The construction debris has been enormously increased since 90's because of a reconstruction and developing a new building site. Under the construction law, construction debris must legally recycle or reclaim at cost, but almost people have depended on reclamation of the illegal process to treat construction debris. Therefore, the environmental disruption and contamination have been begun the hot issue of society and in controversy with residents. With the consequence that indicates a substitute about an application of construction debris units is the most important thing for studying construction debris of quantity when the construction units are demolished. Nowadays, the area under the housing environment amelioration policies is getting rapidly old, then it is beyond anticipating reconstruction. Before construction units are demolished, generally three of four engineers investigate or predict the quantity of construction debris for two months. But this study is using the units of construction debris instead of the investigation and gets more precise data than investigation or prediction. In conclusion, the purpose of this study offers that units of construction debris can alternate the investigating of construction debris and curtail the expenses of labors and finances. Finally, those effects are going to make economical benefits covering the whole of the process of constructions.

Recently, the scale of the construction work has been increased due to the revitalization of the construction industries. therefore, the demolition work in downtown areas is increased too. Amelioration districts are deteriorating rapidly since it followed the policy which allowed a large number of constructions in a very short period of time. therefore, the quantity of construction wastes and the designated wastes such as asbestos are increased. This study was classifying and analyzing the constructions in amelioration districts to estimate quantity of the designated wastes and the unit of the designated wastes. According to the results of this research, the average annual designated wastes was increased up to 2.59% in comparison with 2,779,334 ton in 2000, there came out 3,151,653 ton of designated wastes in 2005. For the appropriate disposal of increasing designated wastes, it is necessary to study exact estimation of the quantity of wastes.

As the number of family living alone is expected to soar due to a change in socio-demographics like divorce, more middle-aged women returning to work, homes become smaller and so on. In addition to in 2020 these people will be increase so that 85 percent of the Koreans compose elderly living alone who is over 65. This study aims at developing a sharing-typed elderly people-centered rental model which is accessible in the community integration dimension as an alternative and finding out theirconscious, their need about residence. and we need to check about their major requirements on improvement step by step. so that we suggest the desirable way on the existing multi house. The model provides benefits in the social, economical and pragmatic dimensions as the families living alone get together and living with others, Particularly, as a residence model which reduces a psychological loneliness and at the same time enables the elderly to continue to live a life in the community while they live together with other people, this model could be a strategy which supports the "Aging in Place." This study is in progress via small group workshop which debate gradually about special subject with similar group member. So we can find the residence's preference on living environment in various condition and the member can imagine freely on their future living arrangement by giving the various informations which can be proceed in future. The workshop proceed three times. at the first workshop, we're check their living environment and satisfaction level. and second time we give the knowledge about shared-type rental house then discuss about the model. and last time we're listen to the residence's opinion.

서울특별시 도시개발공사에서는 서울의 도시주거환경을 개선하고 저소득 서민에게 저렴하고 양질의 주택보급을 위하여 화곡지구 아파트 기본설계경기를 시행한 바, 지난 6월 21일 그 결과를 발표했다. 본지에서는 이번 설계경기의 심사내용과 입상작 중 최우수작(빛건축안)과 우수작(행림건축안)을 소개한다.

대한주택공사에서는 지역 여건에 맞는 쾌적한 단지조성과 최대한의 실내 공간 확보를 위한 주거환경개선사업의 일환으로 인천 송현지구에 대한 현상설계경기를 실시, 지난 2월 15일 무영종합건축(안길원+손광민)안을 최우수작으로 선정, 발표했다. 총 8개 사무소에서 작품을 제출한 이번 설계경기의 우수작에 장건축(오택길)안이, 가작으로는 다원건축(김영택)안이 각각 선정됐다.

대한주택공사에서는 대구 이천지구에 기존에 살고 있던 삶의 터전을 새로운 삶의 터전으로 재생하는 주거환경 개선사업으로 현상설계 경기를 실시, 총9개 작품이 응모한 결과 무영건축(손광민)안을 당선작으로 선정, 발표했다. 이번 설계경기의 우수작은 담건축(맹준호)안이, 가작으로는 신한건축(최경일)안이 각각 선정됐다.

This study aims to analyze the on-site improvement area of residential environment improvement project based on research results derived from the on-site and questionnaire survey in case of Daegu. The main findings are as follows. First, residents complain about delay of project completion because a long time has been passed after on-site improvement area was designated. Experts and government officials agree that a new method of development is required. Second, future development should discriminate on-site improvement area according to its level of project completion. The area should be classified into project completion areas and on-going area, and new methods, such as redevelopment, apartment-housing construction method, should be allowed. Third, for better management of on-site improvement area, laws and regulations must be ready and government's will for improvement is crucial.

서울시 도시개발공사에서는 도시주거환경 개선 및 저소득 국민에게 저렴한 양질의 주택보급을 위하여 신투리지구 아파트 설계경기를 시행, 지난 6월 9일 발표하고 시상식을 가졌다. 이번 현상설계는 지난 2월 1일부터 적용하도록 돼있는 건설부고시 현상설계 지침에 의거 실시된 것으로 그 공정성이 인정된 것으로 알려졌다. 본지에서는 이번 현상설계의 심사내용과 당선작 중 A지구 동인ㆍ우양건축안(최우수작)과 서울건축안(우수작), B지구 영지ㆍ성보ㆍ송현건축안(최우수작)과 꾸메ㆍ우림건축안(우수작){을 게재한다.

The study was carried out to determine the real condition in parking environment improving zone suffering poor supply for demand and then present a solution to it. To this end, the study reviewed the existing data including parking ratio which means percent of the total parking space in the region divided by the number of registered vehicles in the zones and surveyed residents for their awareness of parking lots. The results showed some major findings as follows. Parking ratio is low and illegal parking is serious in the zones, which, as a consequence, it results in lack of parking area in the zones. More than 70% of those who live in the zones had inconvenience during parking. And insufficient space for parking generates illegal parking. Residents in the zones answered that the best way to deal with the parking problems is to create more parking zones. As they had more difficulties having parking spaces, they showed stronger tendency to use newly-built parking lots. The study also gave thought to building private parking lots as a solution to the parking issues in the zones. And it suggested that supporting policies on the private parking lots be strengthened to promote the private parking lots in residential areas. Those policies will gradually improve parking problems in the parking environment improving zone.
