In order to determine the effect of mixtures of different barley genotypes, four barley varieties that were similar to the variety Kangbori for earliness, culm length, spike type and spike color were tested. The variety Kangbori was mixed with the 4 other barleys in ratios ranging from 20% to 80% of Kangbori. Tests were conducted at Suweon and Iri. It was difficult to distinguish differences in heading date, maturing date and culm length in the various mixtures. In the mixed populations the degree of lodging was decreased due to the superior straw strength of Kangbori. The mixtures of 20% Kangbori and 80% Bunong and 20% Kangbori and 80% Milyang #6 gave the highest yield increase among the combinations.

This study analyzes the collision occurring in the daily life of the United States where diverse ethnicities live side by side, as portrayed in the film 'crash'. The analysis is followed by a counseling method necessary for a diverse society. To analyse the essence of conflict in the film, a convergence psychological analysis was conducted based on desire theory. The result was that the desire to survive and innovate always collided with frustration. This is because of the obstacles in real life that suppresses desire. The process of frustrated desires and their distortion was structurized. In the conclusion, a counseling method and theory with 'a recovery model that promotes change' was presented for problematic personalities that are entrenched widely in the United States about pain by conflict.

This study was conducted to analyze the relationships between resistance of brown planthopper and traits related to the lodging in rice. For the linkage analysis of traits tested in this study, a genetic linkage map was created with 162 DNA markers spanning 12 rice chromosomes based on 120 doubled haploid (DH) lines, which were derived from a cross between Samgang', a Tongil type cultivar with BPH resistance, and ‘Nagdong’, a japonica cultivar. QTLs were identified to analyze the agronomic traits including lodging by composite interval mapping. Thirteen QTLs were detected for five traits comprised of plant length (PL), 3rd internode length (3rdIL), moments (Mo), lodging index (LI), and breaking weight (BW). The relationships between the BPH resistance and agronomic traits including lodging revealed that two QTLs (qBPR7, qBPR8) were linked to traits related to lodging. Two QTLs, qBPR7 and qBPR8 on chromosome 7 (RM531-7042) and 8 (RM1148- RM544) showed associations with moments and 3rd internode length, respectively.

This thesis is a study to verify whether the attitude toward retirement perceived by middle-aged workers has a significant effect on retirement preparation and job satisfaction for middle-aged workers in their 40s to 50s working in Seoul and the metropolitan area. As a result, it was found that the forced frustration during the retirement attitude of middle-aged workers had a significant negative (-) effect only on the finances and family of retirement preparation. A new start was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on all sub-variables of retirement preparation. In the second hypothesis, the influence of job satisfaction, it was found that old-age breaks and new start of retirement attitude had a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. As a result, it can be seen that the attitude toward retirement of middle-aged workers who are about to retire has a significant influence on retirement preparation and job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to understand what orientations elementary school teachers have related to their science classes, what realities they encounter in real classes, how they overcome their frustrations and failures they experience. We employed a narrative inquiry method and analyzed the experiences of two early career elementary school teachers (Miss Park and Mr. Choi). Miss Park wanted to conduct students-driven inquiry classes, in which students become active investigators, but in reality, she faced herself who conducted teacher-driven classes. Mr. Choi wanted to conduct science classes based on constructivism, but in reality, he encountered himself as a knowledge giver rather than scaffolder. However, rather than giving up their orientations, the two teachers tried to keep them in their own way. It was expected that by understanding what strategies beginner teachers take when their theoretical orientation and ideals are not well implemented in actual educational reality, we could find a clue that will lead to a more successful transition from pre-service teacher to teacher.

In this paper, the results of analyzing the meaning of laughter in comedy movies of the late 1960s, focusing on comedians, Hee-Gap Kim, Bong-Seo Koo and Young-Chun Seo, are as follows. First, the narrative laughter of the comedians represents the generational conflict between the lower class and the upper class, the gender conflict between men and women, and the frustration of reality. Second the mechanism of creating laughter of the comedians shows ridicule of the conservative older generation, revelation of the immoral upper class, and caricature of the frustrated lower class. Third, the practical aspect of the comedians' laughter reveals cracks in tradition and modern, gaps in economic inequality, and expression of prohibited desires. Therefore, comedians Hee-Gap Kim, Bong-Seo Koo and Young-Chun Seo in comedy movies of the late 1960s show the semantic effect of laughter of internal/external boundaries and optimistic world views through the closed opening of informal culture and the conflict of characters/performers.

There are less studies on the adult suicide even though it's steep increase and negative effect on person itself, family and society. The purpose of the present study was to investigate factors that influence on the adult suicide and to categorize it. Using a case-study approach, a total of 61 cases were analyzed. Specifically, on the basis of the stress-vulnerability model, I scrutinized vulnerability factors(classified personal, family-environment, and social-environment factors) and precipitating events(classified personal, interpersonal events) influencing on the adult suicide. As the results of this study, adult suicide classified into 3 types, that is, 'risk type suicide', 'event-response type suicide', 'complex type'. And then I discussed the characteristics of the suicidal types and the method for reduction of adult suicide.

그동안 자판산업의 가장 큰 좌절을 안긴 분야는 음료분야를 제외한 일반식품자판기 분야이다. 이 시장을 엘도라도를 보고 그간 숱한 도전들이 이어졌으나 제대로 성공적인 시장 장착을 한 분야는 극히 드물다. 많은 제품들이 아이템의 독창성과 뛰어난 제품성능으로 무장하고 의욕적인 사업전개에 나섰으나 필드의 반응은 기대와는 달리 냉담하기 그지없던 경우가 대부분 이었던 건. 이에 `식품자판기는 한계가 있다`, `해도 안되는 분야다`라는 낙담과 무기력함이 얼마 전까지만 해도 무겁게 산업계를 짓 눌렀던 것이 사실이다. 그러나 최근 새롭게 시도되는 식품자판기 시장의 도전들이 기대이상으로 선전하고 있어 이 시장에 대한 새로운 가능성을 엿보이게 하고 있다. 더욱이 최근 외식문화가 때와 장소를 가리지 않고 간편하게 먹을 수 있는 테이크 아웃 열풍이 불고 있어 이의 새로운 틈새시장이 될 수 있는 식품자판기 시장의 존재가치도 과거와는 양상을 달리하고 있다. 그렇다면 식품자판기 시장이 테이크 아웃으로 대표되는 변화 양상과 맞물려 시장발전의 큰 호기를 맞을 수 있을까. 금호 기획특집에서는 새로운 희망기류 속에 활발한 도전들이 이어지고 있는 식품자판기 시장 현황과 지속 발전방안을 심층 진단해 봤다.

MIS는 1970년대부터 국내기업에 도입되어 초기에는 단순한 데이타 처리용(TPS:Transaction Process System)으로 수립, 실행, 평가하는데 없어서는 안 될 요인이 되었다. 그러한 반면에 정부의 정보시스템 (IS:Information System)의 도입은 매우 저조한 수준에 머무르고 있다. 정부는 이익집단이 아니라는 이유 때문에 정부업무의 효율성을 위한 정보시스템 도입 방안-기자재의 도입, 새로운 시스템 구축, 우수한 인력의 도입-이 번번히 좌절되고 있다. 아울러 정부의 최고 의사결정자인 각료층의 잦은 교체도 IS 도입의 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 그러나 정부는 기업전체를 포함하여 국민을 전체 고객으로 상대하는 기관이라는 점에서 비록 이익집단은 아니더라도 전폭적인 투자가 필요하다. 가장 시급한 것은 각 부처의 정보를 종합한 통합된 데이타베이스의 구축이다. 이 중앙 데이타베이스에 의해서 정부는 보다 일관성 있고 신속하며 신뢰성 있는 정책을 결정하고 수행할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 정부를 포함한 공공기관에 있어서 정보시스템 도입의 필요성에 대해서 분석해 보았다. 또 이를 토대로 정부 각 부처에 분산되어 있는 정보를 수집하여 통합된 데이타베이스를 구축하는데 필요한 개발모델을 세워보았다. 아울러 이러한 통합시스템의 파급효과 및 운용방법도 예측, 분석해 보았다.

2014 대한민국인쇄산업대상 시상식이 구랍 18일 인쇄정보센터 7층 강당(서울인쇄조합건물)에서 열렸다. 올해로 9회째를 맞는 대한민국인쇄산업대상은 선조 인쇄인들의 훌륭한 기술력과 창의력을 되새기고, 인쇄산업 종사자의 자긍심을 고취하고자 하는 취지로 2006년에 대한인쇄기술협회에서 제정, 시행하고 있으며 범 인쇄인을 대상으로 기술, 경영, 산업, 인력 진흥에 공헌한 분들을 발굴, 추천받아 정부포상(산업통상자원부 장관상), 협회장상, 우수임직원표창으로 나누어 매년 시상하고 있다. 김진배 대한인쇄기술협회 회장은 "우리 경제가 선진경제로 도약하기 위해서는 무엇보다 인쇄산업과 같은 중소기업들의 기술혁신이 활성화되어야 하며 중소기업의 기술력은 국가경쟁력의 핵심요소라 할 수 있다"고 전하면 "지금 우리가 처한 현실이 비록 낙관적인 것은 아니지만 역사는 희망과 좌절 그리고 기회와 위기를 동시에 제공해오고 있듯이 우리 인쇄인들이 화합을 바탕으로 도전하는 지혜를 모은다면 우리가 원하는 꿈은 반드시 이루어지리라 확신한다"고 밝혔다. 제9회 대한민국인쇄산업대상 수상자들의 활약상을 간략하게 살펴본다.
