A study on the Relationship between Leadership and Agile Culture: focusing on the mediating effect of Perceived Organizational Support(POS) (리더십과 애자일 문화간의 관계에 관한 연구: 조직지원인식의 매개 효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of Agile Culture, which is attracting attention as an organizational culture suitable for responding to changes in the recent corporate management environment, and to reveal the roles and relationships of leadership, Perceived Organizational Support(POS), and Agile Culture. The research was conducted on the employees of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation and its subsidiaries, and SmartPLS 3.3.2 was mainly used for the research model test. As a result of the study, both Servant Leadership and Authentic Leadership had a positive effect on POS, and POS had a significant effect on all sub-dimensions of Agile Culture(Empowerment, Collective Intelligence and Continuous Learning). In addition, POS mediated the effects of the above two leaderships on Collective Intelligence and Empowerment, but there was no mediating effect in the relationship with Continuous Learning. These results suggest that leadership and Employees' perceptions of organizational support are important to build an Agile Culture.

Influences of Job Training upon Military Morale and Organizational Performance (직무교육이 군의 사기 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper reviewed the awareness of the military personnel as to job training executed in the Korean army and to figure out how this job training affects the military morale and organizational performance. For this study, 220 volunteers were surveyed and analyzed using the SPSS statistical package program. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusion could be drawn. First, in the result of analysis on the status of-the-job education, the educational time marked 49.5% for 2-4 hours, the education of job capability development marked 77.7% for the content of education, and the charged instructor of job training marked 56.8% for the education department. Second, in the result of an analysis of job training on military morale, the recognition level of behavioral dimension increased with increasing participants' independence, and the satisfaction with the cognitive dimension increased with increasing participants' independence, continuous learning culture, and educational level. Moreover, the emotional score increased with increasing learning culture and educational level. Third, an analysis of the influences of job training on the organizational performance showed thatthe degree of job satisfaction increased with increasing learning motive and learning culture, and the organizational commitment increased with increasing instructor's quality. Fourth, regarding the influences of military morale upon the organizational performance, the higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment increased with increasing behavioral, cognitive, and emotional dimension. Therefore, military morale improves organizational performance and is an important factor in inducing individual development.

  • 발견학습이란 학습자에게 가르쳐야 할 내용을 최종적인 형태로 제공하는 것이 아니라 그 최종 형태를 학습자 스스로 조직하도록 요구되는 상황에서 일어나는 학습이라 한다. 지식과 정보가 끊임없이 창출되고 있는 현실에서 그 많은 지식과 정보를 모두 학습한다는 것은 불가능하며 무모한 일에 지나지 않는다. 그러므로 발견학습이 그 무엇보다도 중요하다고 할 수 있겠다. 그러나 교육 현장에서는 단위 시간의 부족과 발견학습에 적용시킬 자료의 부족함으로 인해 학습자에게 가르쳐야 할 내용을 최종적인 형태(개념 및 원리)를 교사가 전통적인 방법으로 가르치고 있다. 본 연구는 위의 문제점을 해결하고자 플래시를 활용한 자료 제시와 웹을 통해 교사와 상호작용할 수 있는 발견학습모형을 적용한 웹코스웨어를 설계하고자 한다.

지상(紙上) 블로그 - 서울특별시교육청 소속 도서관 및 평생학습관 변천 II

  • 1920년 종로도서관을 시작으로 서울특별시교육청 소속 공공도서관(평생학습관 포함)의 역사는 어언 90여년이 흘렀다. 그간 양적으로나 질적으로 많은 발전을 거듭하였고, 시설, 환경 등 하드웨어적으로나 업무, 이용, 프로그램 등 소프트웨어적으로 과거보다는 효율성, 편의성, 다양성, 복잡성 등이 높아졌다. 또한 과거 관료적 모습도 많이 사라지고 모든 부문에 있어서 이용자 중심으로 변모되었다. 자료조직, 대출 및 열람, 이용자서비스 등 도서관 운영에 있어서도 사회 전반적 발전 및 정보화와 더불어 모든 면에서 격세지감을 느낄 정도로 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 여기에서는 서울특별시교육청 소속 공공도서관 및 평생학습관의 변천 중 자료조직과 이용 부문에 대하여 현재와는 많이 달랐던 그 때 그 시절에 대한 기억들을 더듬어 보고자 한다.

  • 불리언 논리에 기초한 현재 정보검색 시스템은 두 가지 본질적인 문제점 - 1)부정확하거나 불완전한 질의 표현과 2)일관성 없는 색인 - 이 있다. 많은 연구자들이 신경망조직(neural network) 이 정보경색에 있어서 불완전한 질의표현 문제를 해결할 수 있다고 주장해 온 반면 일관성 없는 문제는 아직 해결하지 못한 채 남아있다. 본고에서는 이러한 두 가지 문제점을 해결하기 위해 신경망 조직과 귀납학습이 소개되고 있다. 또한 이 논문에서는 신경망 조직이 어떻게 귀납학습과 통합해서 효율적인 정보 검색시스템에 응용될 수 있는지를 보여주고 있다.

  • 이러닝이 활성화 되면서 LMS의 중요성이 부각되어 제공 기능이 확대되고 활용 범위가 넓어지고 있다. 공개소프트웨어 LMS인 무들은 유지보수가 용이하며, 다양한 학습 기능이 제공되는 이점이 있다. 무들 커스터마이징은 조직의 특성과 운영 방식 및 학습자의 특성에 맞도록 인터페이스 및 기능을 수정이 필요하다. 논문에서 제시하는 무들 커스터마이징 방법에는 사용자 관리, 강좌 관리, 기능 구성 관리, UX 관리 등이 있다. 무들을 커스터마이징하므로써 조직의 특성과 운영 방식 및 학습자의 특성에 맞도록 무들을 적용할 수가 있다.

A Development of Kolb's Learning Style Based Team Organization Support System (Kolb의 학습양식에 기반 한 팀 조직 지원 시스템 개발)

  • The purpose of this research is to develop a prototype of the support system in order for team building associated with web-based project learning having applied Kolb's learning style. To accomplish this purpose, the following research tasks were performed. First, core idea in order to embody the system's value, key activities, tools that will support pertinent activities and the strategy so as to develop guidelines, etc. were devised and prepared. Second, a system was designed on the basis of structural model of teaching design, then after, interface was developed. The core factors in this system are inspection of learning style, organizing a team and team building. Above all, it is required to make learners know about learning environments, of which they are in favor, and also its distinctive features through inspection of learning style, and then focusing on learning style, a team should be organized insomuch as to accommodate a variety of learning styles as much as possible. For the purpose of team building, after learning style of each constituent member of the team has been made known, then the roles will be divided among the constituent members of the team so as to suit their individual characteristics referring to each of their learning styles that have been exposed. To verify the value of this system developed and efficiency thereof, a focus group interview was conducted. The focus group consisted of professionals, all from related fields. After the interview, the points required to make further improvements were elicited and taken care of by follow-up actions as needed. And having reflected such improvements made, the final system was developed. With this newly developed system, learners can get the results of inspection of learning style so quickly by performing inspection any time any where, and based on the results from such inspection, a team comprising dissimilar constituents who exhibit a variety of different propensities will be automatically organized. Thus, this system may be used not only for web-based project learning having unspecified persons elected as constituents, but in the offline space also.

  • BSC(Balanced Scorecard)는 재무적 성과지표의 한계를 지양하고 고객관점, 내부 프로세스 관점, 학습과 성장 관점, 재무 관점의 다양한 관점에서 성과측정시스템으로 상용 될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 전략의 해석, 전략적 캐스케이딩(cascading), 전략적 자원분배, 전략적 학습도구를 위한 전략관리시스템으로 또한 의사소통도구로서 사용된다. 분 논문에서는 대학내의 학과들이 각각 개별적인 특성이 존재하고 학과의 제한된 자원과 역량하에서의 효율적인 운영과 이에 대한 조직적인 접근방법이 필요하기 때문에 학과조직에 BSC를 적용하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이러한 학과 BSC는 대학 전체 또는 그 상위조직의 BSC를 위한 토대로 이용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 교육에 관련한 다양한 인증 및 평가와 연계할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 본 논문에서는 최소한의 프로그래밍과 이해하기 용이한 수행규칙, 그리고 유연한 개정을 위하여 비즈니스 규칙(Business Rule)으로 이루어지는 BRMS(Business Rule Management System)로 학과 BSC를 설계할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다.

Systemically approach and enterprise cultural approach is required in order to perform Knowledge Management in construction industry. But, most of construction enterprise immersed in system approach to perform Knowledge Management, in this reason caused failure of Knowledge Management. To resolve the structural contradiction, Learning organization based the Community of Practice(CoP) is studied in this paper.

Design and Application of Geography Value Instruction of Using A Narrative (내러티브를 활용한 지리 가치 수업의 설계 및 적용)

  • This study is to point out importance of narrative as a way of learning values and interests for learners. Thus, geography value instruction models with narrative was developed and applied to teaching model. The results are as follows: First, narrative is useful to value education. Because narrative includes the contextual information, leaners are able to make a moral decision in respect of socio-cultural approach and to reach more truthful and practical decision with empathic understanding. Second, comparing with an expository text, the narrative text is more interesting, understandable, and preferred. Third, Web of meaning, one of scaffolding skills, is helpful to expand the scope of learner's thinking and group activity. Fourth, learner's awareness toward the topic changes. However, it is required to develop a practical method for elaborate assessment tool and for learners' active participation.
