A Study on the Impact of Environmental Suitability of Coast Guard Officers on Organizational and Job Attachment (해양경찰공무원의 환경적합성이 조직 및 직무 애착에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • This paper showcases the study of 150 Coast Guard officers on how work environment compatibility impacts their organization and job attachment. The independent variable, work environment compatibility, is separated into three sub-variables, which are organization compatibility, job compatibility, and supervisor compatibility. The study's results show that job attachment is only influenced by job compatibility while organization attachment is influenced by all three; organization, supervisor, and job compatibility. With these results, we can make suggestions for the development of the Coast Guard organization and further research based on individual characteristics.

The Effect of IT Utilization Level on Organizational Performance: The Differences among Large, Medium and Small-sized Enterprises (대.중.소규모 기업 간 정보기술 활용수준이 조직성과에 미치는 영향의 차이)

  • The purpose of this paper is to study whether there are differences in the relationship between IT utilization level and organizational performance among large, medium and small-sized enterprises. This study first assessed the immediate influence of IT utilization level on organizational performance, and then further examined the moderating effects of the organizational size and the environmental dynamism that had influences on the relationship between IT utilization level and organizational performance. The empirical test revealed that IT utilization level had significant impact on organizational performance in case of all sized enterprises. But, the sub-group analysis revealed that IT utilization level had no statistically significant impact on organizational performance in case of large enterprises despite of higher IT utilization level than small and medium-sized enterprises. The relationship between IT utilization level and organizational performance was not moderated significantly by environmental dynamism in case of all sized enterprises. But, the sub-group analysis revealed that environmental dynamism had significant moderating effect on the relationship between IT utilization level and organizational performance in case of large and small-sized enterprises when there was a high level of environmental dynamism.

  • 그리드 컴퓨팅에서 가상조직은 분산되어 있는 여러 자원들과 사용자들로 구성된다. 가상조직을 구성하는 일은 그리드 컴퓨팅에서 중요한 일이다. 가상조직은 목적에 따라 동적으로 구성되며 목적을 완성하고 사라진다 기존의 가상조직을 위한 권한 위임 구조들은 하나의 가상조직 환경에 중점을 두며 동적인 가상조직 환경을 고려하지 못하고 있다. 또한 자원 제공자, 가상조직 관리자, 그리고 사용자 모두를 위한 상세한 권한 위임 기법을 제공하지 않는다. 이 논문에서 우리는 동적인 가상조직에서 티켓을 이용한 상세한 권한 위임 서비스인 TAS 아키텍처를 제안한다. 기존의 아키텍처와 다르게 TAS 아키텍처는 티켓을 사용하여 여러 가상조직들을 위한 상세한 권한 위임 서비스를 제공한다.

  • The major issues of managing an organization and its environments are on how to establish a community for their co-survival and collaboration. This study is on the principles and management practices for establishing the community of organization and its environments based on the power circulatory approach, so that it contributes to creation of the social orders for co-survival and collaboration. In order to do this I discussed the theories and practices of the power circulatory approach, and then suggest their application to establishment of the co-survival community for organization and its environment. According to results the power circulatory approach offers theoretical and managerial tools which establish the co-survival community for organization and its environments, so that it increases likelihood of their co-survival and collaboration. Furthermore I discussed the position of the power circulatory approach to co-survival and collaboration in a manner that displays similarities and differences with exiting approaches such as the contingency and population ecology model.

  • 회계정보시스템은 재무적 자료를 수집.처리하여 회계정보를 산출하고 이를 조직내의 경영관리자와 외부의 정보이용자에게 전달하는 시스템이라 할 수 있다. 기업의 환경 및 조직구조 등은 회계정보시스템을 설계하는데 영향을 미치게 되며, 회계정보시스템의 설계자는 이러한 기업의 내적.외적 환경요인에 가장 적합한 시스템을 구축하고자 노력하여야 한다. 본 논문은 기업의 외부환경요인(환경의 불확실성)과 조직구조요인(조직의 집권화, 공식화, 조직규모), 전산화 환경요인(최고경영층의 지원, 사용자의 전산능력) 및 업무특성(업무의 비구조화 정도, 상호연관도, 업무의 난이도와 다양도)등이 회계정보시스템의 개발 및 실행, 산출정보의 특성(정보의 대상, 정보의 시점, 정보의 형태, 정보제공 빈도, 정보의 통합도)에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 상호간의 적합도가 회계정보시스템의 성과에 미치는 영향을 연구할 것이다. 또한 국내기업의 회계정보시스템의 운용실태와 현황을 파악하여 문제점을 지적하고 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다.

A Study on the Effect of Smartwork Environment on Office Administrators' Organizational Effectiveness: Moderated by Concerns and Work-Life Balance (스마트워크 환경이 비서직종사자의 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 관심사와 일-생활 균형의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • At present, the importance of organizational effectiveness is highlighted even more as business environment enters into a new type of work setting, the smartwork environment. This new type of work environment could be significantly influential in promoting organizational effectiveness of office administrators who carry out atypical types of tasks in general and are exposed to emotional labor excessively. Organizational effectiveness of office administrators could also be controlled by their concerns at work, their personal values and the increasing demand for work-life balance. The main purpose of this research is to investigate how smartwork environment perceived by office administrators is related with organizational effectiveness. In addition, this research places the focus on how concerns and work-life balance moderate the relationship between smartwork environment and organizational effectiveness. The survey was conducted among 102 office administrators, and data were analyzed by moderated multiple regression analysis method. Job autonomy of smartwork environment showed positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and innovative behavior. IT dependence of smartwork environment showed negative effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment and positive effect innovative behavior. It was found that concerns with impact positively moderate the effects of job autonomy on job satisfaction and innovative behavior; concerns with self negatively moderate the effects of job autonomy on organizational commitment and innovative behavior. Also, it was found that work-life balance moderates the effects of job autonomy on organizational commitment and the effects of IT dependence on innovative behavior. The result of this research can be taken into consideration when a strategic human resource development plan is prepared for office administrators in smartwork environment.

A Study on the Effects of KTX Driver's Person-Environment Fit on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intention (KTX기장의 개인-환경적합성이 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzes the effects of the KTX driver's person-environment(job, organization, Coworker) fit on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention. It, additionally, examines the mediating effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment between person-environment fit and turnover intention. Consequence of the analysis indicates that person-environment fit has mostly meaningful influences on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention. But person-job fit makes a meaningless impact on job satisfaction, and person-coworker fit also makes a meaningless impact on job satisfaction and turnover intention. The mediating effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment is mostly effective, but the mediating effect of job satisfaction does not affect the relation between person-organization fit and turnover intention. In conclusion, this study implies that, in order to grasp KTX driver's turnover intention and to protect actual turnover, it is important to enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment as well as to improve overall person-environment fit.

조직공학용 전기방사 나노섬유 지지체 제조방법

  • 이 글에서는 나노스케일의 직경을 갖는 섬유를 빠른 생산속도로 제작할 수 있는 전기방사공정(electrospinning process)에 대한 개요와 조직공학용 지지체(tissue engineering scaffold)로의 응용을 위한 제조방법에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 세포의 증식, 분화 등의 생물학적 활동에 기반한 조직공학 및 조직재생 분야에서는 일시적 또는 영구적으로 세포가 부착하여 생장할 수 있는 지지체(scaffold)의 활용이 필수적이다. 세포가 이상적으로 성장할 수 있는 지지체를 제작하기 위해서는 세포의 부착 특성, 화학적/물리적/구조적 성장 환경 등이 고려되어야 한다. 따라서 이상적인 세포 성장 환경을 구현하기 위해 실제 세포 주변의 미세환경(microenvironmenr)조건을 모사하는 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 세포외기질(extracellular matrix)이라고 하는 나노크기의 직경을 갖는 섬유기반의 세포 주변 환경을 모사하는 방법의 하나로 전기방사 공정이 '90년대에 들어 활용되기 시작하였다. 현재까지도 전기방사를 이용하여 제작되는 나노섬유는 공정조건 및 재료를 다양하게 응용하여 조직의 물리 화학적 특성을 잘 반영할 수 있는 장점이 있어 조직공학용 지지체로서 광범위하게 활용되고 있다.

  • Recently, many korean construction companies have faced many environmental changes and demands for external changes. This demand for external changes is necessary for all companies that is under the survival of fittest. The internal/external of environmental changes affect the organizations of company largely, and these management organizations have relation with the corporate of management performance closely. In response to that, to be adapted to the environmental change and to raise the corporate of management performance, the construction companies have tried to change the organizations such as organization re-design, organization re-build, organization innovation. Because the organizational structure that is preventive in the growth of companies bring a negative effect, the companies need to have the effective organizations to raise the corporate value. The effective organizations could be used the important indicator that builds the corporate goals and manages the organizations. Also, the organization development and organization management can prepare for environmental changes can be the important base to increase the management performance. Therefore, After surveying and analyzing the character of organization structure in respect to the OLC, this study present the Organization Structure Model that can design the appropriate organization by the growth of companies.
