  • In this paper, We measured an electric and optical characteristics for electrodeless fluorescent lamp system. We used the CCD(charged couple device) and Integrating Sphere Photometer to detect the accurate variation of data and got a characteristic of output voltage and current, luminance, luminous flux etc. And then we come to understand that the efficiency of electrodeless fluorescent lamps are similar to CFLs(compact fluorescent lamp) or HID(high intensity discharge lamp).

  • 반도체 1장을 가공하는데는 약 300개 공정에 3개월이 소요되며, 반도체 3사의 2000년도 순이익은 4조 7천억 원에 달할 것으로 전망된다. 이렇게 엄청난 부가가치 때문에 업계 뿐 아니라 국가적으로도 심혈을 기울이고 있으나 가곡기술과 물량에선 선진국일 뿐 반도체를 가공할 수 있는 장비는 전량 외산에 의존하고 있다. 이러한 현상은 미국이나 일본 등 반도체 분야 선진국들과의 경쟁에서 뒤쳐질 수 밖에 없는 구조적인 단점을 가지고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해서 반도체 제조 장비의 국산화가 시급하며 그중 하나인 Chamber내에서 Plasma를 발생시키고 자동정합할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 제작코자 한다.

  • A distributed FBG temperature sensor system was constructed for the use in protection of electric power system. A F-P wavelength tunable filter is used converting temperature-induced wavelength variations to temporal peak locations. We used Gaussian line-fitted algorithm to alleviate the error caused by quantization and electrical noises. The experimental results showed much better accuracy than the raw peak-detection scheme.

  • WPAN 시스템 개발의 중요한 목표는 다양한 대역폭의 멀티미디어 서비스를 효율적으로 언제, 어디서나, 누구와도 자연스럽고 현실감 있게 정보를 교환할 수 있도록 제공하는 것이다. 멀티미디어 서비스 품질을 보장하기 위해서는 Ad hoc 네트워크에서 한정된 자원과 물리적인 한계에 의해서 가장 취약한 부분인 무선접속 구간에서의 트래픽 특성에 따른 채널할당이 가장 중요시 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 WPAN을 응용을 지원하기 위한 대역폭 요구사항에 대해 알아보고, 응용 서비스별 트래픽 종류에 따라 WPAN MAC 계층에서의 채널 시간 할당방안에 대해 살펴본다.

  • Daylight responsive dimming system, which is always able to automatically maintain the target illuminance, is a energy strategic system. It is importance note that the photosensor depends how to be precisely indicated workplane illuminance at any location of indoor. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to find out the optimum location and spatial characteristics of photosensor by considering the correlation for the correct calibration of workplane illuminance and photosensor signal.

  • The need of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Sup-ply) system is dramatically increasing with the increased use of computers, telecommunica-tion system, building automation system, and office automation system in office buildings. The consequence of the power failure is very disas trous in intelligent office buil-dings. Thus, the nucessity of large scale UPS system with generations of large scale UPS system with generator is increasing. In this study, the configurations of large scale UPS system are reviewed and analyzed. The design guide and technical considerations of high reliability system are presented.

  • A spectroscopic measuring system was developed in order to determine optical gain of gas laser discharge for any optical transitions between 190[nm] and 800[nm] without laser resonator. With an image optical system and a feedback optical system emission light of laser discharge are entered in a monochromator and received at a photomultiplier. Subsequently optical gain and line intensity are measured.

  • We need two operation modes to obtain the complex hologram without bias and the conjugate image in the modified triangular interferometer(MTI). To solve the problem, we proposed the optimized MTI with one wave plate, which can obtain cosine and sine functions by the combination of one wave plate and one linear polarizer. In the extraction of phase term using the combination of polarization components, the phase error occurs, and we analyzed such potential phase errors in the optimized MTI.

  • 본 논문에서는 열전발전소자를 이용하여 전력을 발생시키는 장치를 개발하기 위한 초기단계의 연구이다. 기존의 열전발전소자가 사용되는 곳은 폐열 및 지열 등 에너지 효율을 높이기 위한 간접 장치로 이용되었으나 본 연구에서는 메탄올의 열에너지를 직접적으로 이용하여 전력발생이 가능한 장치를 개발하기 위하여 메탄올 열에너지를 이용할 수 있는 구조 및 반응조건에 대해 연구하였다.

  • This research describes how the class D amplifiers with power efficiency are designed and implemented for the PA audio systems. The configuration that makes use of the class D amplifier properties depends strongly on their applications. Thus in this paper the characteristics of the 2-level and 3-level PWM are analysed and the circuit implementation for them is presented. Using the proposed methods, they are designed and simulated for the further investigation. Test(Simulation) results present the improved performance that shows the satisfactory operations in controlling the PWM to the input signals.
