The absence of proactive information security management to ensure availability, accessibility and safety of information can bring serious risks to customers as well as to the organization's performance and competitiveness because improper security management undermines business continuity. This study analyzed the maturity of information security which affects the organizational performance. Through the literature reviews, a research model using the organizational performance as the dependent variable, the risk management process maturity and risk assessment process as independent variables and the information security policy indexes as moderate variables was proposed, and an empirical analysis was made on the basis of survey. The results showed that there was a high causal relationship between information security maturity and organizational performance. However, even if the proportions of information security staff ratio and the information security budget ratio increased, information security maturity did not affect organizational performance. It suggests that information security maturity affects organizational performance, but information security regulations have their limitation as being a catalyst to improve organizational performance.

To improve M&S and SBA, it is important that their capability and maturity models should be developed. In general, capability and maturity models provide the standards for growth and improvement as well as the assessment on the organizational maturity level and the process capabilities, which are composed of a standard reference model and appraisal methods. In this paper, following introduction of a standard reference model for SBA in brief, we investigate some appraisal methods by survey and provide frameworks of appraisal method for SBA.

본 연구에서는 6시그마에서 기대한 성과를 얻으려면 도입과정에서 일련의 단계를 거쳐야한다는 가정을 하였으며 특히 조직성숙이 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 있다. 6시그마에서 성과를 얻는 단계를 준비단계, 수용단계, 성숙단계로 정의하여 단계적 모형을 제시하였다. 준비단계는 다시 조직변화요인, 추진시스템요인으로 세분하였고, 결과변수인 성과는 시장경쟁력성과, 조직구성원성과, 재무성과로 구분하였다. 6시그마를 도입하여 기대한 성과를 얻으려면 이 단계를 순차적으로 거처야한다는 가정을 토대로 단계 모형과 경쟁모형을 설정하여 구조방정식 모형을 통하여 비교분석하였다. 기업을 표본단위로 판단표집(judgement sampling)을 통해 설문자료를 수집 처리 하였다. 최종적인 분석에는 281업체에서 수집된 자료가 사용되었다. 6시그마를 도입하고자 하는 기업은 준비단계, 수용단계, 그리고 성숙단계까지 도달해야만 기대한 성과를 얻을 수 있다는 것을 분석 견과로 제시한다. 즉, 준비와 수용만 되었다고 큰 성과를 얻는다기 보다는 성숙단계까지 되어야 성과가 제대로 얻을 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

본 연구는 IOS를 실현시키는 최근 정보기술 중 EDI를 대상으로 하여 국내 기업의조직적 특성과 기업이 보유한 정보시스템의 성숙도가 ISO의 확산에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 파악하기 위한 것이다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 IOS확산에 영향을 미치는 변수로 조직규모, 조직 업종, 분권화, 공식화 등의 조직적 특성변수와 조직이 보유한 정보시스템의 성숙도 변수를 선장하여 각 변수가 종속변수에 미치는 영향과 독립변수간의 상호작용에 의해 종속변수에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다.

In order to observe the antigenic localization in the tissues of Paragonimus westermani of deve- lopmental stages, immunogoldlabeling method was applied using serum of the cats which were infected with isolated metacercariae from Cambaroides similis. The sectioned worm tissues from orch developmental stage were embedded in Lowicryl HM20 medium, stained with infected semi IgG and protein A gold complex(particle size: 12 nm) and observed by electron microscopy. In the young adult worm tissue of 4 weeks after infection with metacercariae, the gold particles were specifically concentrated on the tegumental syncytium and cytoplasm of the tegumental cells as well as the secretory granules in the parenchymal tissue. The antigenic materials in the adult worm tissue were specifically concentrated on the secretory granules in the parenchymal tissue, the cytoplasm between granules in the vitelline gland and the epithelial lamella in the lumen of the caecum.

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationships among data literacy, organizational culture, and data analytics maturity and the moderating effects of organizational culture. Analysis of the relationship between data literacy and data analytics maturity shows that the higher the data literacy competency of employees, the higher the organization's data analytics maturity. In examining the relationship between organizational culture and data analytics maturity, it is found that relationship culture and innovation culture are positively related to data analytics maturity. In addition, relationship culture and hierarchy culture show significant moderating effects. Relationship culture shows a synergistic effect, whereas hierarchy culture has a buffer effect between data literacy and data analytics maturity.

In this paper, it will improve in quality to adapt a right test process which is formalized from certification of TMMi Level. To do this, we suggest correlative relation through analyzing associations between TMMi and TPI next based on the previous research[10], which provides the guideline for enhancing test process level with measuring Test maturity model. Also schematize test maturity measurement through refining and improving the previous test maturity correlation metrics[6,8,9]. As one example with limited level, it shows the guideline to improve test process of one testing organization through improved correlation metrics with TMMi and TPI next.

Generally, project audit provides the service which accomplishes a project successfully by checking the management activity of information system project, indicating a controversial point and reflecting the improvement issues based on project audit check list. In addition, the projects are managed by using the project management maturity model based on process. However, the effect is not big as we except projects performance of real world. In this paper. to solve these problems, the project management maturity evaluation model which is connected with project audit check list and organizational maturity model survey items is designed. Thus, we propose the model which can improve the project performance through the project evaluation of customer's project and development part and the evaluation of organization level as we design that it is possible to not only audit the project but also evaluate it before and after the project.

Organizations of Software development are very important issue on enhancement of a software quality as rapid progress of software industry. Especially there are diverse attempts for enhancement of test maturity of the software organization through some kinds of the test maturity model. But the current test maturity models based on CMM(Capability Maturity Model) lack part of actual testing measurement and only measure level of test maturity. To solve these problems, we suggest 'double V-model' to execute both software development process and test process simultaneously, and also 'test attributes to Maturity Levels Correlation Matrix' for evaluating level of test maturity included with definitions of test attribute and level. That is, we enhance TMM(Test Maturity Model) adopted with 'Improvement Suggestion' of TPI(Test Process Improvement) which is easy the evaluation of test maturity of organization and gives the direction of improvement to level up the test maturity for the measured organization. As a result, we will contribute to level up the test maturity of the organization.

장기간동안 여러 기관의 협력을 통해 이루어지는 전사적 아키텍처(Enterprise Architecture, EA)의 특성상, 기관에서 EA를 도입부터 운영 및 정착, 그리고 고도화시키기 위해서는, 조직의 EA업무 수행 능력을 평가하고 개선하기 위한 적합한 EA기준이 필요하다. 하지만 국내 EA에 대한 연구는 아직 도입단계이기 때문에, EA조직의 수준측정을 위한 EA성숙도모델에 대한 연구는 활발하지 않다. 이러한 상황에 따라, EA조직의 수준측정을 위한 EA성숙도모델에 대한 연구는 활발하지 않다. 이러한 상황에 따라, EA성숙도 모델을 정의하고, 측정을 위한 평가항목과 해당 지침을 제시하고자 한다. EA성숙도 모델은 CMMI의 연속형 모델을 참고하여, EA성숙도 모델의 선진사례 분석과 정부 '정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률'을 기반으로 하여 총 4개영역 15개평가요소를 정의하였다. 성숙도 단계는 인식부터 최적화 단계까지 총 5단계로 정의하였으며, 이 중에서 첫 번째 단계인 인식단계의 평가항복별 지침을 제시하였다. 이렇게 각 항목에 대한 측정 대상자들의 이해를 높임으로써 좀 더 정확한 성숙도 평가 결과와 이를 기반으로 EA고도화를 위한 좋은 기준을 제시하고자 정의하였다.
