Enhancing Regional Innovation System Potential: The Dimension of Firm Practices (지역혁신체제 잠재성 향상의 조건: 기업의 혁신활동을 중심으로)

  • Finns are central economic agents that play an important role in systems of innovation as they take responsibility for generating and diffusing knowledge in both organizational and societal context. They must be considered as learning organizations which interact with other finns and institutions that share their environment. The systems of innovation literature accentuates institutional conditions that influence innovation in sectoral, regional or national levels. Meanwhile, it tends to ignore the complex dimensions of finn practices in relation to learning and innovation activities. In this context, this paper attempts to examine what finns do for sustaining innovation and how they learn to innovate. This is not just critical to know individual finns innovativeness which depends on interactions with environments within and outside the organizational boundary but also to evaluate the regional innovation system potential. In short, it is important to see that finns would attempt to take advantage of distributed knowledge within and across the boundaries of the finn without sticking to particular regional innovation systems. I argue that the more finns of a cluster attempt not only to combine localized sources of knowledge and external sources of knowledge but also to become a learning organization, the more increased regional innovation system potentials can be.

A Study on the Impact of Work-life Balance and Smart Work Environment on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment among Employees (워라밸과 스마트워크환경이 조직 구성원의 직무만족과 조직헌신에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Lots of studies have been conducted on work-life balance in various fields. In particular, while a plethora of studies on the work-life balance have focused mainly on organizational culture and work performance, research to investigate the impact of work-life balance on employees' organizational commitment is scarce. This study aims to empirically analyze how work-life balance of employees affects organizational commitment and mediation effects of job satisfaction on the relationships through a survey of 463 employees working in small and medium-sized enterprises, public institutions, and conglomerates in the COVID-19 era. Also, it examines the impact of a smart work environment as a new way of working during the COVID-19 pandemic on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The findings of the study are summarized as follows. First, work-life balance was shown to positively affect job satisfaction, and job satisfaction had a positive influence on emotional organizational commitment of employees. Second, job satisfaction was found to be completely mediated both in the relationship between work-life balance and organizational commitment and in the relationship between work-family balance and organizational commitment, and partially mediated in the relationship between work-growth balance and organizational commitment. Third, the smart work environment had a positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The results of the study show that work and family, work and leisure, and work and growth balance are significantly important factors to improve employees' work attitudes in the changing work environment as a result of COVID-19. The present results suggest that the introduction of work-life balance and the smart work environment is required to increase organizational productivity.

  • 조직에조직에서 정보기술의 원칙과 Framework이 없는 청사진으로 인해 업무의 통합 및 효율적인 정보기술 관리가 불가능하고, 투자 비용만 증가하게 되었다. 정보기술아키텍쳐 (ITA)를 대상 엔터프라이즈에 적용하기 위해서는 다양한 관점에서 엔터프라이즈를 바라보며 현상을 분석하고 해결 할 수 있는 Framework이 필요하며 이 Framework를 통해 정보기술아키텍쳐가 개발 및 유지 되어야 한다. 따라서, Strategy Layer, Framework Layer, Architecture Layer로 구성된 TAPark Framework를 제안하였다. 먼저, Strategy Layer에서는 EAP를 통해서 정보화 청사진의 원칙과 전략을 수립하고, Framework Layer에서는 기술 참조모델로 HanTRM을 제안하였고 HanTRM 서비스에 해당 표준들을 매핑시켰다. 또한 통합과 상호운영의 근간인 상호운용성 능력모델(LISI-CM)과 조직의 기술 인프라 현황을 분석 및 평가할 수 있는 Control과 정보자산의 통합관리를 제공하는 Asset을 제안하였다. Architecture Layer에서는 Framework을 기준으로 EA, TA를 수행하며 마지막으로 Engineering Layer에 있는 S/W Engineering, Infrastructure를 통하여 효과적으로 정보기술 아키텍처를 개발할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 기반 욕창 감지를 위한 욕창 객체 탐지를 연구한다. 객체 탐지 딥러닝 기법으로 RCNN, Fast R-CNN, Faster R-CNN, YOLO 등 다양한 기법이 존재하며, 각 모델의 특징 또한 다르다. 욕창은 단계별로 피부, 조직에 손상의 정도가 다르다. 낮은 단계의 경우 일반적인 피부색과 유사하게 나타나며, 높은 단계의 경우 근육, 뼈, 지지 조직 등의 괴사로 인해 삼출물 또는 괴사조직이 나타난다. 논문에서는 One-Stage Detection 기법인 YOLO를 기반으로 욕창 이미지 내부에서 욕창 탐지를 진행한다. 현재 보유하고 있는 이미지 데이터 수가 많지 않아 데이터 증강기법을 통해 데이터를 증강하여 학습에 활용하였다.

A Case of Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis Mimicking Periorbital Cellulitis (안와 주위 봉와직염을 동반한 랑게르한스 세포 조직구증 1례)

  • Langerhans cell histiocytosis is a rare disease in children. However, Langerhans cell histiocytosis encompasses a wide spectrum of clinical presentations and mimics other conditions. A 1-year-old boy presented with signs of periorbital cellulitis that initially responded to antibiotics, but remained as a same-sized mass with serial orbital computed tomography. The lesion was partially excised. Histopathology and immunohistochemical staining confirmed the diagnosis of Langerhans cell histiocytosis. This case demonstrates that in patients with periorbital cellulitis which has relapsed or responded inadequately to antibiotics, further investigation should initiated to rule out other inflammatory causes.

UBM 스퍼터링을 이용한 Al 박막의 치밀도 향상 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 마그네트론 스퍼터링법을 이용하여 가볍고 내구성이 뛰어난 Al을 다양한 공정 조건에서 냉연 강판에 코팅하여 코팅층의 밀도 측정으로부터 치밀도를 알아보았다. 99.95% 순도의 Al 타겟을 사용하여 강판(냉연강판)과 실리콘 웨이퍼 시편에 증착시켰다. 시편은 알코올과 아세톤으로 초음파 세척을 하였으며 진공용기에서 펄스 전원 공급 장치를 이용하여 플라즈마 청정을 약 30분간 실시하였다. 시편 청정이 끝나면 ${\sim}10^{-6}$ Torr 까지 진공 배기를 실시하고, Ar 가스를 진공용기 내로 공급하여 ${\sim}10^{-3}$ Torr로 진공도를 유지하면서 스퍼터링으로 박막 코팅을 실시하였다. 전자석에 전류를 인가하지 않은 시편의 Al 코팅층 밀도는 bulk 밀도의 81%이며 전자석에 역방향 3 A의 전류를 인가시킨 시편의 Al 코팅층 밀도는 bulk 밀도의 약 94%를 보였다. Al 코팅층의 SEM 분석 결과, 스퍼터링 파워 증가에 따라 Al 코팅층 조직에 기공이 많아지고 두께가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 전자석의 순방향 전류가 증가하면 박막의 두께가 증가하고 치밀도가 낮아지는 반면 전자석의 역방향 전류가 증가할수록 Al 코팅층의 조직은 치밀해졌으며 전자석 전류를 역방향 3 A로 고정하고 스퍼터링 파워를 변화시켜 Al을 코팅하면 타겟 인가전압 1.5 A에서 가장 치밀한 Al 코팅층 조직을 얻을 수 있었다. 가장 치밀한 조직을 갖는 $1.57{\mu}m$의 Al 코팅층은 염수분무 시작 후 약 48시간 후에도 적청이 전면적의 5% 이내로 발생하였다. 마그네트론 스퍼터링법을 이용하여 냉연강판에 Al을 증착하였고 치밀한 조직의 박막을 형성함으로써 냉연 강판의 내식성을 향상할 수 있는 공정기술을 개발하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of internal marketing on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of secretaries working in IT based companies. Especially, to analyze the effects of internal marketing on secretaries in IT companies, this study has adopted job specialization rather than the comprehensive market point of internal customers. Through the analysis, the following results were obtained: firstly, internal marketing factors such as effectiveness of communication, various compensation systems, and chance of educational training have positive effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Secondly, job satisfaction has no impact on organizational commitment. To be able to satisfy external customers through internal marketing, communication skills has be to improved between the workers in the company, and also various compensation systems and educational training should be provided more extensively. The secretary in the company is considered a vital link between the company and customer service. In this view, the result of this study is expected to provide some managerial strategies to decision maker in the company to establish a way to increase the satisfaction and needs of internal customers in applying internal marketing.

  • It is already recognized, the fleet crew of Korean Coast Guard(KCG) have come to perform a wide range of roles that they carry on duties on inferior working conditions. Therefore a research on leadership is seemed necessary to improve organizational effectiveness for them. This study is to examine whether leadership style with transformation is appropriate in organizational commitment for the fleet crew of KCG. In this study transformational leadership is fixed as independent variables and organizational commitment as dependent variables and also five factors as demographic characteristics. Intellectual stimulation is turned out to be the most influential factor in organizational objective(t=6.664, p=0.000) and continuance commitment(t=4.057, p=0.000), but individualized consideration are uninfluential factors concerning organizational commitment.

The Effects of Ethical Climate and Ethical Sensitivity on Organizational Effectiveness of Small and Middle-sized Hospital Nurses (지방 중소병원 간호사가 지각하는 조직 내 윤리풍토와 윤리적 민감성이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: This study provides preliminary data for job satisfaction and organizational commitment by finding out the effects of ethical climate perceived by and ethical sensitivity of nurses on the organizational effectiveness of small and medium-sized hospitals. Methods: Study participants were 155 nurses who had worked one year or longer at small and medium-sized hospitals located in the G city, and they were recruited through convenient sampling. The SPSS/Win 20.0 program was used analyze frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation through independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Results: The mean score for organizational effectiveness of nurses had a significant positive correlation with ethical climate and ethical sensitivity. ethical climate, experience of receiving nursing ethics education were the major predictors of organizational effectiveness and explained 61%(F=48.36, p<.001) of the total variance in the study. Conclusion: it has been confirmed that ethical climate and experience of receiving nursing ethics education affect organizational effectiveness, a concept that shows the degree of achieving organizational goals while nurses at small and medium-sized hospitals.
