The correlation among days to germination, days to flower, days to seed ripening and number of seeds per a pod and their combining were studied in 15 F₁s from the partial six-parent diallel cross in Petunia hybrida. The days to flowering, days to germination and seed number per a pod showed high positive correlation together, however germination percentage and number of seed showed negative correlation with days to ability(SCA) were highly significant for all the characters. The estimates of variance components of SCA were greater than those of GCA for all the characters, showing preponderance of non-additive gene actions for these characters. The line of A and C showed relatively high GCA effect for days to germination and days to flower and the lines of C and G for germination, days to seed ripening and number of seeds per a pod. The crosses of D×G and E×F exhibited high SCA effect for decreasing days to flower and days to germination, and increasing germination percentage and number of seeds per a pod. The broad sense heritability was generally high compared to narrow sense one in the 5 characters. The higher heritability values of both broad and narrow sense were shown in the days to ripening and number of seeds per a pod.

The inter-relationship and combining abilities of characters for leaf length, leaf width, branch number, leaf number, leaf area, fresh weight and dry weight were studied in the F₁ combination of 15 crosses from the partial six-parent diallel cross in Petunia hybrida. The leaf area, fresh weight and dry weight showed high positive correlation together with the other growth characters such as leaf length, leaf width, branch number, leaf number. The mean squares of general combining ability(GCA) and specific combining ability(SCA) were highly significant for all the growth characters. The estimates of variance components of SCA were greater than those of GCA for all the characters, showing preponderance of non-additive gene actions for these characters. GCA effect was high in the lines of D and G for leaf length and fresh weight, and in the lines of C and D for branch number, leaf number, leaf area and fresh weight. The crosses of D×E, D×G, and E×G exhibited high SCA effect for all the growth characters such as leaf length, leaf width, branch number, leaf number, leaf area, fresh weight, and dry weight. The broad sense heritability was generally high compared to narrow sense one in the 7 characters. The highest heritability of the broad and narrow sense was shown in the leaf width and dry weight.

This study was conducted to determine correlations and combining abilities of leaf lengths, leaf widths, petiole lengths, number of branches, number of leaves, leaf areas, fresh weights, dry weights and number of flowers in F₁ crosses made with the partial seven-parent diallel cross in Viola tricolor. Leaf lengths and leaf widths showed highly positive correlation with petiole length and negative correlation with number of branches, number of leaves and number of flowers. There was positive correlation between the number of leaves and flowers as well as between leaf area and fresh weight. Mean squares of general combining ability(GCA) and specific combining ability(SCA) were highly significant for all the parameters. Variance component values of SCA were greater than those of GCA for all the parameters except leaf length, implying preponderance of non-additive gene actions for these characters. The lines C and G for leaf lengths and widths, the lines A and F for number of leaves, the lines A, B and G for leaf areas, and the lines B and F for number of flowers showed relatively high GCA effects. The crosses of A×B and B×D exhibited high SCA effects on increasing leaf lengths, leaf widths, number of leaves, fresh weights and number of flowers. And also the crosses of B×E and D×G exhibited high SCA effects on decreasing leaf lengths, leaf areas and fresh weights as well as increasing number of flowers. The broad sense heritabilities of most characters were high compared with the narrow sense one. Those of leaf length, leaf width, petiole length and number of leaves were high in both the broad and narrow sense heritabilities.

본 논문에서는 다양한 협동조합들 중 대표적인 협동조합이라고 할 수 있는 농업협동조합을 대상으로 협동조합의 특수성에 맞는 리더십을 모색하여보고자 한다. 연구의 목적은 협동조합을 대상으로 조직성과에 미치는 리더십 및 조직성과의 직접적 효과와 간접적 효과 행태를 분석하는 것이다. 리더십이 조직성과 즉 조직 몰입도와 직무만족도에 미치는 영향과 기업문화에 미치는 관계를 연구할 수 있는 모형 및 분석의 제언을 하고자 한다. 리더십과 조직성과의 측정은 농업협동조합으로 보고자 하였으며, 이를 통하여 리더십, 조직문화, 조직성과의 관계를 파악할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relation between co-cognitive factors, personal affective and characteristic features as the basis that prompts talented behaviors and leadership. The subjects of the study were 77 elementary mathematically gifted students attending at the gifted education center affiliated with University of Education in D metropolitan city and 110 elementary students in metropolitan city and provinces. The results of this study are as follows. First, elementary mathematically gifted students had higher levels than general students in every subdirectory of co-cognitive factors and the difference was statistically significant. Second, there was a difference between leadership of elementary mathematically gifted students and that of general students. Also, the level of gifted students' leadership was higher than the latter. Third, when it comes to the relation between co-cognitive factors and leadership, both of gifted students and general students showed positive correlation between subdirectory of co-cognitive factors and that of leadership. Consequently, development of co-cognitive factors will lead to improvement of leadership since co-cognitive factors positively influence on leadership. Therefore, it is desirable that co-cognitive factors are considered when developing a program for leadership.

The correlation and combining abilities related with plant spreading characteristics of plant height, plant width, stem length, internode length, number of stem, number of leaves, and number of flower were studied in the $F_1s$ of 10 crosses from the partial five-parent diallel cross in Petunia hybrida. The plant width showed highly positive correlation with internode length, and number of flower. The mean squares of general combining ability(GCA) and specific combining ability(SCA) were highly significant for plant width, number of stem, number of leaves, and number of flowers. The mean square values of GCA were greater than those of SCA for all the characters, showing preponderance of additive gene actions for these characters. The lines of D and I for plant width and length of stem showed relatively high GCA effects. The crosses of $D{\times}I$, $F{\times}I$, and $G{\times}I$ exhibited high SCA effects on plant width, especially $G{\times}I$ effected in internode length and number of flower. The broad sense heritability was generally high compared to narrow sense one. Plant width and stem length, and internode length related to spreading growth showed the higher heritability than the other characters in the broad and narrow sense.

다수의 태스크를 처리 가능하면서 일반화된 성능을 제공할 수 있는 모델을 구축하는 자연어 이해 분야의 연구에서는 멀티태스크 학습 기법에 대한 연구가 다양하게 시도되고 있다. 또한, 자연어 문장으로 작성된 문서들에는 대체적으로 시간에 관련된 정보가 포함되어 있을 뿐만 아니라, 문서의 전체 내용과 문맥을 이해하기 위해서 이러한 정보를 정확하게 인식하는 것이 중요하다. NLU 분야의 태스크를 더욱 정확하게 수행하려면 모델 내부적으로 시간정보를 반영할 필요가 있으며, 멀티태스크 학습 과정에서 추가적인 태스크로 시간적 관계정보를 추출하여 활용 가능하다. 본 논문에서는, 한국어 입력문장의 시간적 맥락정보를 활용할 수 있도록 NLU 태스크들의 학습 과정에서 시간관계 추출 태스크를 추가한 멀티태스크 학습 기법을 제안한다. 멀티태스크 학습의 특징을 활용하기 위해서 시간적 관계정보를 추출하는 태스크를 설계하고 기존의 NLU 태스크와 조합하여 학습하도록 모델을 구성한다. 실험에서는 학습 태스크들을 다양하게 조합하여 성능 차이를 분석하며, 기존의 NLU 태스크만 사용했을 경우에 비해 추가된 시간적 관계정보가 어떤 영향을 미치는지 확인한다. 실험결과를 통하여 전반적으로 멀티태스크 조합의 성능이 개별 태스크의 성능보다 높은 경향을 확인하며, 특히 개체명 인식에서 시간관계가 반영될 경우에 크게 성능이 향상되는 결과를 볼 수 있다.

As mentioned on the paper, this study does not tackle the issue of contention about different media mix. It rather analyzes the capability and intensity of new media created through the correlation of different media, and researches the intermediality relationship among media to create new type of fine quality media. Along with the development of digital technology, the intermediality relationship among painting, video media such as movie and animation has become active. Also, as the study examined, the mix of 'painting and movie', 'movie, animation, game' has blurred the boundary, and formed a mutual inevitable relationship. Thus, this study examined the transfer of media and correlation based on intermediality relationship insisted by Rajewski and Deleuze's theory. Deleuze's theory explains the relationship of being which analyzed the variation of media. As for the intermediality relationship of media, the study examined process of media combining and converting based on 3 types of category of Rajewski, "media combination, media conversion, intermedial relationship matching".
