A Study on the Effects of Emotional Labor on Counterproductive Work Behavior via Burnout (감정노동이 직무소진을 매개로 반생산적과업행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Recently the importance of emotional labor has increased so this study aims to prove the effects of emotional labor(surface acting and deep acting) on counterproductive work behaviors(deviate from organization and individual deviation) using burnout(emotional exhaustion, personality disorder, decrease in sense of accomplishment) as a medium. 350 surveys were sent to employees such as workers from call centers, salesperson from department store, financial worker, hospital staff, flight attendant and workers from customer center who and worked with emotional labor and 300 surveys excluding insincere ones were used for analysis. The result is as follows. First, surface acting which is a type of emotional labor chosen by customer workers had a positive effect on burnout such as personality disorder and decrease in sense of accomplishment. Second, deep acting had a negative effect on personality disorder and decrease in sense of accomplishment but did not show any effect on emotional exhaustion. Third, personality disorder and decrease in sense of accomplishment among burnout had effect on counterproductive work behaviors(deviate from organization, individual deviation) but emotional exhaustion did not show any effect on work behaviors(deviate from organization, individual deviation). Based on the result of analysis, implication of this study and direction of future research were suggested.

  • A purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job embeddedness on job satisfaction and turnover intention of construction IT worker and to verify the effects of job satisfaction as intervening variable on turnover intention. To achieve the purpose of this study, field survey was performed. To summarize the results of this study is as follows. First, if job embeddedness of construction IT worker (fit, links, sacrifice) in a workplace is high, turnover intention will be low; the result shows that there is a relation in relation level 0.00. Second, if job embeddedness of construction IT worker (fit, links, sacrifice) in a workplace is high, job satisfaction will be high it was excluded in working period links as there was no relation, but there was a statistical relation in service links, fit, and sacrifice for an organization. Third, if job satisfaction of construction IT worker in a workplace is high, turnover intention will be low this hypothesis can be adopted as there was a statistical relation. Fourth, job satisfaction works on the effect of job embeddedness (fit, links, sacrifice) on turnover intention as intervening variable.

The Effect of Stretching to Muscle Stiffness in Hospital Office Employees

  • This study is to investigate the effects of stretching of hospital office employees on muscle stiffness. A total of 40 healthy young women voluntarily participated in the study. The participants were randomized to the stretching groups and control groups. Before stretching, the participants measured muscle stiffness of sternocleidomastoid muscle, upper trapezius muscle suboccipital muscles and pectoralis minor. And then applied stretching to stretching group. Muscle stiffness remeasured five minutes later in each group. In all muscles, muscle stiffness of stretching group were significant decreased(p<.05), but control group were no significant difference between pre and post. therefore appropriate stretching is expected to prevent and reduce musculoskeletal diseases caused by increased muscle stiffness in hospital office employees.

Structural Relationships of GRIT, Job Crafting and Organizational Effectiveness; Focusing on Medical Center Employees (구성원의 그릿(GRIT)과 잡 크래프팅, 조직효과성의 구조적 관계: 대학병원 종사자를 대상으로)

  • This study explored a structural model that predicted the influencing factors of GRIT and job crafting on the organizational effectiveness of organizational commitment and job satisfaction of medical center employees and verified the relationship between them. This study was conducted on 450 subjects, including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and technical health service staff working at a university-affiliated hospital, from June 1, 2020 to June 15, 2020, and collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results of this study showed that the higher the GRIT, the more active the job crafting(β=.751, p<.001), which appeared to have a positive effect on organizational commitment (β=.297, p=.005) and job satisfaction(β=.353, p<.001). Although the GRIT of medical center employees did not show a direct effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, indicators of organizational effectiveness and employees' job crafting thoroughly played an intermediary role in the relationship between GRIT and organizational effectiveness. These results are expected to be utilized as useful information in developing measures for human resources management of medical center employees.

  • It is becoming more essential than ever for office professionals to become competent in information processing through fast response to the stimuli and needs coming from the current global business society which is controlled by the speed of improvement of information technology. Office professionals' success in business today depends on the level of job competency and the professional development that are required for problem solving in a global business environment. The main purpose of this research is to design a database for office professionals according to the recent result of DACUM job analysis for office administrators and implement a prototype with various kinds of services in five major categories such as human relationship management, event management, project management, special occasion management, and office knowledge management. The result of this study can be utilized to enhance the levels of both productivity and professionals.

  • This study concentrates on the exploratory study about self-leadership securing autonomy and self-determination of the job performance for the employees of social welfare facilities like that the members set the goal of their jobs and solve the problems by themselves without exterior one-way interruption and control. For this purpose, this study set up the analysis model and hypothesis that the efficiency of the members' job performance can be promoted since the increasing self-leadership(behavior-focused strategies, natural-reward strategies, contractive thought pattern strategies) of the employees of social welfare facilities has a positive effect on empowerment and job satisfaction. Therefore, this study has significance in the aspect that it provides political suggestion for promoting the efficiency of human resource management by investigating the relationship between self-leadership and empowerment and job satisfaction through empirical analysis.

A sampling design for e-learning industry status survey on the business demand sector (이러닝수요부문 사업체실태조사를 위한 표본설계)

  • The e-learning industry status survey statistic provides information about the actual conditions of supply and demand of the e-learning industries. NIPA (National IT Industry Promotion Agency) has published the annual report of the survey results since 2004. Due to the 9th version of the KSIC (Korean standard industrial classification) revised in 2008, a refinement of the sampling design for the survey becomes necessary, especially that for the business demand sector. This article, based on the 9th revision of the KSIC, constructs a stratification of the target population used for the e-learning industry status survey on the business demand sector. Classification of strata in the business population is based on the industrial type and employment scale of business. Under the stratified population, we design a sampling scheme by using the power allocation method that enables us to satisfy a target coefficient of variation of each industrial stratum. In order to secure an accurate survey results based on the proposed sampling design, we consider the problem of calculating the design weights, derivation of parameter estimators, and formulas of their standard errors.

  • 본 연구에서는 RFID를 이용한 환자를 인식하는 시스템에 대해 제안한다. RFID를 이용한 환자인식 시스템은 이미 구축된 전자차트 시스템을 어느 진료 장소에서도 정확히 환자를 스스로 인식하여 기존의 전자차트와 연결함으로써 외래 진료시에도 전자차트 시스템을 이용할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 또한 환자와 해당 환자의 전자차트의 정보를 정확히 연결하여 잘못된 처방을 미연에 방지하고 의사 및 의료 종사자가 기존의 차트 시스템을 진료 후 다시 전자차트에 입력해야 하는 불필요성을 줄이는 것을 목표로 한다.

  • 우리가 맞이하게 될 기술환경의 변화는 직무의 오토메이션, 정보전달 방법의 혁신으로서의 미디어혁명 그리고 사고(忠考)를 지원하는 지식 지원화를 주축으로 이루어질 것으로 보인다. 이러한 변화는 우리가 산업혁명시 기계화를 맞이하면서 겪었던 변화보다 컴퓨터에 의한 오토메이션, 미디어혁명, 지식지원화는 더 큰 변화를 가져오게 될 것이다. 특히 한 시대의 산업사회의 발전을 가져온 기술이 그 사회를 붕괴시킨다는 전성의 법칙은 우리들로 하여금 새로운기술환경변화에 대비하지 않으면 우리는 기술환경변화에 의해 피해를 감수해야 할 것이라는 사실을 간과해서는 안 될 것이다. 본 연구를 통하여 운항환경에 적용되는 기술환경변화를 분석하여 항공종사자 자격증명제도에 요구되는 개선방향을 도출하였다.

"미래패키징 신기술 정부포상"은 미래지식산업인 패키징산업 종사자의 긍지와 자부심 함양의 계기를 실천하고, 패키징산업 종사자의 사기진작과 패키징산업 활성화를 도모하기 위해 제정된 행사로, 패키징산업 기술인의 기술개발 의욕을 고취하고 패키징산업 기술성과 및 산업발전 기여도에 대한 정부포상을 실시함으로써 발전하고 있다. 특히 한국국제포장기자재전(KOREA PACK)과의 동시개최로 패키징산업 종사자간 정보교류 극대화 및 공동체 의식 함양으로 일체감을 조정하고 있다는 평가다.
