이 해제 목록은 제16회 독서주간을 기념하기 위하여 9월 24일부터 30일까지 서울특별시립 종로 도서관에서 본 협회가 개회한 ‘제1회 한국잡지전시회’에서 출품 전시되었던 잡지를 해제한 것으로 해방이후부터 1960년까지 우리나라에서 간행된 것 중 김근수 선생이 소장하고 있는 것만을 실었음을 밝혀둔다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the data of $\ulcorner$Union Catalog of Foreign Journals$\lrcorner$ Database, which has been revised and updated in 1995. The database includes 13,449 titles of foreign journals in scienc and technology which is a collection of 253 libraries in Korea. The items of analysis are nation, language, frequency, subject of each title, and also collection overlap, etc.

This paper focuses on proposing an alternative solution via identifying the problems that domestic popular magazines encounter in the context of the recession crisis faced by printed media in accordance with the advent of the digital media era. Firstly, current-state investigation and in-depth interviews with editorial staff of the major 4 domestic women's magazines were conducted to analyze their brand positioning and change of direction in facing the rise of smart devices. Secondly, domestic women's magazines were compared with international popular magazines that have been successfully undergoing digitalization. Accordingly, domestic women's magazines lack the know-how to digitalize their publication and show limitations in collaboration, openness, trans-media, and cross-media. As most women's magazines are unprofessionally composed of gossip articles having popular appeal rather than practicality, it is an urgent issue for them to differentiate their contents from competitors.

90년대 문학출판의 지형도를 한마디로 표현하자면, 백가쟁명의 시대였다고 할 수 있다. 70-80년대 삼각구도로 문학출판을 이끌던 창작과비평사, 문학과지성사, 민음사의 영향력 사이를 비집고 신흥 문학출판사들이 급속한 성장세를 보였다. 이는 계간지 숫자를 통해서도 알 수 있다. 98년도 "문예연감"에 따르면 현재 문예지의 종수는 모두 161종인데, 90년 들어 창간한 잡지만 90종으로 전체의 반이 넘는다. 물론 부침이 심한 잡지의 속성을 감안해야 하지만, 90년대에 다양한 문학적 발언들이 나왔다는 반증이 된다.

대학 도서관에서 전체 장서구입비 중 국외 학술잡지 구입비가 1995년을 기점으로 단행본 구입비를 앞서기 시작했다. 이같은 시점에서 대학 도서관은 효율적인 상호대차를 구축.도모하지 않으면 안된다. 대학 도서관이 어떤 형태의 발전 경로를 밟든지 간에 효율적인 상호대차를 전제해 놓지 않으면 매년 증가되는 국외 학술잡지의 중복 구입은 피할 수 없고, 보다 많은 종수의 국외 학술잡지를 국내에서 확보하려는 의지는 좌절될 것이다. 효율적인 상호대차로 도서관 협력망을 형성한 후에 선진국처럼 주제중점 도서관을 정할 수 있을 것이다.

With the rapid growth of information technology and the internet. the physical contents are transformed into digital contents at a fast rate. With the change. accessing the digital contents, toe service methods and the identifier used for the digital contents are not systematic and limited for use. The DOI identifier system used for the URN is also limited to academic journals or magazines and are not adequately applicable for non-academic journal or digital contents. Therefore. we have developed a unique identifier based on the analysis made on the system adopted by foreign digital contents service institutes. two types of academic journals 3 types of non-academic journals owned by KISTI that can be adopted by non-academic journals. The identifier is to be used to design and implement a digital contents service system.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the foreign journals in the field of library and information science subscribed in Korean libraries. The journals were selected from the union catalogs and were analyzed by using the Excel program. The results shows that 1)issues of a particular journal are irregularly scattered in many libraries sometimes lacking many issues 2)some journals are duplicated in many libraries 3)there are great differences in the number of journal subscriptions depending on the geographical differences. It is expected that these results could be well used for the cooperative library services in the future.

Object: Oriental pediatrics at the Late-Joseon had constantly developed positively, independently, originally, but depressed since Japanese imperialism because the western medicine flowed into Korea and Japanese imperialism carried out the oriental medical obliterating policy. As a effort of oriental medical group that coped with the obliterating of policy of Japanese imperialism, there were publication of oriental medical academic journal and it is important data that we comprehended the tendencies of oriental pediatrics in modern korea. Method: We studied academic journals on oriental medicine in Knowledge of Oriental Medicine Web Service and selected 31 volumes of nine academic journals out of 80 volumes of twelve academic journals, which is contained pediatrics contents. Result & Conclusion: Research into these journals has derived the conclusion that the oriental pediatrics academic trend at the time were transformed into new state which brought the interaction and balanced the merit of oriental-western medicine.

This study is to inquire into the publishing situation and developmental plans of korean magazine of Joseon people (Korean) in China, About twenty types of magazines for Joseon people(Korean) in China have been published since the liberation of China. These magazines have mainly brought changes such as publication suspensions, reissuing, and renaming in reflection of reading classes and political influence. Also, when classified by topic, the mainstream includes magazines of political. cultural, and art fields. On one hand, difficulties in magazine publication come from a decrease in the Korean Chinese population, population movements, support reduction and abolition from the Chinese government and increases in material costs. To overcome this, Korean reading classes should be secured and a magazine composed in two languages(Chinese-Korean) should be published to pioneer active cultural exchange in and out of China, and various forms of support should be devised from Korea.

인쇄산업의 가장 큰 위협의 하나인 디지털미디어의 도전에 균열이 생겼다. 종이미디어의 영향력을 거침없이 잠식하며 브레이크 없는 질주를 거듭해왔지만, 방향과 속도가 합당한가라는 원초적인 물음이 대두되는 상황이다. 미국의 유명 시사주간지 뉴스위크가 종이잡지 폐간을 번복하고 지난 3월 복간된 것과 디지털미디어의 일방적인 정보 전달 환경이 사람들의 인지능력을 심각하게 저하시킬 수 있다는 의학 전문가들의 우려가 이를 뒷받침한다.
