Studies were carried out on the practical use of Naringinase and some chracteristics of Naringin solublizing enzme which might hydrolyae naringin to purunin. Obtained results were as follows. 1. Selected strain for Naringinase producing was identified to be Aspergillus niger S-1 and its naringinase was applied to chinese citron processing to remove the bitter taste. 2. Of the naringinase, naringin solubilizing enzyme was purified on a DEAE-Sephadex A-50 column and crystalized from acetone and ammonium sulfate. 3. Hydrolized naringin which has higher solubility rather than naringin or naringenin were identified by thin layer chromatography. 4. Hydrolyzed naringin and naringin were separatly determinated by ethylacetate extraction and this result was compared with sensory test.

This study delves into acceptance on neural network machine translation (NMT) such as Google Translate and Papago that uses technical acceptance model. In conclusion, it turned out that perceived usefulness impacts translators' attitude towards NMT. In other words, if translators determine that NMT is related to their work and the quality of the deliverables is guaranteed, they were more positive towards it. Unlike the existing normative approach that translators feel threatened by NMT, empirical results tell us translators perceive NMT as a business tool and such perception was largely influenced by advices of their colleagues and friends and expectations for use.

This paper describes the effect of advice information for arriving aircraft landing order on the air traffic controller's work efficiency. The air traffic control simulator used in the experiment was modeled on the basis of the aircraft parameters from BADA, gamma-command model and the 4-dimensional trajectory using the Bezier curve. The simulation results show that advice information was helpful for the performance of the work for users who did not have the air traffic control training. On the other hand, in case of users who have experience in air traffic control training, the work efficiency was lowered when the advisory information that does not reflect the user's intention is provided. Therefore, it can be seen that the effect of improving the work efficiency through advice information can be limited depending on the skill level of the air traffic controllers and the complexity of the air traffic situation.

This study explored and described the depression of Koreans for the true nature of the experience and recovery process. The sample included 13 men and women between 18 and 69 who experienced and recovered from depression. Participants attended interviews producing data, which was analyzed using Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR) method. The result yielded 4 domains, the life before depression, the experience of depression, the recovering process of depression, after the recovery of depression.

This research does focus on realization of customizing recommendation service that all of formal, or informal learning is accomplished at real time according to worker's current situation or business context corresponding with the individual ability and the learning progress at industry or education field. For this, we designed the customizing intelligent recommendation system based on compound knowledge that workers can listen to coaching advices at real time and to retrieve and recommend multidimensional relation easily. Also, we constructed the repository based on compound knowledge and process engine for efficient management of compound knowledge. In specific industry, expert solution or coaching service will be created using the knowledge which is accumulated in long-term.

A nomenclature method for Korean fermented foods was developed in order to apply this to the international nomenclature system for fermented foods. It is made by a four digit number; the first digit indicates the major ingredient used, the second for fermentation method, the third for major type of microorganism, and the last digit for the type of consumption. Following the nomenclature number, a detailed description of product is given. Examples of application of the nomenclature system to Korean fermented foods are shown.

이 논문에서는 MATEC99에서의 형태소 분석기 및 품사 태거의 평가를 위한 Test Suites, 즉, 평가용 시험문제와 문제에 대한 정답을 정하기 위하여 마련한 여러가지 표준안의 도출과정상에서 발견된 문제점의 유형을 기술하고자 한다. 그리고, 각각의 문제점 유형별로 현실적 제약으로 인한 어려움을 살펴보고, 한편으로는 일부 문제에 대해서는 시간적 제약 때문에 현재의 표준안에는 반영되지 않았지만 향후 점진적인 개선을 위한 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 대부분의 문제에 완전한 해결책이 발견되지 않고 있어 관련 전문가들의 조언을 이끌어 내기 위하여 문제를 공론화하고자함에도 목적이 있다.

Two hundred and forty specimens of lichens were collected in Mt. Deokyoo located in Moojoo-Gun, Jeonlabuk-Do during the period of May 1 to September 30, 1979. Among them, 20 species of genus Parmelia are identified by utilizing Yoshimura's key. The following seventeen species of genus Parmelia are newly added to Korean flora: P. piedomontensis, P. subtamigera, P. mexicana, P. taractica, P. relicina, P. borreri, P. cochleata, P. marmarizia, P. reticulata, P. denegans, P. subaurulenta, P. homogenes, P. subcrinata, P. austrosinensis, P. praesorediosa, P. perlata and P. caperata.

This thesis introduces the trends of korean courts' ruling on damages in medical malpractice cases for past 10 years. First of all, Korean courts' ruling have had a tendency to pay only non-economic damages for not taking the informed consent. If a doctor cannot get the informed consent from a patient, he compensate only non-economic damages for the infringement of self-determination rights of patient. It's enough for the plaintiff to prove the infringement of self-determination rights, if the plaintiff just want to get non-economic damages. The Korean Supreme court have ruled that if plaintiffs want to get economic damages for the infringement of self-determination rights or informed consent, plaintiffs must prove that the infringement of self-determination rights is the proximate cause of the economic damages of patient. There is another tendency for the Korean Supreme court to limit the damages in medical malpractice cases on the ground of patient's diseases' dangerousness or patient's idiosyncrasy. In the past courts often limit the damages only to 70~80% of total damages, but now a days courts mostly limit the damages to 20~30%. This thesis also introduce the Korean courts' trends about Valuing damages in personal injury actions awarded for gratuitously rendered nursing and medical care.

With the fast increment of smart phone users and extension of wireless internet the number of SNS user is also increasing. Twitter among lots of SNS takes the lead in SNS market. Twiter users express their thinking and feelings. In this paper, by analyzing twitts near the distribution enterprise using opinion mining. And by analyzing concern degree using the number of twitts and positive, neutral, negative degree we deliver marketing message to marketer. As the result, we propose that marketing and management of this distribution enterprise can reflect the demand of customer who is near there.
