Sclerosing hemangioma of lung - 3 case report- (폐의 경화성 혈관종 3예 보고)

  • Sclerosing hemangioma of the lung is uncommon benign neoplasm of uncertain histogenesis. Their radiologic appearance is relatively distinct and well defined. Recently we experienced 3 cases of sclerosing hemangioma of the lung in 54, 52, 51 years old women. The light microscopic findings are similar to the features reported by Liebow and Hubbell(1956).

  • Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is the most rapid and widely used method to detect viral pathogens. However, this method does not provide histopathologic nature of the virus. In situ hybridization (ISH) with oligonucleotide probes is attractive because it is a rapid method for detection and identification of viral pathogens at sites of tissue infection. In order to understand the histopathologic characterictics of Red sea bream iridovirus (RSIV), viral-hemorrhagic septicemia (VHS) virus and viral nervous necrosis (VNN) virus to cultured olive flounder, we her applied ISH method to various kinds of olive flounder tissues with PCR-positive for these three viruses. We found that these viruses showed different tissue tropism and were detected from different cell types. Our results suggest that ISH is useful not only in rapid detection of viral pathogens but also in understanding the histopathologic characters of specific viral pathogens.

  • 정보기술(IT) 인프라가 기업의 핵심 인프라로 자리 잡으면서 기업은 고객에게 다양하고 유용한 서비스 및 재화를 제공하기 위하여 개인정보에 대한 의존도 및 활용도를 높이고 있다. 더불어 개인정보를 보호하기 위한 투자 요구도 높아지고 있으며, 이를 위해서 조직은 개인정보의 보호에 대한 측정 및 평가 방법을 수립하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서 다양한 정보보호 투자의 성과측정 방법 및 IT 성과측정 방법의 기존 연구를 고찰하여 개인정보보호 투자에 따른 성과측정에 가장 적절한 방안으로 경제효율성평가(WiBe) 프레임워크를 선정하고, 그 타당성을 제시한다.

  • This study is an empirical analysis of the characteristics of the organization and the performance of the company. The characteristics that make up the culture of a company's organization determine its success. Overcoming the company's closed cultural characteristics, entrepreneurial orientation, delegation, openness of organizational culture, and R&D capabilities have a positive impact on the company's performance. These characteristics of the company also play a positive role in embracing open innovation to generate innovative results. The characteristics of a company positively consider the acceptance and utilization of external resources. These variables proved that the nature of a company's organization is a factor in generating a company's performance. In this process, open innovation and the acceptance of external resources also proved to be a positive factor in generating corporate performance. The contents of this study provide an academic basis for the variables that build corporate organizational culture and provide a practical attitude to the role of leaders in managing corporate organizational culture. This study is focused on women's SMEs. n future research, the overall characteristics of the company will be considered. In addition, this study attempts to verify by applying various variables for generating performance of domestic SMEs by reflecting overcoming regional limitations.

The Influence of Organizational Communication Recognized by Irregular Workers on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment (비정규직이 인식한 조직커뮤니케이션이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • Irregular workers, which have recently caused various socio-economic issues and conflicts, generally have low loyalty to the organization and job satisfaction due to anxiety about employment. As a way to improve this, this study attempted to analyze the effect of organizational communication satisfaction of irregular workers on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Among the 7th Human Capital Companies panel survey data, irregular workers survey data were collected and analyzed using the structural equation model analysis. The results were as follows: First, it was analyzed that organizational communication recognized by irregular workers had a positive(+) effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, it was analyzed that job satisfaction had a positive(+) effect on organizational commitment. Third, it was analyzed that job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between communication satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study is significant in that it expanded the research subject to irregular workers from the existing service industry-oriented research, and that it included more diverse industries. The results of this study suggest that mission and vision sharing and communication activation system are needed to improve organizational effectiveness of irregular workers.

  • With the advent of the era of the 4th industrial revolution, various factors such as economy, management, and culture are changing in modern society, unlike in the past. Among them, the main characteristic of management is the change from intangible goods to tangible goods, and companies are trying to pursue innovation such as introducing a new management method, converting from manufacturing to service, and expanding technology. However, with regard to human resources, which is becoming the most important for sustainable value creation in a changing era, efforts to enable practical innovation are lacking as they are still in a simple transition. Therefore, in this study, after recognizing the importance of human resources, we verified the relationship between the elements of the human resource in the service economy era according to organizational culture and organizational structure. The relationship between organizational culture and organizational structure by type was verified using the items of human resources, we verified the relationship between the elements of the human resource in the service economy era that were derived and verified in recent research. As a result, there were some significant differences in the image of human resources, we verified the relationship between the elements of the human resource by organizational culture and type of organization, but when the two factors were combined and interpreted, it was found that all of the human resources, we verified the relationship between the elements of the human resource in the service economy era were necessary. However, in order to overcome the limitation that the indicators of this study were limited, it is necessary to continue research through samples that consider various factors in the future and systematic classification by type of organization and industry by industry.
