  • Rotational smart lighting control system provides artificial light to plants on planting board by rotational lighting system. As the lighting system of existing plant factory has high cost problem due to the installation for many lighting equipments, the lighting system was developed to rotate less number of lighting equipments to reduce cost. In this paper, the illuminance, luminous flux and photosynthetic photon flux density(PPFD) that plants need to grow were calculated. And the light intensity at each measured location considering the rotational speed of blade were analyzed by the simulation and the experiment.

  • It is addressed that traditional light systems are improper to be applied practically in the energy efficiency point of view. To overcome such drawback, advanced investigations are recently conducted for realizing remote control of several related equipments such as lights, heats, home appliances, etc. This paper proposes a novel power line communication system to effectively manage lights in which the conventional method is used without any modification. We timely control lights to reduce energy cost based on given time period.

  • 본 논문에서는 식물공장에서 사용할 수 있는 파장별 광원제어가 가능한 조명장치의 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 식물의 생장에 필수적인 광원의 파장에 따라 생장에 다양한 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 식물 생장에서 필요한 다양한 파장의 빛을 공급할 수 있는 식물공장용 조명시스텡을 개발한다. 조명시스템은 마이크로 컴퓨터를 이용하여 적, 청, 녹색 3색 LED를 PWM제어하여 광량과 세기를 제어하고, 공급된 광량을 적산하여 조사된 광량을 확인할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 본 조명 시스템은 태양광 이용형 식물공장의 보조광원으로 사용 가능하며, 완전제어형 식물공장에서 사용이 가능하다.

  • As the economic growth achieved and the straight road was increased. so, the tunnel built more than before. In these days, lighting of tunnel entrance is important for safety and comfortable driving. Most of the tunnel lighting depend on artificial lighting and they use a lot of energy. In this paper, as a research for illumination improvement and saving energy at tunnel, reflecting mirror system is suggested. The performance of the system was evaluated with respect to various aspects. By applying a reflective mirror system, tunnel lighting and environment can be improved. This study is a preliminary study for developing a system to save energy of tunnel artificial lighting.

  • Comparing to the conventional power systems, PV(photovoltaic) outdoor lighting system applications are evaluated as the most economical application. In this paper, we installed two PV lighting systems, which uses LPS(low pressure sodium) and electrodeless lame as their loads, and applied a computer-based data acquisition system using the Labview program for monitering purpose and effective operations, considering battery life time Also, we observed the generated power from the solar array, and energy losses comparing to its installed capacity. Because most PV system performance procedures have looked at the performance of the individual components and have deficiency of addressing how the integrated system works, we confirmed the decrease possibility of the solar amy capacity after analyzing the performance of the installed PV lighting systems.

  • 본 논문에서는 향상된 AR 비디오 시스템을 위하여 장면내의 객체에 대한 그림자 모양 안쪽의 광휘 분포로부터 실제장면의 조명 분포를 추정하기 위한 새로운 메소드를 설명한다. 장면의 조명 분포는 확장된 빛의 근원에 대한 이산 샘플링에 의해 근사화되었고, 장면에 대한 조명 분포는 그림자 모양 안쪽의 광휘 분포로부터 장면내의 다른 객체 위에 알려진 모양의 객체에 의해 추정되었다. 그림자 안쪽 표면에 대한 반사 특성 대신에, 장면에 대한 조명 분포와 표면에 대한 반사 특성을 동시에 추정하는 반복적인 최적화 구조를 기반으로 한다. 또한, 장면에 대한 조명분포의 적응적 샘플링 방법을 소개한다. 전체적인 조명 분포에 대한 균일한 분리를 사용하기보다는 이전의 반복 지점에서 조명 분포에 대한 샘플링 방향을 적응적으로 증가한다. 적응적인 샘플링 구조를 사용한 추정방법은 보다 소수의 샘플링을 사용하여 전체적인 조명을 보다 효율적으로 추정할 수 있었다. 제안된 메소드는 복잡한 조명 환경아래라도 조명 분포를 추정하는데 매우 효율적이다.

A Study on the Development of Digital Power Supply for Ship′s Emergency Lighting System (선박 비상조명용 디지털 전원장치 개발)

  • This paper describes an development of digital power supply for ship's emergency lighting system(SELS). Proposed system is composed of emergency power supply system(EPSS), half bridge(HB) inverter, fluorescent lamp(FL) starting circuit and microprocessor control system. Experimental works using proposed system confirm that speedy and stable power to be supplied when main power source cut-off, compared with conventional analog type, and control input power up to 35.0[%] by adjusting pulse frequency of the HB inverter.

  • In this paper, we propose an efficient control system for intelligent LED indoor lighting. The proposed an efficient control system for intelligent LED indoor lighting were included to elements such as daylight intensity measured through the PIR sensor and illuminance sensor at lighting style by the schedule defined and the occupancy detection. And it was controlled lighting through to the wireless sensor network, and was designed for the energy savings. Also, the lighting control of indoor lighting based on occupancy detection detect fine movements using a PIR sensor. And an unnecessary lighting intensity control of the window-side and the inside were controlled according to daylight level measurement result using the light sensor. In daylight inflow many case, the window-side lighting was to automatically darker, and in daylight inflow less case, was designed to be automatically bright. The efficiency validate results of an efficient control system for intelligent LED indoor lighting, the brightness of the indoor light were to maximize the energy saving by controlling in real time when entering as indoor a little that external lighting or daylight.
