만성 폐색전증으로 혈전 제거술을 하고 난 다음 기관지내 대량 출혈은 빈도는 적으나 상당히 높은 사망률을 보이는 합병증 중의 하나이다. 기관지내 대량 출혈이 생겼을 때 체외 막 산소화 장치와 각각 다르게 조절한 인공호흡기 2대를 이용하여 특별한 휴유증 없이 잘 치료한 경험을 하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

The comparative experiments were conducted for single span greenhouses where cucumbers were cultivated to analyze the effect of heating between a carbon fiber electric heating element heater and an oil hot air heater in terms of the inside climate, energy consumption and plant growth. In order to analyze the effect of heating capacity, 6, 9, and 16 kW of electric powers were supplied to the electric heating element for same setting temperature of 15?. As a result, as the heating capacity increased, the number of ON-OFF cycles of the electric heating element and the temperature inside the greenhouse increased proportionally. In the comparison of two heaters, it was shown that the temperature and relative humidity distributions of the electric heating element installed greenhouse was much uniform than those of the oil hot air heater installed greenhouse. The heating energy consumptions during the heating period of 79 days were 867L for the oil hot air heater and 8,959 kWh for the electric heating element heater, and the heating costs were 607 and 403 thousand won respectively. In the electric heating element installed greenhouse, the cucumber growth was slightly better and the yield was 4.3% higher than those of the oil hot air heater installed greenhouse, but there were no statically significant difference in the cucumber growth and yield between greenhouses.

The aim of this study was to develop a rapid and cheap bioassay of four lignans (schisandrin, schisandrin C, the gomisin A and gomisin N) isolated from Schizandra chinensis Baill on seed germination and seedling growth of the radish. Its structure was determined by analysis of MS and NMR spectroscopic data. Radish seeds immersed for 1 hr in the solutions of $10^{-5}M$, $10^{-6}M$ and $10^{-7}M$ of schisandrin, schisandrin C, gomisin A, and gomisin N, seed germination was observed with in 60 hr after all of the treatments. Also, the seeds were germinated faster compared to untreated controls. At early germination stage, 48 hr after the treatment of the lignans, the suppression of germination was observed from all treatments; the suppression due to schisandrin and gomisin A was the highest at the concentration of $10^{-6}M$. The level of suppression increased as the concentration increased in the treatment of schisandrin C and gomisin N. Percent germination of seed after 184 hr was increased 90% at all treatments. For the effects of lignan treatment on seedling growth in radish, the growth of hypocotyl was promoted by gomisin A and gomisin N at all concentrations. Root elongation was significantly promoted by schisandrin and gomisin N at $10^{-5}M$ and $10^{-6}M$, respectively. Fresh and dry weights of the seedlings were high at a low concentration of $10^{-7}M$, but significantly reduced by schisandrin C at a high concentration of $10^{-5}M$. The results of the germination activity and seedling growth of the lignans from S. chinensis suggest their potential use as natural growth regulators.

Whole genome transcriptomes from Miscanthus species were sequenced and analyzed, which provided 50 different types of transcription factor (TF) involving various developmental processes or environmental stresses. Among the explored TF, WRKY gene family was the major type and one of the WRKY genes, MSIR7180_WRKY4, induced under low temperature environment was selected to investigate how the Miscanthus-originated MSIR7180_WRKY4 TF responds when exposed to low temperature in four warm-season turfgrasses (Z. matrella 'Semil', bermudagrass, St. Augustinegrass, and seashore paspalum). The MSIR7180_WRKY4 was expressed higher during low temperature period in Bermudagrass, but the expression was enhanced in St. Augustinegrass. In contrast, the gene in 'Semil' cultivar was barely expressed and relatively less expressed, but repressed gradually in seashore paspalum, which seems to allow two turfgrasses stay-green longer in the fall season. The results indicate that bermudagrass and St. Augustinegrass adapt to low temperature quickly, but relative tolerance to low or cold temperature at the molecular level needs to be further investigated at different physiological stages and the corresponding genes systematically.

Recently universities provide the students with the convergence education as a means of start-up support for addressing the youth unemployment crisis. This study aims to empirically analyze moderating effects of nationality in terms of the effects of employment capability on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intentions. For evaluating the effect, a structural equation model was used. The results are as follows. First, employment capability significantly affects entrepreneurship. Second, employment capability does not have a direct impact on entrepreneurial intentions but it has an indirect effect, through entrepreneurship. Finally the moderating effect of nationality was revealed. We hope that the results are applied as the basic data for developing educational programs of convergence technology to promote employment and entrepreneurship.

1. LPG 온풍기는 용량 16$\times$$10^4$ ㎉ 건타입가스버너, 연소부 및 열교환부, 6개의 50kgLPG탱크와 자동절체기, 가스메타, 배관으로 구성하였다. LPG 온풍기의 이론연소효율은 91%, $CO_2$ 배출량은 11.74%, CO배출량은 0ppm, 과잉공기비는 1.16, 배기가스온도는 253$^{\circ}C$, 온풍온도는 8$0^{\circ}C$로서 우수한 성능으로 나타났다. 2. LPG온풍기에서 배출되는 배기가스중의 $CO_2$ 를 온실로 공급하기 위하여 $CO_2$ 공급기를 제작하여 배출가스연도에 부착하였다. $CO_2$ 공급기는 흡입형 시로코팬(1200㎥/h)과 차단문으로 이루어졌다. 1-2W형 300평 온실내의 $CO_2$ 농도를 1000ppm으로 올리기 위해서는 $CO_2$ 공급기를 약 1시간 정도 운전시켜야 할 것으로 판단되었다. 3. LPG온풍기와 경유온풍기의 경제성 비교분석에 의하면 현 시점의 경유 가격 242원, LP가스 가격 435원을 기준으로 연간소요비용은 각각 5,392,430원, 5,299,917원으로 경유온풍기가 10만원 정도 경제적이지만 탄산가스 시용비용, 탄산가스 공급으로 인한 작물의 수량증대 및 고품질 생산물을 고려한다면 LPG온풍기 사용이 더 경제적이라 사료된다.

This study presents analysis of fire hazard of electrical heating pad. In order to analyze fire hazard fire experimental and flammability experiment is conducted. The fire experiment is conducted to simulate normal condition and abnormal condition such as breakdown of thermostat. Vertical burning test(UL 94) is conducted for the fire retardant experiment. Kinds of electric heating pad used for experiment are electric mat, fabric pad, vinyl pad. The results show that fire hazard is high in case of breakdown of thermostat with the rating voltage supply. And Material of electric heating pad has not fire retardant performance.

최근 인터넷의 급속한 발달로 인해, 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래가 급증하고 있다. 그 결과로 전자화폐, 전자지갑, 전자수표와 같은 안전한 전자지불시스템에 대한 연구가 계속되고 있다. 그러나 현재 쓰이고 있는 전자화폐 프로토콜들은 대부분 사용자의 익명성 보장을 해주지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안전하고, 익명성을 보장해주는 효과적인 지불 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 사용자가 은행으로부터 전자화폐를 발급 받고 난 다음, 상점에 그 전자화폐를 사용하기 전에 더 높은 익명성을 원한다면 TTP (AP)를 거처서 사용자의 정보를 감추는 것이다. 이 TTP는 사용자로부터 받은 전자화폐의 유용성을 검증하고, 다시 암호한 데이터를 인증해준다. 이러한 새로운 방법을 통해 사용자는 자신의 시간, 연산과 비용 등을 고려하여 적절한 단계의 익명성을 제공받을 수 있다. 효율성 증가를 위해서, DLP 기반에서 ECDLP 기반으로 옮겼으며, 이중사용을 방지하기 위해 ECC를 이용한 Schnorr 서명을 사용하였다.

교류 펄스전압을 이용한 글라이딩 아크 플라즈마를 이용하여 PFCs(Perfluoro compounds) 가스의 일종인 $CF_4$ $SF_6$, $NF_3$를 가스분해하는 연구를 실시하였다. 반응기 양전극 사이에 인가되는 전압은 10kV로 고정하고 각각의 가스의 유량을 조절하여 분해한후 FT-IR을 통해 각각의 가스의 분해율과 분해후 가스내 성분을 스펙트럼을 이용하여 분석하였다. 유량이 낮아질수록 분해율은 좋아졌고 $SF_6$와 $NF_3$의 경우 99%이상의 높은 분해율에 도달하였을 뿐 아니라 대표적인 난분해 가스로 손꼽히는 $CF_4$의 경우 82%이상의 분해율을 확인하였다.
