  • 한국여성의 외의용 의류소재에 주관적인 태를 조사하기 위하여 계절별(춘하, 추동)로 총 230여 종의 직물을 수집하고, 1차로 87종의 직물에 대하여 20, 30대 전문가에게 태에 관한 용어를 9가지 조사동작을 통하여 수집하였다. 수집한 용어를 의미별로 추출하여 정리하였고, 태를 수집하기 위한 동작에 따른 용어의 차이를 비교하였다.

The 3D Character Modeling for Golf Swing Motion Analysis by Economical Verification of Body Information (인체정보 DB의 경제적인 조합을 통한 골프 스윙 동작 분석용 3D 캐릭터 모델링)

  • The national standard anthropometry of Korea is conducted every 5∼6 year term after its first research was started in 1979, The fourth research was conducted in 1997. The result of the national standard anthropometry has been reflected in manufactured goods design of allied industries such as clothing, shoes and furniture. In this paper, we measured anthropometry data for every bodily figurative classification after dividing users according to gender, age and bodily figure using the result of the national standard anthropometry. We constructed 3D character through the process of analyzing interrelation of measured anthropomeoy and measuring representative category. In the process for organization , we measured anthropometry which can effectively express sports action of golf, tennis etc. We made it by presenting measurement which is able to form each type of 3D character after the category was decided. Quantitative and objective valuation for posture and action became possible by developing visible information offer and posture action analysis protocol in theoretical approach for analysis of posture and action in sports.

  • By utilizing the technique to monitor the DC cell node voltages through circuit simulation, degradation of the static read operating margin In high load-resistor SRAM cell was examined, which is caused by parasitic resistances and transistor asymmetries in this cell structure. By selectively adding the parasitic resistances to an ideal cell, the influence of each parasitic resistance on the operating margin was examined, and then the cases with parasitic resistances in pairs were also examined. By selectively changing the channel width of cell transistors to generate cell asymmetry, the influence of cell asymmetry on the operating margin was also examined. Analyses on the operating margins were performed by comparing the supply voltage values at which two cell node voltages merge to a single value and the differences of cell node voltages at VDD=5V in the simulated node voltage characteristics. By determining the parasitic resistances and the transistor asymmetries which give the most serious effect on the static read-operation of SRAM cell from this analysis based on circuit simulated, a criteria was provided, which can be referred in the design of new SRAM cell structures.

  • 휴대용 게임기의 조작 인터페이스는 처음 등장한 이래로 지금까지 별다른 변화가 없었다. 이렇게 고정된 조작 인터페이스는 는 휴대용 게임기를 통한 사용자의 조작 경험을 제한시켰다. 우리는 이러한 전형적인 조작 방식에서 벗어나 보다 다채로운 상호작용을 할 수 있는 휴대용 게임기의 조작 인터페이스를 디자인했다. 사례 조사와 사용자 조사를 통해 동작 인식 인터페이스를 휴대용 게임기에 도입할 경우 발생할 수 있는 문제점으로는 크게 1. 화면의 가시성 2. 게임 요소의 동작 지각 3. 낯선 인터페이스에 대한 거부감 4. 주위의 시선이 신경 쓰임 5. 무게 등이 제시되었다. 이에 우리는 본체로부터 조작부와 화면부를 분리함으로써 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 디자인을 제안했다. 사용자는 조작 장치를 본체로부터 분리하여 한 손에 들고 쥔 채 상하좌우로 움직이면, 조작 장치에 내장된 가속도 센서가 움직이는 방향과 속도를 인식, 본체의 처리 장치로 전달한다. 사용자는 나머지 한 손에 본체를 들고 화면을 보면서 게임을 사용할 수 있다. 프로토타입을 통해 사용자 시험을 실시한 결과 예상했던 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 가능성을 볼 수 있었다.

  • Short channel 비휘발성 SNOSFET EEPROM 기억소자를 CMOS 1 Mbit 설계규칙에 따라 제작하고 특성과 응용을 조사하였다. 논리 어레이를 실현하기 위한 SNOSFET는 4단자와 2단자 비휘발성 메모리 셀로 구성하고 이에 대한 기록과 소거 특성을 조사하였다. 결과적으로 4단자 소자와 2단자 소자의 메모리 윈도우는 각각 기록과 소거에 의하여 "1"상태와 "0"상태로 동작되는 저전도 상태와 거전도 상태를 나타냈다. 4단자 2 x 2 메트릭스 어레이는 양극성으로 동작하였으며 2단자 2 x 2 메트릭스 어레이는 단극성으로 동작하였다.릭스 어레이는 단극성으로 동작하였다.

장파장 GaInAsP/Inp DH 레이저의 제작과 발진특성

  • 성장된 GaInAsP/InP DH wafer로부터 상온에서 duty 5%까지 Pulse 동작이 가능한 전면전극(broad contact) 및 stripe 구조 LD(711이저 다이오드)를 제작하였다. 또 이렇게 제작된 LD의 I-V특성, 1-L 특성 및 발진파장 등을 조사하기 위해 LD 구동회로 및 Ge 태양전지와 Ge-APD를 이용한 광 검출회로를 제작하였다. 이들을 이용해 제작한 LD의 특성을 조사한 결과 stripe 구조 LD인 경우 발진개시전류($I_th$)가 900mA, 발진파장이 $1.29\mum$, 파장반치폭(FWHM)이 $60\AA$였으며 $1.33I_th$까지 kink 없이 동작이 가능하였다.

  • As school libraries increase quantitatively, the importance of volunteer activities in school library is highly emphasized. In that regard, this thesis approaches and discusses the concept of the school library and school library volunteers systematically through the literature review. Surveys and interviews were conducted to investigate and analyze school library volunteers. The survey was completed by school librarians and school library volunteers separately from the 12 elementary schools in the Seoul Dongjak District Office of Education. The current situation of school library volunteers has been analyzed through surveys and accompanied interviews and, based on the analysis, some suggestions were made to improve school library voluntary activities.
