본 논문에서는 다양한 분야에서 응용될 수 있는 아날로그 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 회로를 이용한 전자식 안정기를 구성하였다. 회로의 구성은 온도센서를 이용하여 안정기 ON/OFF 제어를 통한 냉음극 형광램프의 색을 제어하였고 온도센서뿐만 아니라 광센서, 가변저항, 음성센서 등 거의 모든 아날로그 신호의 센서를 사용 할 수 있도록 구성하였다.

Electric power facilities must have effective grounding to provide means to carry electric current into the earth under fault conditions and to prevent damage of equipment, Ignition, and electrocution of presonnel. nuts paper present an algorithm called the Pattern Search method for the optimal parameters selection of the grounding system. Computer simulation results used the CDEGS grounding analysis program verifying the effects of the grounding system design parameters obtained from this method show that the grounding systems are adequately designed.

Power supply technique for electrodeless lamps, especially self-oscillation method, is presented in this paper for Endura of Osram. The power supply uses different method for high efficiency at high frequency operation compared to the conventional method using saturable transformer. Exact parameter tuning using simulation is suggested for effective design for real applications.

태양 전지를 이용하여 정원등의 시스템을 구성하면 환경 친화적이면서도 에너지 절감의 큰 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 또한 기존의 정원등은 수은등을 사용하기 때문에 전력 소비가 많은 반면, 고휘도 LED를 사용한 정원등은 전력소비를 줄일 수 있는 큰 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 간단한 회로 구성과 CDS센서를 이용하여 실제적인 회로 설계를 하였다.

This paper presented problems occurred in design and construction of LPS(Lightning Protection System) based on the new KS(Korea Standard), and proposed various solution for those. Imperfect KS, poor data on lightning characters in Korea lack of train for engineer, immature SPD engineering and absence of LPS design sample for various buildings are main problems. We suggested that comprehensive measures attending every persons and organizations relevant LPS are needed to solve the problems.

반도체 1장을 가공하는데는 약 300개 공정에 3개월이 소요되며, 반도체 3사의 2000년도 순이익은 4조 7천억 원에 달할 것으로 전망된다. 이렇게 엄청난 부가가치 때문에 업계 뿐 아니라 국가적으로도 심혈을 기울이고 있으나 가곡기술과 물량에선 선진국일 뿐 반도체를 가공할 수 있는 장비는 전량 외산에 의존하고 있다. 이러한 현상은 미국이나 일본 등 반도체 분야 선진국들과의 경쟁에서 뒤쳐질 수 밖에 없는 구조적인 단점을 가지고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해서 반도체 제조 장비의 국산화가 시급하며 그중 하나인 Chamber내에서 Plasma를 발생시키고 자동정합할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 제작코자 한다.

본 논문에서는 Class E zero-current-switching (ZCS) 인버터를 이용하여 단일 스위치로서 램프를 점등하는 타여자 방식의 전자식 안정기를 제안하였다. 이론을 통해 각 파라미터를 계산하고, PSpice 시뮬레이션을 통하여 안정상태의 램프출력을 예측하였다. 또한, MOSFET의 전압 스트레스를 고려한 스너버 회로를 구성하여 스위칭 서지전압의 발생을 억제하였으며, 실제 전자식 안정기를 제작하여 전기적 특성을 살펴보았다.

In this paper, we propose a intelligent controller design method for the water level control of the power plant drum in the form of nonminimum phase system. The proposed method is based on T. Takagi and M. Sugeno's fuzzy model. And we illustrate the improved characteristics as the simulation results, comparing with the conventional the PID and LQ controller design method

Performance-based course design on the job of receiving substation installations is presented to achieve a work based curriculum development. It includes a job analysis method called ISD(Instructional Systems Design & Development) and DACUM(Developing a Curriculum) which is designed to accept various requirements of industrial fields. It is provided with course profile, key contents, terminal learning objectives, intermediate learning objectives, instruction strategy, instruction sequence, case study, action learning and lesson plan.
