  • Onion is a perennial herb of the lily family that has a long history and has long been widely used throughout the world as it is one of the most important condiments in our diet, along with chili peppers and garlic. It has been used for cooking and processing food with its unique flavor and aroma. Because of the nature of onions, long-term storage can lead to spoilage. Research was done to increase profits through processing and expand various onion products. A low temperature extraction method was used to study the physiological activation effect and onion processing method of flavonoid component weak to heat.

집청액이 화전의 관능적 및 물리적 특성에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 화전의 집청액 종류를 달리하여 사용하였을 때 화전의 관능적 및 물리적 특성에 미치는 효과를 알아보고 맛과 저장성이 가장 좋은 집청액을 찾고자 한다. 집청액으로는 꿀(Sl),조청 (S2),물엿(S3),시럽(S4),설탕(S5)을 사용하였고, 각각의 집청액에 집청하여 플라스틱 통에 담아 뚜껑을 덮어 20$\pm$1$^{\circ}C$에서 24시간 보관하면서 여러 가지 특성을 알아보았다. 수분함량은 저장 시간이 길어질수록 감소하였고, 저장 12시간까지는 S1이 높은 수분함량을 보였고, S3는 저장 6시간 이후부터 가장 높은 수분 함량을 보였다.   • The recovery of 3D scene structure from multiple views has been long one of the central problems in computer vision. This paper presents a new projective reconstruction method based on factorization for un-calibrated image sequences. The proposed algorithm provides an effective measure to construct frame groups by using various information between frames. The experimental results show that the proposed method can reconstruct a more precise 3D structure than the precious methods such as the merging method.

  • The free electron laser(FEL) with the tapered wiggler in the Compton regime where the space charge effect is negligible was simulated on the basis of one dimensional model. Bunching process and the trajectories of 480 particles, which were loaded randomly in the phase space, were tracked as they traversed the wiggler, and the power and the efficiency of the FEL were estimated.

  • The feature points in the uncalibrated stereo vision should represent all the characteristics of an image in multiple resolution, have high precision, and have the robustness against mismatching. This paper proposed an algorithm which detects the corner points in multi-resolution for stereo computer vision. The algorithm has sub-pixel precision, rejects the mismatched points, and corrects the lens distortion. We show the performance of the algorithm by estimating the homography with it.

  • 전력케이블의 절연기술은 현재가지 많은 발전이 되어왔고 현재도 꾸준히 개발.진행되고 있다. 따라서 여기에서는 향후 절연기술의 개발에 대한 금후 전망으로 결론을 대치하고자 한다. 현재에 전력케이블의 최대기술 개발과제는 초고압, 대용량화로 대변할 수가 있는데 이의 개발은 우수한 절연설계와 경제성 그리고 사용시 신뢰성 측면에서의 안정성에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 또한 지중송전선의 증가에 따라 보다 초고압화, 성에너지화를 위해 케이블 절연기술의 연구가 가속적으로 이루어지고 있으며 CV케이블에서는 보다 높은 절연성과 내열성을 가진 절연재료의 개발로 케이블의 두께를 저감하는 연구와 사용재료의 조청정화 기술개발이 추진되고 있다.

  • 가상환경을 구축하는데 있어 실제 3차원 데이터를 쓰지 않고 환경 맵을 사용하면고품질의 영상을 제공하면서도 실시간 탐색이 가능하다. 그러나 환경 맵은 고정된 시점에서 시선변경에 의해서만 탐색이 가능하다는 단점이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 여러 개의 실린더 환경 맵을 사용하고 이 실린더들간의 자연스러운 이동을 위해 제한적으로 시점 변경을 가능케 함으로써 좀더 자연스러운 가상환경탐색을 제공한다.

  • In order to discuss the mechanical properties of fiber reinforced composites with fly ash, lime, gypsum and polymer emulsion-Stylene Butadiene Rubber Latex (SBR) , experimental studies on FRC were carried out. The kinds of fiber used in FRC are PAN-dervied and Pitch-derived carbon fiver, alkali-resistance glass fiber. As a test results, the flexural strength and tougthness of fiber reinforced fly ash. lime.gypsum cement composites are remarkably increased by fiber contents ,but compressive strength of the composites are influenced by kinds of fiber more than by fiber contents. Also, addition of a polymer emulsion (SBR) to the composites decreased the bulk specific gravity, but compressive and flexural strengths, toughness of the composites are not influenced by it, are considerably improved by increasing fiber contents.

  • Recently, as it is growing concern about Non-Photo-Realistic Rendering, several researchers are studying to simulate conventional artistic expressions such as pen-and-ink, watercolor and impressionism techniques. In this paper, we describe a mosaic technique using color paper tore by hands. We will also try to represent real paper by using random midpoint displacement method (RMD) to express a shape of paper tore by hands without using cutters or scissors. The Perlin's noise function is used to express texture of paper.

  • Recently, as industrialization is rapidly growing and the standard of life is rising, the quantities of waste glasses have been hastily increased and most of them are not recycled but abandoned. It cause some problems such as the waste of natural resources and environmental Pollution. Therefore, this study was conducted basic experimental research to analyze the possibilities of recycling of waste glasses(crushed waste glasses outbreaking from our county such as brown, green, colorlessness) as fine aggregates for concrete. Test results of fresh concrete, slump and compacting factors decrease because grain shape is angular and air content increase due to involving small size particles so much in waste glasses. Also compressive, tensile and flexural strengths decrease with increase of the content of waste glasses. In conclusion, the content of waste glasses below 30% is reasonable
