본 연구에서는 국내 원자력발전소에서 발생하는 사용후연료의 저장, 이송, 연소 이력을 국가 차원에서 종합관리하기 위한 DB 시스템을 구축하기 위한 DB 기본설계 작업을 수행하였다. DB 기본설계를 위하여 사용후연료 관련 해외 DB 현황조사 및 저장이력 관련 pilot DB 시스템 설계 작업을 수행하였다. 향후 사용후연료 저장이력 뿐 아니라 이송, 설계/제작, 연소이력 등을 포함한 자료수집 및 가공, DB 시스템 및 입력화면 설계 작업을 수행하여 인터넷으로 사용후연료 관리상태를 확인할 수 있는 종합 DB 시스템을 구축할 예정이다.

The research purpose for this study is to evaluate the quality of the KOLIS-NET DB which builded bibliographic data of the holding collections of nationwide public libraries. The quality evaluation of the KOLIS-NET DB was inspired by the successful experience from researches precedent and tried to approach the case study focuses on six quality dimensions : coverage, duplication. currentness. accuracy, consistency completeness. The study verified comprehensively the quality of the KOLIS-NET DB through a quality evaluation model and analyzed the factors causing such inferior and substandard bibliographic records in the KOLIS-NET DB. Based on the results of the quality evaluation, the quality improvements of the KOLIS-NET DB was suggested.

This study intends to evaluate the quality of the KERIS UNICAT DB, and to suggest both theoretical and practical methods for the quality improvement of the DB. To the end. this study developed a quality evaluation model and verified the quality of the UNICAT DB in a comprehensive way, Emphasis was on analyzing the factors causing such inferior and substandard bibliographic records in the UNICAT DB. Also suggested are the management strategies and substantial guidelines to improve the quality of the UNICAT DB.

본 연구에서는 국가수자원관리종합정보시스템(WAMIS), 물정보시스템, 통합홍수예보시스템에서 각각 독립적으로 사용되는 수문자료를 통합, 일원화하기 위한 방안을 연구하였다. 각 시스템의 데이터베이스는 수문자료 일부분 혹은 전체를 어느 한 시스템에서 다른 시스템으로 복사 및 이전하여 당시의 기관별 혹은 시스템별로 운영목적에 맞게 관리, 활용되어 왔는데 이들 데이터베이스에는 동일한 내용의 수문자료가 시스템별로 운영되고 있어 자료의 일치성과 관리의 일관성, 관련 시스템간의 연계성, 그리고 향후 정보의 확장성을 고려할 때 이들 개별 수문 데이터베이스 자료를 통합 및 일원화하고 관련된 응용시스템은 통합된 데이터베이스의 자료를 공유하는 형태로 구성할 필요성이 있었다. 그리하여 물관리정보 실무협의회에서 심의 확정된 물관리정보 표준을 기초로 하고 관계되는 물관련시스템과 공동활용 및 상호연계를 위해 국가수자원관리종합정보시스템과 물정보시스템, 통합홍수예보시스템의 수문자료를 통합 및 일원화하여 표준수문 DB 구조에 적용시킴으로써 자료의 일관성 및 확장성을 확보하고 물 관련 시스템과의 효율적인 연계 및 관리를 위한 수문종합정보 기반을 구축하고자 하였다.

우리에게 농업은 단순히 식생활의 문제를 떠나 사회에 근간이 되는 분야이다. 하지만 급속히 정보화가 추진되고 있는 다른 분야에 비해 농업분야의 정보화는 그 발전 속도가 현저히 떨어지는 것은 살아있는 생물을 다루는 분야이기 때문이다. 하지만 정보화는 어쩔 수 없는 당면 과제이기에 정부산하의 농업 관련 기관들은 개별적인 정보화 시스템을 구축 운용해 오고 있다. 현재의 농업 정보화 시스템은 농업관측정보시스템과 농산물 유통 종합정보 시스템 그리고 농축산물 생산 및 수급정보 분석 시스템 등으로 볼 수 있지만 이러한 시스템은 초기의 기대와는 달리 비효율적으로 운영되어진 것이 현실이다. 여기에는 농업관측 모형이 현실을 제대로 반영하지 못하는 문제점도 있지만 정부 산하의 각 기관들의 개별적인 개발로 인한 중복 투자와 시스템의 비효율적인 윤용 등의 문제점을 들 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 현재 개별적으로 운용되고 있는 농업관측 정보 시스템, 농산물 유통 종합 정보 시스템 그리고 농축산물 생산 및 수급 정보 분석 시스템을 통폐합하고 유통관리 시스템과 기술지원 시스템의 구현과 종합 DB 시스템 구축과 이를 통합한 농업 종합 정보 시스템을 제안하며 농업 종합 정보 시스템의 활성화를 위한 각종 시책 등을 제시하고자 한다.

Climate change affects all components of the global environment system and, in turn, all components mutually interact and affect climate change through non-linear feedback processes. It is thus necessary to study the interaction between the climate and the environment, in order to comprehensively understand and predict climate and environment change. However, current relevant systems are limited to particular areas and do not sufficiently support the mutual linking of research studies. Therefore, this study develops prototype a GIS based integrated DB management system for supporting the climate and environment data storage, management and distribution. The integrated DB management system was developed using VB.NET languages and ArcObjects component. First, considering the demands of climate environment experts, the study areas are selected and the methods of data management and utilization were defined. In addition, a location-based GIS DB was created in order to aid in understanding climate change through visual representation. Finally, the integrated DB management system provides an efficient data management and distribution data and it creates synergistic effect on climate and environment study. It also contributes significantly to the comprehensive diagnosis and prediction of climate change and environment systems.

한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 주관하는 2004년 제1차 공공기관 우수 데이터베이스(DB) 시상식이 지난달 20일 한국관광공사빌딩 지하 강당에서 개최됐다. 지난해 통계∙기상∙기업∙법률∙특허 등 5개 분야 DB 10종을 우수DB로 선정한 한국데이터베이스진흥센터는 올해 공공기관 DB를 대상으로 우수DB 6종을 선정했다. 이번에 선정된 공공기관 우수DB 6종은 재정경제부, 문화관광부, 산업자원부, 건설교통부와 산하 공 공기관에서 운영하고 있는 데이터베이스 가운데 건설교통, 경제산업, 문화예술 등 3개 분야에서 품질이 우수한 각 2종씩의 DB가 선정됐다. 건설∙교통 분야에서는 한국도로공사의‘로드플러스’와 건설교통부의‘건설교통종합정보센터’가 선정됐고, 경제∙산업 분야에서는 조달청의‘나라장터’와 한국은행의‘경제통계시스템’, 문화∙예술 분야에서는 한국관광공사의‘Visit Korea’와 문화재청의‘국가문화유산종합정보서비스’가 선정됐다. 한국데이터베이스진흥센터는 올 11월경 정보통신, 교육학술, 과학기술분야를 대상으로 제2차 우수 DB를 선정할 계획이며, 자세한 내용은 데이터베이스품질평가센터(www.dbq.or.kr)에서 소개하고 있다.

도시재생 업무분야에서 정보체계의 실질적 활용을 도모하기 위해서는 특화된 정보생산 및 관리 모형이 필요하다. 도시재생 종합 DB는 도시 쇠퇴진단, 잠재력 평가, 우선대상지 선정 등 업무 수행을 위해 요구되는 정보수요와 전문가 및 일반인을 대상으로 하는 다양한 서비스 수요에 기반하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 연구 성과 및 현재 진행 중인 시스템 모형을 분석하여 구축대상 정보를 구성하고 이를 공간정보 기반에서 재구성하여 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 정보 모형을 수립하고 구현방안을 제안하였다. 제시된 정보 모형을 통해 도시재생 정보의 활용성을 높이고 도시재생종합정보시스템의 기능을 확장시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In order to achieve an efficient urban regeneration of the nation, it is required to determine the extent of decline nation-wide and the declined areas for each district and also to evaluate the potentials of the concerned areas. For this task to be accomplished, a construction of a comprehensive diagnostic system based on spatial information considering diversity and complexity is required. In this study, a total information system architecture for urban regeneration is designed as part of the construction of such a diagnostic system. In order to develop the system, a city and district level unit decline diagnostic indicators has been constructed and a decline diagnostic system has been developed. Also, a scheme to promote the advancement of the system is proposed. The DB construction is based on the city and district level nation-wide and metadata for the concerned level is constructed as well. The system is based on the Open API and designed to be flexible for extension. Also, an RIA-based intuitive UI has been implemented. Main features of the system consist of the management of the indicators, diagnostic analysis (city and district level decline diagnosis), related information, etc. As for methods for the advancement, an information model in consideration of the spation relations of the urban regeneration DB has been designed and application methods of semantic webs. Also, for improvement methods for district unit analytical model, district level analysis models, GIS based spatial analysis platforms and linked utiliation of KOPSS analysis modules are suggested. A use of a total information system for urban regeneration is anticipated to facilitate concerned policy making through the identification of the status of city declines to identify and the understanding of the demands for regeneration.

초.중등학교에서 활용중인 종합정보관리 시스템 중에서 시설.장비관리 행정시스템은 교육청 단위로의 DB 통합과 전국단위 교육행정정보시스템의 구축, 현장 적합도와 사용자 편이성 미흡 등의 이유로 사용이 중단되어 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 시스템의 재구축 또는 개정작업이 수반된다. 이러한 개정의 한 방안으로 워크플로우 시스템 도임을 검토하였다. 워크플로우 시스템을 시설.장비관리 행정시스템에 도입하여 운영함으로써 학교종합정보관리 시스템이 업무변화에 대하여 탄력적으로 개선될 수 있음을 보였다.
