The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of organizational conflict stages and job withdrawal intention of information security organizations. We applied Pondy's conflict theory and analyzed the case of information security workers in public enterprises. We found that the more information security workers emotionally accept the potential factors of organizational conflict, the higher the intention of job change of information security practitioner. On the other hand, the perception mechanism has a moderating effect of lowering the job change-out probability. The result of this study is expected that the manager of the organization will be able to utilize the conflict in the organizational direction.

In our country, the real estate information system is operated by public and private institutions to trade real estate effectively from the 1990s. The purposes of this study is as follows: First, this study is aimed to examine how the system quality, information quality and service quality of the real estate IS is related with the system use and user satisfaction. In addition real estate practitioners and real estate non-practitioners is to investigated how different. Regression and t-test analysis was carried out as statistical analysis and survey data was used. The result is as follows: First, in the real estate non-practitioners group, system quality has significant negative impact on the user satisfaction. Second, information quality has significant impact on the user satisfaction in the real estate non- practitioners group. One limitation of this study is that it is limited to the real estate agents among various groups that use the IS. Thus, in the future studies, the target group should be extended to other various groups and more specific IS among various ones should be studied in a more practical way.

본 논문에서는 연구실험실에서 이루어지는 연구 활동에 따라 다양한 유해요인이 존재하게 된다. 생물 관련 실험실에서 근무하는 연구 활동 종사자들은 바이러스, 박테리아와 같은 유해요인, 화학 관련 실험실에서 근무하는 연구 활동 종사자들은 다양한 화학물질에 노출되고 있고 이렇게 노출되는 유해요인에 따라 연구 활동 종사자들이 경험하는 건강요인도 다르다. 외국에서는 연구 활동 종사자들 대상으로 실험실 근무와 건강영향간의 상관관계를 조사한 연구가 있는 편이지만 우리나라에서는 이에 대한 연구가 많이 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 일부 대학의 생물 및 화학실험실의 연구 활동 종사자를 대상으로 건강상의 영향을 조사하고 연구 활동 종사자의 건강에 영향을 끼치는 환경적 요인을 파악하는데 있다.

With the program outcomes of 'the Accreditation of Engineering Education' in Korea, the acquisition and assessment of ethical attitudes as an engineer is emphasized these days. In this study, we surveyed and investigated the attitudes and ethical minds of college students majoring in information and communication engineering regarding their professional attitude and ethical behavior at present and in the future by assuming their hire in this industry. The average score of engineer ethics was 2.25 out of 5. Multi-variate regression found that the unethical attitudes of information and communication engineer were more distinct for students of older age, students with 'rude and insulting' attitudes, students who had not served in army, students who are not idealistic, and students who do not live with parents. The results provide educators with useful understandings related to the engineering ethics education program for college students.

본 연구는 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무요인이 조직성과에 미치는 영향요인에 대해 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이론적 배경에서 노인복지시설에 관한 문헌 검토와 노인 복지시설 종사자의 직무요인 및 조직성과에 대한 제이론을 검토하였다. 이론을 근거로 실증적 자료의 분석을 통하여 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무요인이 조직성과에 미치는 인과관계의 영향요인에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무요인인 보수, 승진, 조직풍토, 업무환경, 조직구조가 조직성과인 직무만족과 조직몰입 및 충성도에 다르게 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정하였다. 실증적 분석에서는 연구대상에 대한 인구통계학적 분석과 연구모형에 대한 적합도를 검증하며, 구조방정식모형을 향해 가설검증을 실행하고자 한다.

This study positively analysed the effects of service qualities of workers in integrated social welfare facilities on their working attitudes, targeting those who work for the welfare facilities. It identified the effects of service qualities such as tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and sympathy on relationship factors such as relationship closeness through customization, organizational immersion and job satisfaction and presents suggestions to improve working attitudes of the workers. The results of the study are presented as follows: Reliability, responsiveness and assurance, service qualities of the workers, had effects on working attitudes. Relationship closeness through customization had an effect on organizational immersion and job satisfaction. Therefore, reliability, responsiveness and assurance that had effects on working attitudes of the workers were very significant factors and relationship closeness through customization were significant factors to improve working attitudes of the workers. This study presents political suggestions on the relations between service qualities of the workers in the welfare facilities and their working attitudes as alternatives.

As the protection of personal information has been appeared as a main issue in educational institutions, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (currently the Ministry of Education) opened InfoSec Training Center to train personnels of educational institutions in 2012. To achieve the purpose of the establishment of the centers, each center needs to identify training target, make training roadmap and design specialized training curriculum. The paper aims to develop criteria to evaluate training and operating levels of InfoSec Training Centers using AHP.
