This study empirically explores the relationship among knowledge management success factors (leadership, organizational culture, information technology, measurement, incentive, knowledge quality), knowledge management activities(knowledge creation and knowledge use), and task performance in disaster management area. Findings suggest that (1) organization culture, information technology, incentive and quality of knowledge are significantly related to knowledge creation activities while leadership, information technology, incentive and quality of knowledge are significantly related to knowledge use activities, (2) higher level of knowledge creation is related to high level of knowledge use, and (3) the level of knowledge use activities seems to be significantly related to task performance in disaster management, while knowledge creation activities are not.

본 연구의 목적은 공공도서관 직원의 독서활동이 직무만족도와 조직몰입도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는 것이다. 이는 기업에서 직원의 독서활동을 활성화하여 조직의 경쟁력을 높이는 경영기법인 독서경영과 문화경영이 직원의 직무만족과 조직몰입을 높인다는 선행연구들의 결과를 기반으로 하였다. 이에 서울시 동북부 지역 지자체 운영 공공도서관의 직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 신뢰도 분석과 다중회귀분석을 통하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 공공도서관 직원의 독서량, 독서시간이 직무자체 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 이용자 독서모임 참여 기간이 사회적 인식 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직몰입에 대해서는 독서시간이 정서적 몰입도에, 이용자 독서모임 참여 기간은 지속적 몰입도와 규범적 몰입도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다.

This study has interest in the cultural environment in the local areas. Despite continuous efforts to establish a new law for the culture and arts in the local areas, they failed because of its non-systematic approach to legal system of culture and arts areas. In order to establish a new law of culture and arts development in the local areas, it explores the existing efforts and foreign cases for the legislation, and analyses the legal system in culture and arts. As a conclusion, it suggests recommendations; Firstly, culture and arts should be separated regarding the legislation for cultural development in the local areas. Secondly, the articles which share same or similar meaning in the existing laws should be rectified. Finally, the roles of central government and local government should be identifies regarding public supports for culture and arts in the local areas.

Focusing on the Gwangheemun that have a history of spatial specificity. Gwangheemun increase the value of space in the surrounding area, focused to derive a plan that can be activated. Research method was to analyze the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the surrounding space and the associated cultural content through SWOT analysis around the base of Gwangheemun. After considering the potential of the current location of physical characteristics and spatial resources, the possibility Gwangheemun development were mainly fashion and art content for the Space Vitalization in the surrounding area. Fashion and art space of Gwangheemun activated based on the possibility of Gwangheemun cultural meaning and value in the history of the past and the present time presented the main directions and strategic approach. The results of this research suggested Fashion art Hotel in applying urban regeneration methodologies, Cheongguro-16 plan for content development, arts and culture fashion street planning. Through this research, we want to establish the strategic control strategy between the policy decision making structures for the successful development of the fashion arts content.

도서관정책을 총괄하고 있는 문화관광부는 2월 5일 「도서관 발전 종합계획」수립계획(안)을 발표하고 금년 상반기 중 관계부처와의 협의를 거쳐 동 계획을 확정할 예정이라고 밝혔다. 이러한 계획이 수립되면 도서관 육성과 진흥에 대한 도서관계, 시민단체, 언론 등의 여망을 기반으로 각 부문에서 산발적으로 추진되어 온 도서관 진흥 정책을 종합하여 관계부처간 협력을 통해 효과적으로 추진해 나가는 계기가 될 것으로 기대된다. 그 동안 문화관광부는 1991년부터 지난해까지 도서관 건립지원에 769억원, 공공도서관의 콘텐츠 확충에 228억원(1995~2001)을 투입하는 등 도서관 육성 및 진흥을 위해 지속적으로 지원해 왔으며, 그 결과 1991년 267관이던 공공도서관이 2001년에 485관(건립중 포함)으로 2배 가까이 증가하였다. 이처럼 절대 부족한 도서관의 확충과 함께 지식정보화시대 도서관을 지식정보유통의 핵심기관으로 확성화시키고자 2000년부터 관계부처와의 역할 분담을 통해 공공 및 학교도서관 정보화기반 조성 및 도서관 소장자료의 디지털화(콘텐츠 확충) 등 '도서관정보화 종합계획'을 추진하고 있다. 계획수립은 한국문화정책개발원이 주도하여 도서관계 전문인사와 공동연구로 추진하고 자문위원단을 구성하여 계획의 기본방향 및 내용에 대한 각계의 의견을 수렴하게 되며, 문화관광부, 국립중앙도서관, 한국도서관협회 등이 지원기관으로 참여하여 정부정책으로 연계되어 그 활용성을 높이는데 주력할 계획이다. 이번 계획에서는 기본적으로 국립중앙도서관 및 공공도서관의 발전방안을 중심으로 학교 및 대학 도서관 부분에 대해서는 관계부처간 효과적인 정책협의체계 구축을 통한 정책적 지원부분에 초점을 두고 정보화 시대에 부응하는 도서관의 역할과 기능 재정립, 도서관 관종 간의 협력 프로그램 개발을 통한 도서관 운영활성화 등 도서관의 조직ㆍ기능ㆍ인력ㆍ프로그램 등의 측면에서 현황분석을 통한 문제점 도출과 개선방안을 마련, 궁극적으로는 도서관및독서진흥법 개정 등 도서관발전의 법ㆍ제도적 지원 토대를 마련할 방침이다. 한편 도서관정보화 부문에 대해서는 2003년부터 2단계 도서관정보화사업 추진을 위해 관계부처와 협력하여 현재 민간 컨설팅업체를 통해 추진중인「도서관 정보화전략계획(ISP)」을 종합계획에 반영할 계획이다. 또한 교육인적자원부를 중심으로 정부 6개 부처가 '학교도서관 활성화대책 기획단'을 구성하고 학교 및 대학도서관 발전 계획을 수립 중에 있다. 그리고 대통령자문 교육인적자원정책위원회에서 4월 3일 '도서관 정보인프라 활성화 방안'을 대통령에게 보고한 바 있다. 우리 「도서관문화」에서는 도서관 및 관련 부문의 각계 인사들에게 정부 「도서관 발전 종합계획」등 계획 수립에 바라는 바를 알아보았다.

This study was conducted to investigate factors contributing to Evidence-Based Practice Readiness(Knowledge/Skill, Attitudes, Organizational culture) for nurses. A descriptive correlational study design was used. The data were collected from Mar. 21 to Mar. 29 of 2013. The subject were 160 nurses who were working in the 2 Tertiary General Hospital. Factors influencing EBP Knowledge/Skill were critical thinking disposition, which explained about 34.7% of total variance. and EBP Attitudes were EBP Knowledge/Skill, surgical unit, Which explained about 14.2% of total variance. and Organizational culture for EBP were Innovation-oriented culture, Relational-oriented culture, Which explained about 24.6% of total variance. Therefore, For introduction and activated of EBP, Nursing organization-dimentional required at the critical thinking disposition and EBP Knowledge/Skill training programs development and to be applied. Also, Systematic support system for the nursing organization to create a culture of Innovation-oriented culture is required.

The goal of this study is to suggest a scheme to vitalize the National Archives of Korea's education programs for children. For this we researched the cases in Korea and abroad operating education programs for children actively. Through analysis we suggested a course of improvement to vitalize the National Archives of Korea's education programs, policy, organization, staff for children. For an area of policy we suggested a stipulation of education program and an exclusive organization and staff placement for an area of organization and staff, an education program which is different from other cultural organization for a program.

정보기술의 발전과 더불어 경쟁적인 비즈니스 환경에서 살아남기 위해서 소비자가 원하는 정보시스템을 일정 내에 그리고 한정된 예산 내에서 개발해야 하지만 소프트웨어 개발생산성의 정체로, 소프트웨어 재사용의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이에 S/W 재사용이 성공적으로 조직에 정착하기 위한 비 기술적인 요인들을 살펴봄으로써 소프트웨어 개발 생산성과 품질의 향상에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 개인적요인, 조직 및 관리적 요인, 환경적 요인 등의 비기술적 요인이 소프트웨어 재사용 비율에 미치는 영향을 일차적으로 분석하고, 소프트웨어 재사용 효과와의 관계를 파악하였다. 연구결과 경험지식과 조직문화가 재사용율에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 일부 요소들은 영향의 정도가 약한 것으로 나타났다. 향후 연구에서 보다 체계적인 연구모형에 의한 심층 분석 연구가 필요할 것이다.

The fire organization of civil servant is a specified public official job which traditionally is characterized by conservative attributes, highly emphasized with a hierarchical culture and the order from higher position. Such a special condition of the fire organization is seemingly regarded as a prerequisite of the occurrence especially prevalent of the systematic discord rather than the other system of a civil servant such as a common administrative job. The conflict among fire officials which is caused by the variety of effort that has been input in pursuit of making a desirable structure does not in progress or even though it dose, weakened by a counterbalance. Therefore, the goal of this research is inducing a plan to revitalize the fire organization through the corroborative analysis of the conflict between indoor duty and outdoor service ones. That is the reason of the disagreement, the device of getting rid of discord and so on.

조직의 경쟁력 확보차원에서 공공부문에 도입한 유연근무제가 제도시행 2년차에 접어들었다. 근로자들에게 일하는 시간과 장소에 있어서 유연성을 제공하게 되어 일-가족 양립이라는 현실적인 문제가 해결되었다. 그 결과 근로자의 직무만족과 사기진작으로 이어지면서 생산성 향상에 많은 기여를 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유연근무제도 도입 첫 해인 2010년도 중앙 및 지방자치단체 운영현황을 분석한 결과 근무유형별로는 시차 출퇴근제가 90.5%로 가장 높은 비중을 차지하였고, 신청사유별로는 여가 자기계발, 출퇴근 편의, 효율적 업무수행, 임신 육아 순이 20%내외로 고루 분포되었다. 남녀의 비율별로는 남성이 63.3%, 여성이 36.4%로 전체공무원 남녀비율과 유사한 것으로 나타났다. 제도시행 초기인 점을 고려하여 설문을 통하여 운영현황을 점검하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 법령 제도상 문제점과 공직문화 내부 장애요인을 도출한 후 SWOT chart 분석기법을 통해 향후 활성화 방안 및 추진계획을 제시하였다. 특히, IT기술의 발달로 인한 시간과 장소에 얽매이지 않고 언제 어디서나 일할 수 있는 선진화된 근무방식인 스마트워크의 확충 필요성과 활성화 방안에 대한 구체적인 추진계획도 제시하였다.
