학교의 조직효과성에 대한 LISREL 모형

  • 본 연구에서는 설정된 조직목표를 효율적으로 달성하기 위한 여러 행정과정변수와 조직의 보편적 특성인 관료성변수를 선정하여 이 변수들이 조직의효과성에 미치는 영향을 확인코자 했으며 이를 통하여 학교 조직의 효과성에 대한 포괄적인 정보를 제공함이 그 목적이라 할 수 있다. 그래서 독립변수로 행정과정(과업구조 인화관계성, 의사소통, 의사결정)과 관료성을, 종속변수로 조직의 효과성(직무만족, 조직적응, 조직생산성)을 선정하였으며, LISREL(Linear Structural Relations)모형을 이용하여 조직의 행정과정 및 관료성이 조직의 효과성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다.

금융기관 내부마케팅 요인이 조직몰입과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 이 연구의 목적은 금융기관에서 실시하고 있는 내부마케팅 요인이 조직몰입과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향과 이들 요인들 간의 상관관계, 영향관계, 매개효과 등을 실증적으로 연구 분석하는 데 있다. 그동안 내부마케팅에 대한 연구는 여행사, 항공사, 호텔, 요식업 등 서비스산업 종업원을 대상으로 한 연구가 대부분이었으며, 금융기관에 대한 연구는 거의 미미한 편이었다. 특히 저금리시대와 인터넷전문은행의 신설 예고 등 금융환경의 급격한 변화에 따라 최근 금융기관들은 대고객 서비스 의 중요성을 인식하고 은행원에 대한 직무능력 향상과 사기진작을 위한 다양한 내부경영전략을 확대하고 있어, 이에 대한 연구는 필요하다고 판단된다. 이에 본 연구는 금융기관의 내부마케팅 요인으로 권한위임, 경영층지원, 의사소통, 팀웍역량을 주요 구성 요인으로 보고, 이들 요인들이 은행원의 조직몰입을 높이고, 나아가서는 고객지향성에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 전제로 실증분석을 하였다. 그 결과 내부마케팅 요인 중, 권한위임, 경영층지원, 팀웍역량은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 의사소통은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직몰입이 고객지향성에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 조직몰입이 내부마케팅 요인과 고객지향성의 관계에서는 부분적인 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Relationship among Communication Competence, Communication Types, and Organizational Commitment in Hospital Nurses (병원 간호사의 의사소통 능력, 의사소통 유형, 조직몰입간의 관계)

  • Purpose: This study was done to explore the relationship in hospital nurses' of communication competence, communication types, and organizational commitment and to provide basic data for developing programs to improve internal communication and to promote nurses' commitment to their organizations. Methods: The participants included 316 nurses who worked in two general hospitals. The tools used for this study were the Global Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale (GICC) and Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire by Downs & Hazen (1981), revised by Seo (2002) and Mowday's tool (1979) for organizational commitment. Data were analyzed using SPSS/PC+12.0. Results: The mean score for communication competence was 3.46, and for organizational commitment, 3.19. For communication types, the mean score for formal communication was 3.18 and informal communication, 2.59. Communication competence had a positive relationship with formal communication (r=.32) and with informal communication (r=.16). Organizational commitment had a positive relationship with formal communication (r=.53), communication competence (r=.30), and informal communication (r=.27). Conclusion: The results indicate the necessity of developing programs to promote nurses' communication competence and also developing a system that will enrich active communication. Systematic and continuous training in communication is also highly recommended.

  • Using a sample of 220 employees in small and medium sized companies in Chungcheong and Gyeonggi provinces, we proposed that the companies' organizational communication on safety issues will positively influence employees' safety compliance and participation. And also, the companies' organizational communication will negatively influence the frequency of industrial accidents. The results of this study supported the hypotheses, implying that the frequency of industrial accidents will be decreasing if the company officially communicates with its employees in terms of the safety issues.

An Impact Analysis of Information Security Professional's Job Stress and Job Satisfaction to Turnover Intention: Moderation of Organizational Justice (정보보호인력의 직무스트레스와 직무만족이 이직의도에 미치는 영향분석: 조직공정성의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the relationship of how job stress and job satisfaction of information security professionals affect turnover intention, a precursor of actual turnover. The moderation effect of organizational justice is also explored within these causal relationships. This empirical analysis used 150 responses from information security professionals within 4 different industries. The analysis result from survey responses shows that job stress increases turnover intention, and job satisfaction decreases turnover intention, and that interactional justice, a subordinate concept of organizational justice, has a negative moderating effect at the relationship between job stress and turnover intention. The moderating effect of interactional justice, which can reduce turnover intention with warm words from managers or colleagues even when information security professionals who respond to emergencies such massive incidents are with high job stress, is a piece of important knowledge for information security managers. To reduce voluntary turnover of information security professionals from the organizational perspective, making efforts to lower job stress and raise job satisfaction and interactional justice is necessary.

Impact of Internal Communication of Organizations on Collaborative Performance and Organizational Effectiveness: focusing on the Moderationg Effect of Online Communication Tools for Collaboration (조직 내부 커뮤니케이션이 협업성과와 조직효과성에 미치는 영향: 온라인 커뮤니케이션 협업도구의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study aimed to examine the impact of internal communication(IC) on collaborative performance(CP) and organizational effectiveness(OE), and the moderating effect of online communication tools. First, IE and RS, ISI, RS, and COMN had a significant impact on ISI, Perf, respectively. The all factors of CP affected JS and OC. Second, IE, COMN, and RS influenced OC through CC and Perf. Third, online cooperative tools for collaboration have been moderated between RS and ISI, CoW and CC, IE and Perf, Perf and JS, repectively- IE(Infromation Exchange), CoW(Collaboration Work), Communication(COMN), Relationship(RS), Information Sharing Intention(ISI), CC(Collaboration Culture), Perf(Performance), JS(job satisfactino), and OC(Organization Commiment). These results could provide one implication for the establishment and utilization of online communication collaboration tools that take into account internal communication components within the organization.

  • This study analyzed the effect of department leadership 's leadership on department performance. The questionnaires were distributed from September 22, 2013 to October 13, 2013 to Daejeon and Chungnam area workers. The results of this study are as follows: First, the leadership of department head has a significant effect on the performance of department. (P <.001, ${\beta}=.613$), and task efficiency was statistically significant (p <.01, p = .270) The results of this study are as follows. Second, the communication ability of department heads showed a significant correlation between the department work efficiency and p <.01 significance level. In other words, it was confirmed that there was a positive correlation between department manager's communication ability and initiative' s achievement. The purpose of this study is to identify the importance of individual, organizational, and environmental factors by analyzing the influence of department leadership's leadership on departmental performance, and to investigate the differences according to individual characteristics of workers.

Relationship Between Organizational Effectiveness and Job Stress of Radiotechnologist (방사선사의 조직 효과성과 직무 스트레스의 관계)

  • This study was conducted in order to analyze job stress factors of radiotechnologists in order to inprove the work efficiency and to organize system management plans. For data collection, total 261 radiotechnologists, who work in Busan, took part in structured questionnaire survey. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS/PC+ Win 13 version. For verification of the differences among groups, one-way ANOVA was executed. For analyzing efficiency of system, which is affected by job stress, multiple regression analysis was taken. First, work stress classified by age group was found as the biggest stress factor among radiotechnologists in their 30s. Among radiotechnologists in their 20s, 40s and 50s, the biggest stress factor was communication problems. In terms of, job stress classified by division, no statistical difference was observed among groups. Second, as the result of system efficiency analysis, high values were found in organizational immersion and job satisfaction among radiotechnologists in their 20s and oncology division has the highest values in concentrating the system and job satisfaction. For this result, statistically significant differences were observed among groups. Third, in terms of the sub-factors of work stress, communication problem was found as the variable that exerted statistically significant impact to organizational effectiveness. However, no statistically significant differences were observed inadministrative and personal problems. Job stress decreases as communication within the organizations or communication with other divisions becomes more successful. In other words, system efficiency can be enhanced by decreasing conflicts within organization through successful communication.

Design and Implementation of Web-based Information Reporting System for Group Project Management (그룹프로젝트관리 지원을 위한 웹기반 정보보고시스템의 설계 및 구현)

  • Today, large enterprises are changing their team organization to group organization. These trends have brought work flexibility of project and manpower usage. However, communication among group members has become more complicated, and it has been found that ERP was not efficient enough to solve this communication problem. The main purpose of this study was to design a quick and systematic communication system for group project management, and Web-based Information Reporting System (hence forth WIRS) has been proposed. The main topics covered in this paper are design of functions and system architecture, process model design, database design, and implementation of the prototype. Focus group interview was conducted and user feedback was positive about main functions for WIRS and its overall impact on the enhancement of productivity.
