본 논문에서는 형식 조립식 하수관거 기초의 상재하중과 외압에 따른 거동을 범용 구조해석 프로그램인 ABAQUS 2009의 CAE 기능과 범용 CAD 프로그램인 Auto CAD Mechanical 2011의 3D 모델링을 통해 실제 실험결과와 비교하여 복잡한 구조의 구조물에서의 해석 정당성과 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

제15회 동아전람-MBC건축박람회가 지난 2월 2일부터 6일까지 5일간 서울무역전시장에서 개최되었다. 이번 전시회는 건축자재 및 인테리어, 가구, 조립식 주택 등이 출품되었는데 설비부문에는 난방부자재 및 욕실용품이 주를 이루었다. 특히 베란다 확장에 따른 리모델링의 주류를 타고 필름난방이 대거 출품되었다. 이밖에 온도조절기, 폐수를 재활용하는 자원절약의 양변기 등도 선보였다. 다음은 이번 전시회에 출품된 설비부문 자재중 눈여겨 볼만한 제품이다.

The main objective of this research is to determine the optimal sections of infrastructure (the pier and foundation) for orthotropic steel decks which is a part of prefabricated passenger car overpasses. Since the bridge to be designed allows only passenger cars, design loads are determined according to this condition. The total volume of the infrastructure is formulated as the objective function and the design constraints are based on the 'Korean Bridge Design Code' and 'Design Manual of Steel Framed Pier'. The programs used in this research are MATLAB 6.5 and MIDAS CIVIL.

본 연구는 국내에서 생산되는 조립식 벽체 중 건축용벽판(철강제)의 재료구성, 부재간의 접합방식, 두께에 따른 투과손실의 특성을 실험실 실험을 통하여 비교, 분석함으로서, 건축용 벽판(철강제)의 차음성능개선을 위한 기초자료로 제시하고, KS F 4724로 규정된 차음기준에 대한 개선의 필요성을 언급하고자 한다.

본회가 주최한 제 108회 발명 교실이 지난 2월 13일 발명장려관 연구실에서 개최됐다. 매월 둘째 토요일 오후 1시 30분에 개최되는 발명교실은 이달에도 1백여명이 참석하여 성황을 이루었다. 이날 발명교실에서는 한국도리비주식회사 대표 장상훈씨의 성공사례 발표에 이어 황종환 변리사의 $\ulcorner$산업재산권제도$\lrcorner$에 대한 강의와 김관형 본회 상근이사의 $\ulcorner$발명의 발상기법과사업$\lrcorner$에 대한 강의가 있었다. 발명가의 성공사례를 간추려 소개한다.

신축되어 운영중인 플로팅 호텔과 현재 계획중인 플로팅 호텔을 대상으로 건축적 특징과 경향을 파악하여 건축계획시 참고자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 건축적 특징으로는 이동성에 따른 장기간 사용, 환경에 대한 배려, 재생 에너지 사용 등이 있고, 건축적 경향으로는 수상에 떠있는 장점의 활용, 개발된 신재료 도입, 독립적 생명지원시스템, 신속한 공사를 위한 조립식 도입, 재생에너지 시스템 도입 등이 있다.

The purpose of swing analysis for prefabricated jumper devices are to prevent flashover between jumper device and tower post. To prevent flashover. proper weight is add to the horizontal rod. This paper is a proposed to the analysis methods and the effects for unbalanced swing characteristics of prefabricated jumper devices. And the proposed technique is applied with the 345kV and 765kV transmission lines.

국내에서는 시도되지 않았던 조립식 맨드렐 및 prepreg 제작 방식을 적용하여 filament winding machine으로 압력 용기(STEB)를 제작, 음향 방출 측정 장비 및 strain gage 등을 부착한 수압 시험으로 압력용기의 구조적 건전성 예측 및 파열 압력을 측정하여 성능을 분석하였다. 동일한 winding pattern 및 조건하에 prepreg winding과 wet winding 방식을 적용하여 제작한 압력 용기의 성능을 비교하였고, prepreg winding의 설계 조건, 공정 변화를 통해 제작한 압력 용기의 파열 압력 및 형태를 분석하였다. 이러한 winding 조건들에 따라 제작된 압력용기는 최종적으로 PR(Performance ratio) 값을 산출하고, 이를 통하여 prepreg 제작 방식의 장단점, 제작에 필요한 설계 조건 및 기초 자료 등을 고찰하여 보았다.

In order to investigate the behavior of newly developed PC deck plate bridges, 1/2 scale model specimen was tested under the 2 million cycles of fatigue loading. Forces between PC members were transfered by shear keys located at the faces of deck plate and girders. The test results showed that the test specimen maintained its original strength after 2 million cycles of fatigue loading.
