OTFT 소자 성능 향상을 위한 고품질 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane 자기조립단분자막의 제작

  • OTFT소자는 각 박막계면간의 접촉성에 따라 그 성능이 좌우 된다는 것은 널리 알려진 사실이다. 즉 박막계면간의 접촉성 저하는 계면간의 결함을 형성하여 OTFT소자 성능을 저하시킨다. 이러한 결함을 고품질의 자기조립단분자막을 제작함으로써 박막계면간 결함을 최소화 할 수 있다. 이러한 고품질의 자기조립단분자막 형성은 박막계면간의 결함을 최소화 하기때문에 고성능OTFT소자 제작시 박막계면간 접촉성 향상에 효율적으로 적용할 수 있을것이다. 이 논문에서는 계면간의 접촉성 향상을 위해 실리콘 웨이퍼 위에 3-Aminoproplytriethoxtsilane과 용매인 무수톨루엔을 이용하여 고품질의 자기조립단분자막을 제작 하였으며 고품질을 자기조립단분자막 성장 조건을 찾기 위해 엄격한 수분조절 및 APS농도, 담근시간, 온도를 조절하여 각기 다른 조건의 샘플을 제작하였다. 또한 APS성장 분포를 알기위하여 접촉각 측정기를 이용하여 접촉각을 측정 하였고 AFM 이용하여 실리콘 웨이퍼에 생성된 박막의 균질도를 측정하였다. 그 결과 APS농도(33%) 24시간 $25^{\circ}C$, APS농도(33%) 24시간 $70^{\circ}C$, APS농도(33%) 72시간 $25^{\circ}C$, APS농도 (33%) 72시간 $70^{\circ}C$ 샘플이 기존에 알려진 APS 접촉각인 $19^{\circ}C{\sim}21^{\circ}C$ 접촉각이 나왔으며 AFM 이미지 또한 높은 균질도를 보였다. 이 결과 고품질의 APS단분자막은 농도와 시간 그리고 온도에 영향은 받으며 이렇게 완성된 단분자막은 높은 균질도를 가지게 된다. 현재 실험을 통해 얻어진 고품질의 자기조립단분자막 성장 조건을 이용하여 OTFT소자 제작하고 있으며 고품질의 자기조립단분자막 형성에 의해 결함을 최소화 하므로써 박막계면간 옴성결합을 형성하여 OTFT소자의 성능 향상이 기대되어 진다.

Stationary Waiting Times in Simple Fork-and-Join Queues with Finite Buffers and Communication Blocking (통신차단규칙을 따르는 유한버퍼 단순 조립형 대기행렬 망에서의 안정대기시간)

  • In this study, we consider stationary waiting times in a simple fork-and-join type queue which consists of three single-server machines, Machine 1, Machine 2, and Assembly Machine. We assume that the queue has a renewal arrival process and that independent service times at each node are either deterministic or non-overlapping. We also assume that the Machines 1 and 2 have an infinite buffer capacity whereas the Assembly Machine has two finite buffers, one for each machine. Services at each machine are given by FIFO service discipline and a communication blocking policy. We derive the explicit expressions for stationary waiting times at all nodes as a function of finite buffer capacities by using (max,+)-algebra. Various characteristics of stationary waiting times such as mean, higher moments, and tail probability can be computed from these expressions.

  • 본 논문에서는 증강현실을 이용한 조립교육 트레이닝 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 조립교육 방법이 기존의 문자나 그림을 이용한 조립교육 방법과 비교하여 사용자 (교육자)에게 얼마나 효과적인지를 실제 조립교육 실험을 통하여 검토되었다. 일반 PC 조립교육에 대한 비교 결과, 문자/이미지에 기초한 2D 형식의 기존 방법 보다 제안된 본 연구 방법이 조립시간을 단축시킴으로써, 결과적으로 조립교육 효과에 긍정적임을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • This paper studies the relationship between assemblability and assembly time. After analyzing characteristic factors of bolts and parts, seven different kinds of assemblability parameters were determined according to assembly process, and assemblability was also evaluated. MTM (Method-Time Measurement) and Work factor methods were used for an estimation of assembly time. It shows the relationship can be found on the basis of characteristic factors of parts and bolts by relational graphs and numerical formulas.

  • DFA (Design for assembly) is a design philosophy for improving product designs for simpler or less costly assembly operations. This paper proposes a new DFA methodology that can estimate the standard assembly time and evaluate the assemblablity of parts. We select some determining and influencing factors related with assembly process, and estimate the assembly time using motion analysis. By the levels of the determining and influencing factors, the assemblability is evaluated, and finally, the tables that include the time and score of assembly is suggested.

  • 본 연구에서는 자동차의 차체조립공정설계를 위하여 FACTOR/AIM 및 자체 개발한 생산시스템 성능평가를 위한 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 이용하여 비교 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 자체에서 개발한 시스템성능 산정 방법으로 초기 해를 구하고 세부 생산라인의 고장 Data와 조립라인의 구성, 운반장비 등의 다양한 여건을 고려하기 위하여 FACTOR/AIM을 사용하였다. Data의 분석을 위하여 Expert Fit를 사용하였으며 초기 시스템 모델링 및 Data로부터 목표 생산시스템을 만족하는 시스템을 단계별로 찾아가는 과정을 사용하여 최적 해를 구하였다. 본 연구에서 분석한 K회사의 경우 목표 생산량 70대/시간을 만족하기 위하여 4 차의 개선을 통하여 71.57대/시간의 생산라인을 구하였다. 본 연구에서 생산조립라인의 공정설계를 위한 시뮬레이션 과정을 실 예를 들어 제시하였으며 다른 제품의 생산공정분석에도 활용 가능하리라 생각된다.

  • A reactive piloting policy for Flexible Assembly Lines (FAL) is proposed, where the sequencing of the operations as well as the assignment of tasks to manipulators are not predetermined but driven by the actual state of the FAL For all work-in-process coming from a manipulator, the next destination is determined by minimizing a temporal criterion taking into account the time needed to reach the destination, the load of the manipulator to reach, the durati on of the operation to be completed in the destination manipulator, and the availability of product components in this manipulator. The purpose of proposed piloting policy is to manufacture a given quantity of products as rapidly as possible by balancing the amount of work allocated to manipulators and to reduce the efforts required for scheduling the production of short series of diversified products. After introducing the characteristics of assembly processes and FAL modelization, the proposed algorithm is evaluated by simulations. The simulations of the proposed algorithm showed satisfactory results.

  • A great deal of difficulty is encountered in the thermo-mechanical analyses of nozzle assembly for solid propellant rocket motors. The main issue in this paper is the modeling of the boundary conditions and the connections between the various components-gaps, relative movements of the components, contacts, friction, etc. This paper evaluated the complex phenomena of nozzle assembly during burning time with co-simulation which include fluid, thermal surface reaction/ablation and structural analysis. The validity of this approach was verified by comparison of analysis results with measured strains.

  • This paper suggests heuristic algorithm for single-model simple assembly line balancing problem that is a kind of NP-hard problem. This problem primarily can be solved metaheuristic method. This heuristic algorithm set the main-path that has a most number of operations from start to end-product. Then the clustering algorithm can be assigns operations to each workstation within cycle time follow main-path. This algorithm decides minimum number of workstations and can be reduces the cycle time. This algorithm can be better performance then metaheuristic methods.
