The application of photovoltaics into building as integrated building components has been paid more attention worldwide. Photovoltaics or solar electric modules are solid state devices, directly converting solar radiation into electricity; the process does not require fuel and any moving parts, and produce no pollutants. And the prefab building method is very effective because the pre- manufactured building components is simply assembled to making up buildings in the construction fields especially the sandwich panel. So, the purpose of this research is to integrated prefab building materials depending on the cooling type of PV modules. It is concluded that the prediction of BIPV system's performance should be based on the more accurate PV module temperature. From the basis of these results on the correlation of temperature and irradiation were obtained.

지하에 설 치된 맨홀의 구조물이 노후되거나, 내부에 수 용된 시설물로 작업 공간이 협소하여 맨홀 구조물을 대개체 할 펼요가 있을 경우, 지금까지는 대부분 현장 콘크리트 타설에 의한 방법을 사용하였다. 이러한 방법은 거푸집 시공, 콘크리트 타설, 콘크리트 양생, 거푸집 철거 등의 공정이 소요되어 공사 기간이 장기화 되고, 도심지에 위치한 맨홀인 경우에는 차량과 보행자의 통행 불편을 초래하기도 하였다. 또한, 통상적으로 사용되고 있는 프리캐스트 맨홀에 비해 시공 품질이 낮아 향후 맨홀의 운용 및 유지관리에 많은 어려움을 겪는 원인이 되기도 하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해, 폴리머 콘크리트를 이용하여 하부, 벽체, 상부로 구성된 다수의 세그먼트를 생산한 후, 현장에서 이들 세그먼트를 조립하여 맨홀을 설치하는 방법을 연구하였다. 가변형 거푸집을 이용한 세그먼트 제작과 조립식 블록에 의한 관구를 사용하여 현장 적용성을 높임은 물론, 프리캐스트로 생산되는 폴리머 콘크리트 맨홀 수준의 시공 품질을 확보할 수 있도록 하였다.

본 연구에서는 서해안의 지역적 특성을 고려한 말뚝지지형 조립식 잔교의 상부구조를 구성하는 요소 부재인 주거더 ㄷ형강과 가로보 및 가로거더 H형강에 대해 횡-비틀림 좌굴(Lateral-Torsional Buckling) 여부와 부재별 좌굴강도 값을 유한요소해석을 통해 산정하였으며, 산정한 좌굴강도 값과 부재에 작용하는 설계하중에 대한 안전성 검토를 하였다.

본 논문에서는 교량의 급속시공을 위하여 분절하여 기 제작된 합성기둥을 현장에서 연결하여 완성하는 조립식 합성교각의 내진거동을 조사하였다. 정적반복가력실험 결과, 조립식 합성교각의 내진성능은 내진설계가 된 철근콘크리트 교각에 비해 전반적으로 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

154kV 초고압 케이블용 프리몰드 접속함은 기존의 접속 공법에 비해 부품수가 적으며 조립이 단순하여 숙련공이 아니라도 접속이 가능하고 높은 품질을 확보할 수 있어 앞으로 확대 사용될 것으로 예측된다. 신규개발에 따른 자재비의 일시적 상승은 있으나 전체 공사비가 절감될 뿐 아니라 케이블 접속공정의 단순화로 지중송전 케이블 접속분야 인력양성에 유리하며 접속작업 기간의 단축으로 케이블 고장발생시 신속한 복구를 통한 안정적인 전력공급에 크게 이바지 할 수 있다. 조립식접속함 분야는 이미 선진국에서 개발하여 널리 사용되고 있으며 후발업체에게 기술이전을 기피하기 위해 PQ조건등으로 후발업체를 강력하게 견제하고 있어 케이블 분야에 기술 자립을 이루고 수입대체 효과를 거두게 되었다.

In view of the labor-intensive characteristics of the construction industry and the persistent negative image, the problems of continuous aging and manpower shortage in the domestic construction industry are becoming more and more serious, which must be solved for the survival of the domestic construction industry. China has made certain achievements in prefabricated buildings. Through this research, we describe the development process of China's prefabricated buildings in different stages, and analyze the necessary policy promotion and standard support in the development of prefabricated buildings. Analyze and examine the necessary conditions for China's prefabricated building achievements and success factors, and make better proposals for the development of the construction industry in South Korea.
