신경 회로망에서 연상 메모리(Associative Memory)는 주어진 자료에 대해 정보를 저장하고 복원하는 알고리즘이다. 본 논문에서는 학습된 영상의 정확한 분류와 왜곡된 영상의 복원 및 분류를 위해 기존의 퍼지 연상 메모리 알고리즘을 개선하였다. 기존의 퍼지 연상 메모리는 학습 데이터와 학습 원본과 같은 입력에 대해 우수한 복원 성능을 보이나 학습 데이터의 수가 증가할수록 그리고 왜곡된 입력에 대해 정확히 출력할 수 없고 복원 성능도 저하된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 퍼지 연상 메모리 알고리즘을 개선하여 왜곡된 입력에 대해서도 원본 학습 데이터를 정확히 출력하고 복원하는 개선된 퍼지 연상 메모리 알고리즘을 제안하였다.

The objective of this research is to discover the rule of gameplay related to the task interdependence to analyse the behavior pattern of social gameplay. Previous literatures related to the gameplay were reviewed and game which was suitable for the gameplay of the task interdependence was selected. A party-play includes a team of five people in the experiment during the gameplay with think-aloud method and video/audio data about action protocol and verbal report were collected. The video observation and protocol analysis were conducted to analyse data. The objective coding scheme were developed from consolidated sequence model task analysis. The player's behavior was analysed. The result was revealed that four rules and four modified rules were included into the total eight behavior pattern. A behavior graph integrated with five gameplay was written. The excellent cooperative spot and error and failure place could be identified. The social gameplay behavior graph is expected to be the key practical design guideline on whether the level design and balance design are proper.

The researchers of this study closely looked into the methods for cognitive-scientific approach to problems of marine design at a time when the overall values of marine cultures are acknowledged in full scale. To that end, the researchers analyzed the problems and problem-solving process for the initial approach to marine design. At the same time, the researchers made the matrix of the design-developmental directions by cognitive scientific approach. After selecting the subjects, the researchers collected verbal protocol and behavior protocol which were shown in the process of a designer's thinking. This was for the sake of protocol analysis which is the representative research technique of cognitive science. Based on the collected data, the researchers empirically analyzed the behavior patterns shown in the marine design process so as to develop the design behavior-graph pattern of designers in an objective and systematic way. The behavior graph was helpful for looking into the initial developmental directions of design and for predicting cognitive structure of designers. The researchers hope that this study will become a fundamental material for predicting cognitive directions of designer for planning and designing the marine design.

The purpose of this study is to understand the educational traits of Sinchan Kyoyukhak(新撰敎育學) which was the first western education textbook of Hansung Normal School(漢城師範學校) since 1895. The result of this study is as follows;First, the subject of education was firstly regulated by the Act of Hansung Normal School(漢城師範學校規則:1895.7.23). Second, even though this book was authored by the Japanese, Kimura Tomoji(木村知治), it is published for the textbook of Hansung Normal School and I presume that he is one of the employed foreigner by the Joseon Dynasty. Third, this textbook was effected more by the trend of utilitarianism of Spencer and Pestalozzi than that of Herbart's theory which is concerned to the teaching method. Fourth, the theory of three fostering of Sinchan Kyoyukhak(fostering the virtue, wisdom, and physical body) is connected with the Royal Doctrine for Building State(敎育立國詔書) by Kojong(fostering the virtue, physical body and wisdom) in 1895, but the order of those are not the same.

현재 반도체 산업 전반에 걸쳐 사용되고 있는 실리콘등의 3차원 반도체 물질은 반도체 공정 기술의 발전에 따른 물질적인 한계에 부딪히고 있다. 이러한 물질적인 한계를 극복하기 위하여 Graphene과 같은 2차원 물질 중 전이금속 칼코게나이드 화합물(TMD)의 반도체 특성이 뛰어나 실리콘 등을 대체할 차세대 나노 반도체 물질로 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 특히 기존 반도체를 도핑시키기 위하여 사용되었던 이온 주입 공정은 TMD의 결정구조에 심각한 손상을 가하여 이를 대체할 새로운 도핑 방법에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 우리는 이번 연구에서 기존에 유기반도체 물질로 연구되었던 pentacene을 도핑층으로 활용하고 Raman 분광법 및 전기 측정 등을 통하여 TMD물질이 금속화 되지 않는 정도의 매우 낮은 p형 도핑 현상을 확인하였다. 또한 시간에 따른 측정을 통하여 pentacene의 p형 도핑현상이 필름 증착 직후에는 미약하지만 시간이 지나면서 점점 강해지는 것을 발견하였다.. 이는 도핑현상이 pentacene의 구조에 의해 주로 일어나는 것으로 시간이 지남에 따라 대기중의 수분에 의해 생성된 pentacene 산화물들이 도핑 현상을 증가 시키는 원인으로 보인다.

스트립 방식으로 촬영된 위성영상의 기하학적 모델링시에는 일반적으로 단위모델별로 위성영상에서 식별이 용이한 지점을 지상기준점으로 선정하여 영상에서의 좌표를 해석도화기나 컴퓨터 화면상에서 획득하고, 그에 대응하는 지상좌표는 현지측량이나 기본지도로부터 얻는다. 현지측량방법의 경우에는 정확하고 신뢰성있는 좌표를 제공해 줄 수 있는 반면에 현지로의 접근이 용이해야 하고 비용과 시간이 많이 소요되며, 소축척의 기본지도상에서 직접 독취하는 경우에는 지도자체에 내재된 오차의 정도가 불명확하고 지상기준점으로 선정한 지점이 명확히 표기되어 있지 않은 경우가 있으므로 영상좌표 측정시에 오차의 유발 가능성이 크다. 특히 영상 해상도 $5{\sim}10m$의 연속된 화상을 3차원 기하학적 모델링을 수행하기 위하여 현지측량에 의해 지상기준점을 획득하는 방법은 경제성 및 효율성 측면에서 불리하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 삼각점 조서를 이용하여 연속촬영된 SPOT 위성영상을 스트립 단위로 모델링하여 영상해상도 수준의 위치정확도를 얻을 수 있는 연속화상 모델링기법을 제시하였다.

Currently high resolution satellite imagery has been used in lots of fields of terrain analysis, ocean development, change detection, cartography, classification, environmental monitoring, earth resource observation, meteorological observation as well as military The accuracy of the 3-D modeling of SPOT-5 stereopair images using these ground control points is about 5m in planimetric distance error and about 2m in height error. This study demonstrates the available ground control points for North Korea, of which accuracy is as good as to generate the digital map at the scale of 1:25,000.

Apatite-lanthanum silicate has attracted considerable interest in recent years due to its high oxide ion conductivity, In this paper, Bi-doped samples $La_8Bi_2(SiO_4)_6O_3$ were prepared by conventional solid-state method and the influences of Bi-dopant content on calcining temperature were reported. The Samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron micrograph (SEM) and impedance analysis.

It is necessary to estimate the regression coefficients in order to predict the monthly mean daily global radiation on a horizontal surface. Therefore many different equations have proposed to evaluate them for certain areas. In this work a new correlation has been made to predict the solar radiation for any area over Korea by estimating the regression coefficients taking into account latitude, percentage of possible sunshine, and cloud cover. Particularly, the single linear equation proposed by Page & Garg shows reliable results for estimating the global radiation with average deviation of -1 to 3% from the measured values.
