국내 대부분의 중소기업에서 품질관리 활동을 실시하고 있지만 품질관리 활동으로부터 제공되는 품질데이터를 체계적으로 수집하여 활용하는 중소기업은 많지 않은 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 품질정보를 체계적으로 관리하고 활용하기 위한 품질정보시스템 개발사례를 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 수입, 공정, 완제품 검사 단계별로 품질정보를 모듈화하여 품질정보의 흐름을 파악하고, 두 번째로 통계적 공정관리 모듈을 추가하여 하나의 거시적 품질정보시스템으로 완성하였으며, 마지막으로 현재 개발된 거시적 품질정보시스템의 완성도를 높이기 위해 지식 기반에 근거하여 품질문제를 해결하기 위한 미시적 품질 정보시스템을 결합시킨 종합적 품질정보시스템 구축하기 위한 의견을 제시하였다.

‘e-편한세상’이라는 브랜드로 유명한 대림산업은 건설, 화학 종합기업으로 1939년 창업 이후 지난 50년 간 100대 기업의 자리를 유지하는 국내 대표적인 건설회사로 자리매김 해 왔다. 대림산업의 최대 강점은 토목, 건축, 플랜트, 석유화학의 4개 사업군간의 균형을 유지하면서 각 사업 부문의 경기 사이클 변화에 능동적인 대처가 가능한 것이고 이러한 시스템을 기반으로 지속적이고 안정적인 수익창출이 가능한 점을 꼽을 수 있다. 2008년까지 수주 7조원, 매출 5조원 달성을 계획하고 있는 대림산업은 올해의 경영방침으로 안정적인 성장기반 구축과 품질경영 정착, 연구개발 투자 확대, 연구인력 확충, 인재육성체계 수립 등 무형자산의 가치 증대로 삼아 오늘도 신기술 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다.

본 논문에선 반도체 공정과 각 공정의 문제점 및 중요점을 살펴본 다음 종합품질경영(TQM)기법의 적용에 대해서 고찰하였다. TQM과 방침관리를 소개하고, 반도체 공장 전체의 관리 입장에서 적용할 수 있게 제안하였다. 또한 각 공정에서 사용할 수 있게 기존의 통계적 품질관리 기법중 관리도와 $6{\delta}$ 기법을 반도체 공정에 맞게 수정하여 제안하였다. 또한 반도체 공정의 특성에 맞추어 모든 관리 기법이 동적으로 변화해야 한다는 관점에서 지속적 개선을 소개하고 적용을 추천하였다.

최근의 기업 환경은 글로벌화의 진전과 산업문명의 발달, 정보 습득이 용이 등으로 급속도로 소비자 중심의 시장으로 전환되었으며 이로 인해 기업 간의 경쟁은 급격히 가속되고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 상황 아래 고객에게 제공하는 가치가 유사한 기업들은 자사의 제품과 서비스를 차별화하여 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 다양한 방법을 시도하고 있다. 이 다양한 방법들 중 대표적인 한 가지가 자사의 브랜드를 강력하게 만들어 관리하는 것이다. 현대의 소비자들은 단지 제품이나 서비스의 품질, 또는 가격들 중 하나로 제품을 선택하는 것이 아니라 종합적 경험으로 자신에게 각인되어 있는 브랜드의 선택을 통하여 제품이나 서비스를 구매하게 된다. 또 하나의 대표적인 방법이 경영혁신 활동이다. 기업은 기존의 업무 방법을 재현해서만은 지속적인 경쟁력을 유지할 수 없다. 변화하는 기업 환경에 맞춰 기업의 가장 중요한 부분을 본질적으로 변화 시켜야만 기업의 경쟁력을 지속적으로 유지, 향상 시킬 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존에 연구된 문헌자료를 토대로 이론적 배경을 고찰하고 기업들의 경영혁신 추진 실태 조사와 K기관의 NBCI모델 통하여 산출된 브랜드 경쟁력 지수간의 상관관계를 분석함으로써 경영혁신 활동이 기업의 브랜드 자산 가치에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는지 살펴보고자 한다.

According to the study of TQM implementations, the odds that an organization will successfully implement total quality management are two to one-against it. Based on the Brown's study, two thirds of all TQM implementations are dropped or fail altogether. However, organizations armed with knowledge of the factors that have the biggest impact on their success can take steps to influence or change those factors. In this paper, we studied on the degree of influence between those factors and successful start up and alignment factors. Based on extensive literature reviews those factors, threat, commitment, plan, progress and strategy are determined. Also we determine the successful start up and alignment factors. A framework of research including above factors is developed and tested statistically The Perceived data are collected from managers of quality departments of 141 Korean firms through survey. The results show that the rating of those factors which determine success of implementing TQM is progress, commitment, strategy and progress. But the factor of threat shows negative influence for the success of implementing TQM.

막대한 연구재원이 소요되는 원자력 개발분야에서 세계 초일류수준을 유지하고 있는 선진 원자력 연구개발사업기관들은 하나같이 종래에 도입한 "원자력 품질보증체제"를 확대시켜 "품질 무한경쟁시대"에 부응하는 "종합적 품질경영체제"를 도입하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 연구소 경쟁력제고 방안도출을 위한 노력의 일환으로 현재 Total Quality Management(TQM) 체제를 도입하고 있는 해외의 ORNL(Oak Ridge National Laboratory), AECL(Atomic Energy of Canada Limited), ABB CE(Asea Brown Boveri Combustion Engineering), DNA(Defense Nuclear Agency)등을 방문한 결과를 토대로 연구소적 TQM체제 성공과 실패의 원인을 분석하여 도입당시의 추진조직, 추진전략, 추진효과에 대해 체계적으로 비교 분석하여 한국정서에 부합된 연구소적 성공 TQM체제 모델을 도출코져 시도하였다. 분석결과 이들 기관들은 TQM 추진을 위하여 먼저 단계별로 단기, 중기, 장기 계획을 수립하고, TQM 실무위원회를 구성하여, 최고경영자가 직접지휘하는 Top-down 방식의 TQM 추진으로 품질문제를 사전에 예방하고 있었다. TQM 도입 초기 실무부서로 부터의 적잖은 저항과 애로사항이 도출되어 많은 시행착오를 거쳤으며 지금은 TQM 정착단계에 있었다. 이러한 과정에서 원자력 선진기관들은 전사적인 TQM 교육을 통해 철저한 TQM 마인드를 고취시켰고 전 부서의 업무가 전사적 TQM 차원에서 수행되었다. 우리나라 원자력기관에서의 바람직한 TQM 도입 모델로서 첫째, 전직원 대상 TQM 교육실시를 통한 TQM 인식고취, 둘째, TQM 성공체제로서 "경영품질"에 초점을 맞춘 관리시스템 확보, 셋째, 동서문화 차이를 고려한 Bottom-up '||'&'||' Top-down 혼합방식을 제시하였다.ottom-up & Top-down 혼합방식을 제시하였다.

In the real estate industry, the latest changes in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, such as big data analytics, machine learning, and VR (virtual reality), combine to bring about industry change. Proptech is a new term combining properties and technology. This study aims to derive and analyze from a comprehensive perspective the quality factors (systems, services, interfaces, information) for mobile real estate brokerage services that are well known and used in the domestic market. The surveys in this study were conducted online and offline and a total of 161 samples were used for statistical analysis. As a result, all hypotheses were approved to except system quality and service quality. The results show that the domestic proptech companies who are mostly focused on real estate brokerage services, peer-to-peer lending, advertising platforms and apartments need to grow in various fields of proptech business of other countries including Europe, USA and China.

This study analyzed the effect of workplace innovation on business performance and labor condition improvement. The study results showed that work process standardization and quality control positively affected business performance. Also, downsizing, reducing individual subcontract, expanding non-core business outsourcing positively affected both business performance and labor condition improvement. In addition, labor union's participation moderated the effect of work process innovation on business performance. This study provided implications for analyzing the effect of workplace innovation comprehensively and extending the scope of study to personal employee dimension.

In these days of world-wide business environment, the characteristics of quality management are variety, specialty, decentralization, totality, etc. Thus nowadays quality management is demanded to incorporate these new concepts. We propose a web-bused distributed expert system for this purpose. The system consists of four expert systems for design of experiment, acceptance inspection, statistical process control and reliability management corresponding to design quality, incoming-material quality, manufacturing quality and usability quality, respectively, throughout the total product life cycle. Each distributed expert system at the horizontal level in the hierarchy carries out its own quality jobs independently. At the lower level in the hierarchy there is an expert system for measurement analysis to provide reliable data, and at the upper level, an expert system for total quality management to coordinate, integrate and make final decisions. A prototype has been developed and its application is presented.
