle school teachers in charge of Technology Home Economics and male and female students who are in the first grade in high school in Ulsan. I sent e-mail, mail, and visited researcher to gather the data. I used SPSS +12 statistical package for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test to analyze the data. Here is the result. First, In the part of application of living place, teachers had necessity perception in use and placement of furniture, and arrangement of objects. Students had necessity perception in the use and placement of furniture, the kind and choice of furniture. Also in the indoor environment and equipment part, both teachers and students had necessity perception in controlling of ventilation, temperature, and humidity. In the part of maintenance repair of housing, teachers had necessity perception in the need for maintenance management but students had necessity perception in house equipments and repair had high necessity perception Second, In housing-related general part, teachers demanded housing for elderly, disabled people, information about future housing and students demanded environmentally friendly living environment, housing for elderly, disabled people. In interior design part, teachers demanded in the expression of interior places through computer, the kind and characteristic of housing material and students demanded the way to reuse old furniture, kind and characteristic of housing material. In the part of housing preparation and occupation, teachers demanded the kind of housing-related occupation and students demanded the housing tax and the process of house purchase or concerned matter. Third, there were some difference of necessity perception and degree of demand between teachers and students. Teachers had higher necessity perception and demand in all part except in demand for housing equipment, maintenance, and environmentally friendly living environment.

Traffic Safety and efficient Road Traffic Policy of Traffic management came into effect over the certain size of the road like main road. Comparatively, Safety for Living street is deteriorated. Especially, Vehicle are usually priority to the life-zone street, even though Safety for the Passengers are essential to the life-zone street in the residential area. Improvement for the Living street has not been achieved In this study, To suggest Intersection Notifications standard of installation in Living Street, We execute on-site survey in priority to Gwangju Metropolitan City. Furthermore, After We suggest experimental value for the Intersection Notifications' standard of installation Prediction model in the Living street, Intersection Notifications compare & veritfy experimental value to the installation point's value to suggest the standard of installation in the living street. As a result, We can prevent frequent traffic accident in the Living Street. Furthermore, We are judged by installation of intersection Notifications considering stability and convenience to the passengers who are using the living street.

농촌생활의 질의 풍요로움을 연구하기 위한 일환으로 농가 생활경영을 시점으로 한 농업겨영과 농가주부의 관계, 가사운영과 가계관리를 중심으로 살펴 본 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농업경영과 주부와의 관련에 대해 우선 열거할 수 있는것은 생산 노동력의 분담상황에서의 주부노동의 실태이다. 전체평균에서 78.1%의 주부가 남편과 함께 기간노동에 종사하고 있었으며, 농업생활에서 주부의 역할리 매우 큼을 단적으로 지적해 주는 것이었다. 그리고 종사하는 종작업과 경영 참여의 내용은 다양하다. 그 결과 시간적으로 본 주부 담당의 가사작업은 농번기와 농한기의 시기에 영향을 크게 받고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 가계관리상의 문제점으로 자녀의 교육비나 교제비의 부담이 거론되었고, 수입의 불규칙, 빚과 부채의 부담이 큰 문제로 지적되었다. 셋째, 가정생활의 만족도, 지역생활의 만족도는 모두 만족과 불만의 중간을 보였다. 가정생활에서의 만족도에서 평균점 보다 낮은 항목은 가족 동반의 식사, 부부대화, 내구소비재의 순이었고, 지역생활환경에 관하여는 보건소, 병원에 관하여는 불만족스러운 대답을 보였다. 넷째, 농작업의 효율화 대책은 기계화, 조직화, 공동화, 작업의 계획화이었으며, 가사노동에 있어서는 "주부의 농작업 감량대책"과 함께 "가족의 협력에 의한 가사분담","가족이 신변의 것을 스스로 한다","가사작업의 계획화"등이 요구되어진다.

This study was conducted to preserve viability of Aspergillus sp. PS-104, a phosphate-solubilizing fungus, for more than 6 months. The number of Aspergillus sp. PS-104 conidia stored at $25^{\circ}C$ with various concentrations of additives was counted on potato dextrose agar at the intervals of 2 weeks. When PEG 200 was added with concentration of 0.1%, viability of the conidia was increased more than 10 times to compare with control.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the contents of Housing Studies in Home Economics Education of Secondary School published in master's or doctorial theses and journals since 1985. The 24 research papers were analyzed by the type and time of publication, research subjects, data collecting methods, respondents & sample size, and statistical methods. The data were presented by tables with frequencies. The results showed that the most Housing educational research has been done as a type of theses and the number of published papers on Housing has been increased in somewhat. Over time there were two main theme of Housing educational research: general perception of housing and teaching - learning plans. Research methods, respondents and sample size, and statistical methods were obviously differed by the two research theme of Housing educational studies. This research suggested to broaden the research subjects as well as research methods beside to increase the number of studies on Housing area in Home Economics Education.
