  • This study focuses on the influence of the selective characteristics related to the RTEC product (the food product which can be instantly cooked) among the HMR products on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Also, it emphasizes the influence of customer satisfaction related to the RTEC product on repurchase intention. For this study, over age 20 living in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Jeonju and Jeollabuk-do, the female customers who had experienced the RTEC product were surveyed, and total 219 valid copies of questionnaire were used for the final analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that such factors as values, usefulness, preferred menu items, convenience and food quality influenced customer satisfaction considerably. In particular, values, usefulness and food quality were found to influence repurchase intention considerably. Moreover, customer satisfaction significantly influenced repurchase intention.

  • This study aims to explore the effect of quality factors and customer involvement on users' intention to purchase in the live-commerce context. For this purpose, statistical methods such as reliability test, factor analysis, ANOVA, regression analysis were carried out using the survey data from live-commerce users. The quality factors of live-commerce were classified into contents, system, service, and show host characteristics, and customer involvement was analyzed by dividing it into product involvement and service involvement. The results showed that each quality factor of live-commerce had a significant positive effect on the intention to purchase. On the other hand, customer product involvement had a significant moderating effect on content and system quality, service involvement had a significant moderating effect on service and show host characteristics. The degree of each quality factor on intention to purchase was higher as customer involvement was higher. Theoretical and practical implications were drawn from these findings.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the entrepreneurs with positive entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurship education that meets the needs of founders related to cultural tourism products. In addition, the mediating effect of self-efficacy of founders was verified in the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention. For the empirical analysis, this study conducted a survey on founders of cultural tourism products in Gwangju and Jeonnam. The results of the study are as follows: First, entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on self-efficacy and self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, self-efficacy confirmed the mediating effect in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship intention. The results of this study are expected to provide basic data for stable and sustainable development of the culture and tourism industry.

  • This paper studied condo selection attributes that affected satisfaction, recommendation and revisitation, in particular, investigated gender and age differences. Research target is the group who revisited time-sharing condominium within one year. The paper seeks to understand factors that affect and contribute to customer satisfaction and intentions for reuse. This study model was analyzed by the basic statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple analysis, using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. We found that 5 condo selection attributes that have significant affect on user satisfaction: facility, service, product, accessibility and expense. Furthermore it was evident that user satisfaction has a significant effect on condo recommendation and intentions of reuse. With regard to sex, for male users expense, accessibility and service had a significant effect on their satisfaction level, while for female users, product was most important. User satisfaction both have a significant effect on recommendation and intentions of reuse but for females this was more evident. Regarding the age, for 20~30 age band, service and product factor had a significant effect on user satisfaction in order, whereas, for the age band of over 40s, expense, product and facility factors were important. User satisfaction of both have a significant effect on recommendation and intentions of reuse. In the meantime user satisfaction of 20~30 age band had a bigger positive significant effect on recommendation and intentions of reuse than the age band over 40s.

Children′s Attitudes Toward Food Advertisement on Children′s Television Program (어린이 시간대 식품광고에 대한 어린이들의 수용 태도)

  • The study was conducted to investigate children's attitudes toward food advertisement on children's television programs. A total of 868 subjects were selected from two KangNam and KangBook elementary schools (4, 5, 6th graders). First, it was reviewed food ads. On children's television program on 3 channels between 5∼7 pm from April to July in 1997. Among the total television commercials, 58% were food product ads.. Among the advertised food, the largest number of ads. was for beverages (21.6%) and the next was for cookies (19.7%), followes by sharbet and ice cream (19.5%), fast food (12.4%), cereal (5.5%) and milk and milk products (2.9%). This review revealed that the mostly advertised food are high in calorie, fat and sugar. Secondly, it was conducted a survey. The results of the survey were as follows: weekly average TV watching hours per child: 13.5. 50.8% of the children watched children's program on TV. 83.9% of the subjcts answered that they get their information about new food through TV ads.. 59.2% of children tried to buy the food advertised on TV program. The relationship between TV food ads. and health, 49.4% of the children answered that advertised food were not good for one's health. When we asked them to choose between advertised and non-advertised food, they preferred the advertised ones, such as cookies, beverages, fast food restaurants and cereals (p<0.001). The results of this study suggest that children's purchasing and selecting of food were influenced by TV food advertisement. Therefore, education is needed which will help children's make responsible, informed consumers choices.

패키지 소프트웨어 품질평가모형 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구

  • 세계 소프트웨어 시장의 급속한 성장과 함께 선진국들은 자국에 유리한 소프트웨어 품질표준을 만들어 이를 국제 표준에 반영하고, 외국 소프트웨어에 대한 진입 규제의 수단으로 활용하고 있다. 또한 전자상거래의 발달로 인해 디지털 상품인 소프트웨어는 전자상거래를 통한 거래가 쉬운 이점을 가지고 있는 상황에서 아직 우리나라에서는 패키지 소프트웨어에 관한 품질모형 개발에 관한 연구가 다소 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 국내외 소프트웨어 품질평가모형을 도출하고, 그 평가모형을 바탕으로 전자상거래에서 활용 가능한 패키지 소프트웨어만을 대상으로 품질평가모형을 개발하였다. 그리고 평가모형을 적용하기에 앞서 소프트웨어 개발 업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 품질평가모형에 대한 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석은 현재 개발업체가 취급하고 있는 제품에 대한 종류와 개발업체에서 평가받기를 원하는 제품의 종류, 그리고 평가대상이 될 수 있는 패키지 소프트웨어 제품의 경쟁력 수준과 관련하여 선진국의 제품과 비교하여 5점 척도로 조사하였다. 그리고 소프트웨어 개발자 입장에서 품질평가 항목별로 중요도를 조사하였으며 분석결과를 토대로 품질평가모형의 적용 대상을 선정하였다. 적용대상 제품은 모두 14개로 각각의 제품들을 게임, OA, 통신, ERP, 4GL, OS 소프트웨어로 분류하고 제품에 대한 평가는 개발자(개발경력 3년 이상)와 일반사용자로 분류하여 평가를 실시하였다. 그리고 각 제품분야별로 평가항목에 대한 가중치를 전문가 집단에 의뢰하여 적용하였다. 평가방법은 각각의 제품에 대한 평가점수를 1점부터 5점까지 나누어 평가결과를 평균값으로 나타냈으며, 평가결과에 대해 여러 가지 방법으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 동종제품간 평가분석을 통하여 각각의 제품을 비교하였으며, 둘째 소프트웨어 종류별 평가로 제품을 응용소프트웨어, 응용개발도구, 시스템 소프트웨어로 분류하여 평균값으로 비교하였다. 셋째, 국내외 제품별 평가분석으로 전체 제품을 국내제품과 국외제품으로 분류하여 비교하였으며, 마지막으로 총괄분석을 통해 가중치를 적용하여 전 제품의 점수를 비교하였다. 여기에서는 각 제품의 평균점수에 대한 차이를 95%의 유의수준으로 T-Test를 실시하였다.

A Validity Study on Brand Identity-based Strategy Model for Culture Content's One Source Multi Use : A Case Study on (브랜드 아이덴티티 기반 OSMU 전략 모델의 타당성 연구 : <해리포터 (Harry Potter)>를 중심으로)

  • According to many researches on brand management, the decision makings on brand marketing should center on the brand identity. Based on the brand management theory, Brand Identity-based OSMU Strategy has been suggested, in which the decision makings for culture content's OSMU should be focused on the brand identity of content to maximize the brand equity. In this study, the effectiveness of suggested brand identity-based OSMU strategy model is empirically studied, together with the effect on the brand equity. The study on the consumer's attitude toward the Harry Potter T-shirt with the associations of 'magic, courage and confrontation against evil' proved that consumers respond more favorably in terms of their recognition of the fit-to-content, preference and perceived quality. With this result, the positive effect of brand identity-based OSMU on consumer attitude is verified. On the other hand, the study on the effect of brand identity bearing T-shirt on brand equity did not support the hypothesis that the brand identity-based OSMU has the positive feedback effect on the brand equity of culture content. Still, while the brand equity is established through the long period of time with consumer's consistent experience on the certain culture content, the effect of brand identity-based OSMU on brand equity has a room for further discussion and research. While the ultimate goal of marketing is to create the power brand with high brand value, the further discussion on the effective culture content OSMU strategy to create a power brand is needed.

The Effect of Consumer's Perceptual Characteristics for PB Products on Relational Continuance Intention: Mediated by Brand Trust and Brand Equity (PB상품에 대한 소비자의 지각특성이 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향: 브랜드신뢰 및 브랜드자산을 매개로 한 정책적 접근)

  • Introduction : The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between perceptual characteristics of consumers and intent of relational continuance for PB(Private Brand) products in discount stores. This study was conducted as an empirical study based on survey. For the empirical study, factors of PB products as characteristics perceived by consumers such as perceived quality, store image, brand image and perceived value were deduced from preceding studies. The effect of such factors on intent of relational continuance mediated by brand trust and brand equity of PB products was structurally examined. Research Model : Based on theory analysis and hypotheses, constructed a Structural Equation Model(SEM). The research model is shown in Figure 1. Research Method : This paper is based on s qualitative study of selected literature and empirical data. The survey for empirical study was carried out on consumers in Gyeonggi and Busan between January 2012 and May 2012. 300 surveys were distributed and 253 (84.3%) of them were returned. After excluding omissions and insincere responses, 245 surveys (81.6%) were used for final analysis as effective samples. Result : First of all, the Reliability was carried out for instrument used. The lower limit of 0.7 for Cronbach's Alpha as suggested by Hair et al. (1998). And Construct validity was established by carrying out exploratory factor analysis by Varimax rotation for all. Four factor result for the consumer's perceptual characteristics of PB Products, two mediating factors and one dependent factor. All constructs included in research framework have acceptable validity and reliability. Table 1 shows the factor loading, eigen value, explained variance and Cronbach's alpha for each factor. In order to assure validity of constructs, I implemented Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), using AMOS 20.0. In confirmatory factor analysis, researcher can take control over the specification of indicators for each factor by hypothesizing that a specific factor is loaded with the relevant indicators. Moreover, CFA is particularly useful in the validation of scale for the measurement of specific construct. CFA result summarized Table 2 shows that the fit measures of all constructs fulfill the recommended level and loadings are significant. To test causal relationship between constructs in the research model, used AMOS 20.0 that provides a graphic module as method for analysing Structural Equation Modeling. The result of hypothesis test is shown in Table 3. As a result of empirical study, perceived quality, brand image and perceived value as selected attributes for PB products showed significantly positive (+) effect on brand trust and brand equity. Furthermore, brand trust and brand equity showed significantly positive (+) effect on intent of relational continuance. However, store image of discount stores selling the PB products was analyzed to have positive (+) effect on brand trust and no significant effect on brand equity. Discussion : Based on the results of this study, the relationship between overall quality, store image, brand image and value perceived by consumers about PB products and intent of relational continuance was structurally verified as being mediated by brand trust and brand equity. Looking at the results, a strategic approach that maximizes brand trust and equity value for PB products by large discount stores is required on top of basic efforts to improve quality, brand image and value of PB products in order to maximize consumer's intent of relational continuance and to continuously attract repeated purchase of products.

  • This paper covers the development process of multimedia evaluation system, especially focused on customer satisfactory factors while customers navigating net-based Interactive multimedia system. Customers usually experience new level of interaction cased by newly developed web-based technology In ordinary multimedia system. However, if it gives customers satisfactory experience is a matter of question. To find out the relationship between customer satisfaction and interactivity factors exposed by multimedia system, a model has been developed which describes the structure of web-based multimedia system and its relation to customer satisfactory factors. Five different experiments, including 'semantic differential', 'focus group interview', and 'expert review', has been conducted and four customer satisfactory factors were identified. Those are 'customery value', 'structural perfectness', 'visual perfectness', and 'contemporaneity'. With these factors and newly delveoped evaluation system, 7 different web-site has been evaluated and analyzed at the end of this report.

Effect of Restaurant Meal Replacement Product Selection Attributes on Brand Image and Satisfaction (RMR(레스토랑간편식) 상품의 선택속성이 브랜드이미지, 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to investigate the relationship between the factors of RMR product selection attributes, brand image, and satisfaction as the interest and frequency of use of RMR products of dining out consumers increase recently. Convenience sampling was used for consumers with experience in using RMR products launched in catering companies and restaurants. The investigation period was conducted for about 20 days from August 10, 2020. The final 291 copies were used for research analysis, and the SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used for hypothesis verification. As a result of the analysis, the hygiene (��=.160), menu (��=.203), and packaging (��=.291) of Hypothesis 1 had a significant effect on reliability. Hypothesis 2's menu (��=.270), convenience (��=.201), and packaging (��=.195) were found to have a significant effect on differentiation. The reliability (��=.328) and differentiation (��=.443) of the brand image of Hypothesis 3 were found to have a significant effect on satisfaction (��=.428). Hygiene (��=.388), menu (��=.229), and convenience (��=.243) of Hypothesis 4 were analyzed to have a significant effect on satisfaction. Lastly, this study is expected to be provided as basic research data related to RMR products, and is intended to be presented as a theoretical basis for the use of marketing and direction in RMR product development of food service companies and restaurants.
