A Study on the Roles of Local Disaster Response Organizations (지역 재난현장 대응조직의 역할에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the organizations for responses in disaster fields to cope with large-scaled disasters including Emergency Management Agency, Emergency Response Unit, Emergency Support Center, and Field Command Center (Field Command Office). According to the results of the analysis, the problems of the organizations for responses in local disaster fields are; 1) the scopes of roles among the organizations for responses in disaster fields are ambiguous, 2) the structures of the organizations for responses in disasters are different each other, 3) the integrated management functions among the organizations for responses in disasters are overlapped, and 4) the one who assumes the integrated command is not defined. In order to improve the problems, first, the range of working of each organization for responses in local disaster fields should be definitely established and an agreement in services among the organizations should be settled in advance. Second, similar designs in the structure among the organizations for responses in disasters are necessary for amicable communication. Third, the works for integration and management for each organization for responses should be apportioned. Fourth, the organization in charge and the one who assumes the integrated command for each type of disasters should be appointed in advance for rapid decision-making.

A Study on Improving the Organizational Structure for University Libraries with Service Paradigm Shifts (서비스 패러다임의 변화에 따른 대학도서관의 조직개편에 관한 연구)

  • In recent years, changes in the university libraries environment have led to increased emphases on improving or restructuring the organizational structures of university libraries. Technology, trends toward access over ownership, user focus, and restructuring in higher education are some of the major factors contributing to these changes. The users' new information retrieving behavior are emerged from the developments in information technology with new media and from the competitive research environments, and thus this trend has led to the gradual increase of collection arrangement by subjects rather than by forms, particularly from 1995 in Korean universities' libraries. Users especially in university libraries who are frequently seeking information on the specific subject, are going to find a room accoinmodating all forms of information on the subject, that is, one-stop information service. As a result, subject division structure have adopted as a new organizational structure in Korea. Our survey shows 34 out of 73 university libraries in Korea is taking this structure of which collections are arranged by subjects, while the rest of them are operating with a traditional organizational structure by forms focusing on keeping of collection management. In the future, university libraries with traditional organizational structure will be moving towards the subject division structure which is a recommended one by this study.

세계경제여건변화(世界經濟與件變化)에 따른 경제구조변화전망(經濟構造變化展望)과 구조조정정책방향(構造調整政策方向)

  • 본고의 본적은 앞으로 예상되는 세계경제(世界經濟)의 국경 없는 단일경제(單一經濟)로의 통합화 진전과 정보통신기술의 혁신에 따라, 우리 경제가 추구해야 할 경제구조조정정책방향(經濟構造調整政策方向)을 모색하는데 있다. 본고는 우선 경제조직(經濟組織)이란 내생변수(內生變數)로서 경제환경(經濟環境)의 변화에 따라 최적구조를 찾아간다는 시각에서, 외생적(外生的) 여건변화(與件變化)에 따른 경제조직의 변화(變化)를 체계적으로 설명할 수 있는 '내생적 경제조직론'을 개발하고, 세계경제여건변화에 따른 경제구조의 변화를 전망하고 있다. 이 이론(理論)에 의하면, 세계시장의 통합에 따른 시장규모의 확대는 일반적으로 경제활동의 전문화(專門化) 대형화(大型化)를 촉진시키게 되는 반면, 정보통신기술(情報通信技術)의 발달에 따른 경제활동간의 연계의 강화는 경제활동의 겸업(兼業) 및 다각화(多角化)를 촉진시키는 것으로 시사되고 있다. 이러한 결과의 응용을 통해, 본고는 우선 통합화에 따라 세계각국의 경제구조는 시장규모가 동일해짐으로써 유사한 형태로 귀일해 갈 것이며, 이에 따라 세계경제의 추세에서 크게 벗어나는 독특한 경제구조의 추구는 경제적(經濟的) 비효율(非效率)을 초래할 우려가 높다고 본다. 그리고 경제여건변화(經濟與件變化)에 따라 기업들은 전문화(專門化)와 다각화(多角化)를 활발히 추구함으로써 경제구조(經濟構造)의 변화(變化)를 주도해 나갈 것으로 전망되지만, 정부는 정보의 부족으로 이러한 과정을 구체적으로 예측할 수가 없기 때문에, 금후의 구조조정방안(構造調整方案)을 모색함에 있어서, 정부는 구체적 대응방안을 발견하려 하거보다는 기업들의 자생적 구조조정노력을 뒷받침해 줄 수 있도록 경제자율화를 통해 최적의 대응여건을 마련해 주는 것이 바람직하다고 본다.

  • 금속의 기계적 강화방법인 결정립미세화의 일종으로 미세한 쌍정을 도입하여 기계적강도를 향상시키면서 전기전도도는 감소시키지 않는 방안으로 nanotwin 구조의 Cu가 보고되고 있다. Nanotwin 구조는 FCC결정구조에서 특정 결정면을 [(111) mirror plane]을 기준으로 정합계면을 유지하면서 원자층의 배열이 역전되는 구조가 수~수십나노 수준의 간격으로 이뤄진 미세조직을 의미한다. 전해도금법을 이용한 nanotwin Cu의 형성방법으로는 pulse 파형을 사용하는데, pulse파형의 on time동안의 높은 전류밀도로 인해 발생한 도금층의 stress가 off time동안에 release되면서 nanotwin구조가 형성되는 것으로 보고되고 있다. Nanotwin형성 조건으로 보고된 pulse 도금 조건은 수에서 수십밀리초의 on time에 duty cycle($t_{on}/(t_{off}+t_{on})$)이 1/100~1/10 수준이다. 본 연구에서는 전기이중층의 이온고갈에 필요한 회복시간인 수에서 수십 밀리초 보다 짧은 시간인 마이크로 초($1{\mu}s$, $10{\mu}s$$100{\mu}s$)의 pulse 전류를 인가하였을 때에 발생하는 구리 도금층의 미세조직의 변화에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

Examination of the Effect of Employee Value Proposition(EVP) on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Loyalty (호텔기업의 제안된 직원가치(EVP: Employee Value Proposition), 직무만족도, 조직충성도의 구조적 관계에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) on job satisfaction and organizational loyalty. As a result, the study clarifies the hotel's EVP system in addition to examining the relationships among EVP, job satisfaction, and organizational loyalty by generating theocratical and practical application related to those behaviors. Using a sample drawn from full-time workers in hotel, total 379 participants were included in the analysis. The study tested the hypothesis by using a structural equation modeling approach. The analysis results show that EVP has significant influence on job satisfaction and organizational behavior. However, job satisfaction does not influence organizational loyalty.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate knowledge structure of knowledge organization research area in Korea. The study employed content analysis and network analysis to analyze degree centrality, betweenness, and eigenvector as well as frequency of words. It also analyzes research articles published during the period of 2000-2001. The study can be summarized that the network of keywords of knowledge organization researches is compact and complicated. Cataloging and classification play important roles in the network, and metadata and ontology becomes focal areas in knowledge organization. On the other hand, networks of authorships and authors are broad and fragmented. Collaboration is not active enough.

Changes in Tissue Structure and Pectins of Chinese Cabbage during Salting and Heating (염절임 및 가열에 의한 배추조직의 구조와 펙틴의 변화)

  • The structure of fresh, salted and heated petiole tissue from Chinese cabbage was examined with optical microscope, and the pectin of the tissues was fractionated by successive extraction. The pectin in Chinese cabbage consisted mainly of high methoxyl pectin(pA) and low methoxyl pectin(pB). The pA content was converted to pB markedly by salting and heating at $60{\sim}70^{\circ}C$ for 30 min while heating the cabbage above 80 decreased pB content. The firmness of heated tissue was highly correlated with pB content(r=0.996). Cytorrhysis test showed that pore size of the tissue became smaller by salting and heating at temperature below $80^{\circ}C$.

The Influence of Learning Organization Building Factors on Psychological Capital and Innovative Behavior in Firms (기업의 학습조직 구축요인이 심리적 자본과 혁신행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper aims to examine the mediating effects of psychological capital on the relationships between learning organization and innovative behavior. 310 sheets of questionnaires were gathered from the organizational members of the companies in 5 cities, including Seoul and Pohang and analysed using structural equation modelling technique. The results show followings: First, the human factor of learning organization has a significant influence to the innovative behavior and the psychological capital. Second, structural factor of learning organization has a significant influence to the psychological capital but does not have a significant influence to the innovative behavior. Third, the mediating effect of psychological capital has a significant partial effect between human factor of learning organization and innovative behavior, and full effect between structural factor of learning organization and innovative behavior. The results of this study implies that some guideline could be used in promoting learning organization and making implementing strategy.

  • This study is clarifying the relationship between domain and in-house design based on the perspective on organization and task of a design organization. Accordingly, the growth and expansion of organization requires a new strategy in respect of design sector and business domain. It is a guideline for developing advanced business domain and design management in the limited strategic system of design department to analyze relatively the structural model of design, and to seek for any feasibility of strategic application. And this study comes to be basic data for defining the relationship between domain and in-house design. Consequently, both of strategic design management to back up the task of design organization and the module to support the design planning should be flexibly systemized.
